There were four ladies working here at one time. When I ordered, one of them said “hey, want to make the salad?” to the other employee and they answered “ugh, not really.” and just stood there. Finally one of them started on my order while the other 3 ladies stood around doing absolutely nothing. I then realize that almost EVERYTHING goes in the microwave, eww.

I came in right before close on Christmas Eve and the staff was super friendly and as always very helpful. Quite impressive considering how busy of a day that I can only assume they had! Merry Christmas!

As a previous post stated, I don’t feel the need to specify what happened, all I know is the Manager on staff dealt with the situation in complete support of the customer. Utilized this location as an out of town guest to the area and would recommend. Incredible management.

The sandwiches here are ALWAYS Amazing! I could never make one at home that even compares. Best sandwich place in the springs IMHO!

Heres the thing. Everything is not always perfect...thats just life. BUT...when things go sideways, what makes a company stand out - and DESERVE 5 stars...is when they go above and beyond to make it right!!! Ill spare the details of what went wrong - because at this point, it is COMPLETELY irrelevant. What went right....is that this store stepped up and went way out of their way to make things right...and with that, I will absolutely, undoubtedly continue going to this location. That is customer care and customer service at its finest. I wish more stars were an option.

Love, love, love the food! Very clean and nice decor. We were helped by Alex who was, professional, friendly and had wonderful suggestions regarding side dishes and desserts. Also I had a ham sandwich which she suggested honey mustard and the honey ham sauce....it was to die for!! Incredibly delicious!! Thank you Alex!!

Came here over the holidays to pick up a large order. Everything was outstanding! They even took time to help me load it in my vehicle which I greatly appreciated! They will be my go to for all my holiday orders in the future how easy it was and how much all the food was a hit with the family!

Disappointed because management didnt plan accordingly and they ran out of turkey. You figure at least 2-3 times a year they would prepare for an onslaught. Otherwise they are ok

They do have incredible, filling, ham sandwiches. It isnt a large menu to choose from, but the sandwiches and sides are a satisfying meal. How the sides are served is a little off putting, considering the portion is scooped out by hand. A gloved hand, but the same hand thats used to open the cooler to retrieve the side, and Ive watched employees from the back open the cooler doors with bare hands. Wouldnt utensils be far more sanitary than palming someones food? I think so!!. Ive yet to buy a whole ham, but I certainly would based on how great the ham tastes on the sandwiches.

Picked up a ham on good Friday. Place was packed. The lady who waited on us was ultra rude. Took it to management and all was worked out quickly. Product is tasty. We were given a gift card for our ham. Got a ham and a cheesecake. YUM!

Not sure what all the hype is about. Yeah, the ham tasted great, but it tasted the same as the one I can buy from my local grocery store with the glaze you apply yourself. Its cool that they have lunch specials and salads, but its just way too expensive. Location is cleaned and organized, and there is also plenty of shopping to be found around the area as well

I typically have really good luck with the hams I get. This last one looked like it had been cooked too long and there was more fat than usual. We looked at quite a few before i chose the one I did. I have pictures but cant seem to post

I came in just after 5pm day before Thanksgiving because my online order had failed to ship, hoping that the store had something left I could buy. The GM Angie and store associate Donovan got me one of every side dish and dessert they had left, as well as the turkey breast I hadn’t received, and Angie didn’t charge me at all! Completely saved Thanksgiving for my family, and I am very grateful!I was also extremely impressed with how the very very long line out the door moved fast and efficient, proving everyone working here knows what they’re doing (much better than the online store). Instead of trying to order something thru the website again hoping it gets to my house on time, I’ll just be using this store and I recommend everyone else do the same!

They have some of the best sandwiches Ive ever eaten. The standard classic turkey is so much better than what I can make at home. Maybe it is the love they put in it - or the extremely fresh and quality ingredients. They use only the best parts of the lettuce (no white ribs), ripe tomatoes (have never received an even slightly green slice), and soft fresh breads.

Weve ordered boneless hams and smoked turkey breasts and both are excellent. This is now our goto for holiday entrees (I like to make sides myself).

Super awesome staff. Mrs. Beth helped out with my order so much. I didnt even know double glaze existed until she insisted it does after I asked. I appreciate the hard work and dedication that the staff has.

Love their oven roasted Turkey breast, we get it every year. They are good about keeping the line moving when its out the door.

I only come here for Easter and Christmas because its pretty far out of my way. However, I always have the best experiences when Im in the shop and I walk out with a delicious ham and usually some condiments or sides, as well. What more could you ask for, really?

This location was top notch with excellent service. With a line out the door on Christmas Eve and no pre-orders, we were only in line for 15 minutes. The hams are great, and other options like turkey and sides are numerous and make for excellent last minute additions to a meal. We grabbed a few sides and some dinner rolls to supplement our dinner to great success.

My family enjoys a honey baked ham at least three times each year and Ive been buying them for nearly 20 years in Colorado Springs. Today I experienced the worst customer service....2 rude cashiers at the far left. Honestly, I considered leaving without my ham...I totally get the endless line and stress of helping so many people, but maybe if it causes so much distress they shouldnt be there. We pay good money for the product so its disheartening to be treated like a burden. Customer Service Training Honey Baked Ham! The ham is great though!!!!

I purchased Old South Pickled Asparagus, and was embarased when I served them to guests. The bottom HALF of the spear was inedible coarse, tough, and stringy. I paid over $8.00 for .50 worth of asparagus.I bought them at Honey Baked Ham Store.My Ham was fabulous, but two potato sides sides were disappointing.

The ham here is the best Ive ever had! With the brown sugar coated outside that gives the ham that sweet thin crunch when you take a bite, its melt in your mouth good!

I had to cook christmas dinner at the last minuites. I got ham turkey some sides staff extremely helpful. Just hated waiting in such a long line for quite awhile although staff was very efficient in assisting customers and my cashier helped me to carry all my bags out to my vehicle. I really appreciated the help

This isnt the best honey baked ham company Ive been to. Prompting my first review ever. Chicken salad was old with smushy celery. Associates could be a little more friendly and upbeat. I felt indebted after asking for a knife and a water.

We have never been to a Honey Baked Ham the day before (or anytime around) the Holidays - until today. My husband wasnt thrilled when we pulled up and the line was out the door but I was determined not to cook for just the two of us and already waited until Christmas Eve to go out and buy our heat and serve dinner. Haha.Let me tell you, the line moved so fast! Customer service was outstanding (despite putting up with some impatient customers). I was very VERY impressed.

Finally cooked and eat your green beans casserole. Flavor was great, but there were several large pieces if stems.

Decent to moderate place for catering/pick ups. Ham was decent tasting but expensive. Rum cake is ridiculously expensive.

The clerk behind the counter had an obvious cold of some sort. Not ideal for someone who is opening up hams and showing them, then re-sealing. Also, its expensive for what you get.

I love honeybaked ham - awesome sandwich shop! Delice ham and solid turkey with yummy sandwiches galore. You can get deli meat & sides to go. Ive ordered holiday meals from here twice and have not been disappointed. Highly recommended for quick lunch & togo holiday.

Um... just no. Don’t do it. Looked like the “Ham” side was working well, the deli side was a mess. At 5:15, we were told that they normally would have put the chairs up for 6:00 closing. The jars of hot pepper jelly had three different prices on them. It was a mess, not good and overall not worth the money.
