Its been a long time since I have experienced such great customer service! Todd is fantastic!Backstory: I needed to get a smaller size oxygen refill for my home shop oxyacetylene rig. I inherited this setup with tanks and the last time they were filled was around 1968 so tank cert was long expired. This was on a Friday afternoon.Todd explained that he was out of my size but would have more on Monday. For my inconvenience he wouldnt charge me for the tank test if I wanted to come back.On Monday, when I returned, as soon as I got the old tank unloaded, Todd was on his way out the door to get the new tank, and had paperwork waiting on the counter.I didnt have to explain anything because Todd remembered me and treated me like a top customer even though we had never met prior to Friday.If only all businesses operated this way!Highly recommend!!

I just took a welding class from Mike. Had no prior experience. It was great!! He is beyond knowledgeable and patient. What I liked best was his flexibility to accommodate each student’s goals: from learning how to weld in automotive, ranch or, in my case, artistic home & garden projects. Looking forward to taking my next class.

I took part in a welding class last Saturday. I thoroughly enjoyed the class. It was an excellent introduction to welding and I am very excited for the next opportunity to take another class. These guys were super helpful and kind. They didn’t mind my very energetic 4 year old at all, they even let him wear a hard hat and welding jacket while I was loading up on school supplies. Shopping with a young child and beginning new career training is usually stressful, but they made it enjoyable and helped me find everything I needed.

My son and myself took the Basic TIG class. Mike was a superb teacher. Highly knowledgeable! Take the class it’s worth it!!!

They have got cutting and welding supplies totally covered, nice guys up front and never a problem. I only go in for small tanks for playing around learning to cut and weld and they are free with advice. I will return again

This place is a joke. Way higher prices than anywhere else (10x the cost on argon dewer), and the accounting department cant keep anything straight. Paid off my account over 2yrs ago when we left, now sending bills saying past due. I called them out on it and they said there was a computer glitch and not to worry about it, my account is zero. Now when I go to the store (to buy in cash) they say the account is in collections and cannot sell......Make up your mind, do I owe you or not? LOL The guys in the COS store are cool, but the main Denver office is a complete disaster. I only do business with these guys as a last resort.
