Lids made our hats we sell at all our Colorado Springs Wrestling events and they look amazing! Jasmine is very professional and has amazing customer service! They will be the only business we will get our stitch work done at.

Omg we went to the other mall and panicked when Lidz wasn’t there but we went down to the citadel and Jasmine (sp?) helped us. She was AMAZING and went above and beyond to track down a design as similar as possible to the examples we had. She was patient and kind and really took as much time and effort as you would want for custom making something! Thank you again!

Jasmine went above and beyond legit, she’s an awesome store manager and knows her stuff!! She interacts with you and is engaged and knows a lot about sports, other lids employees in other parts of Colorado just stand there and don’t say anything. She was born and raised in Colorado.. she knows her local teams!! She goes to games and knows her players well. Best store manager and best Lids store in Colorado!

Says they close at 7:00 p.m., showed up at 6:30 in the gate was closed.

Showed up at 4:30 on a Monday and they were closed. No signs or anything. Everything else was open.

Been waiting for over an hour for stitching done on a cap. First they couldnt get the machine to work. The thread kept breaking. They had to get another hat. Then they messed up the font. Had to get yet another hat. Then they charged me for the hat they messed up the font on...

Nothing in the Citadel was open. I was most disappointed. Covid-19 is taking its toll on COS, and that is symbolic of it. What a shame.

I was going to go in and get me a hat but first my daughter wanted to go to Claires which was a mistake because when we left the lady closed down the gate at lids. So we walked through the mall at some other stores. It took close to an hour then went back to lids it was still closed so I called and an hour and a half later someone called me back. What a way to run a business.

I work and serve in AFGHANISTAN and ordered online LIDS 3 fitted hats to send to an APO address. well I was told that the store ships it to ups in which ups send it to usps with their label ... because it came from ups .. usps has to send it back to the store because of the nature of ups and the APO address .. but if the hats are shipped from the warehouse then usps then gets it first then ships it APO ???? .. am I missing something here or isnt this the more retarded and illogical way to handle business ... horrid indeed ..So I made a suggestion that maybe the store can send to the warehouse then mail it but they made an excuse that it has never been done before, which I am sure it can be done on these circumstances but slothfulness sets in with the store and warehouse of course .... try to find your hats else where ... nobody care about servicemen ... only their power of attorney .......
