The store associates are extremely rude and talked in a condescending voice. Came in to replace a couple broken beads and she said it wasn’t Brighton’s, but on the Brighton’s official website it shows up at the Glass bead from the Glass bead collection. I called back to try to talk to someone more higher up and all she did was ignore the previous situation while the girl I came to yesterday was talking in the back. Also they raised their voices at me to the point where I had to say “can you not raise your voice at me”.They’re normally really nice, but until you confront them with something like a repair they’re just rude and condescending.

They were very busy, but understandably so being the week before Christmas. Once I was helped, the staff took time to understand what I was looking for, and answered all of my random (and sometimes ridiculous) questions. The transaction process was quick and painless as it should be. Whoever manages this store is doing a great job hiring and managing. MyOnly advice would be to possibly hire an additional staff member during the holiday season, but I only had to wait maybe 6-7 minutes before I was helped.Would definitely shop here again, my mother absolutely loves your products!

Customer service here is spectacular! Christy always makes me feel so special when I go in there. I go in for the friendly faces and leave with beautiful gifts for myself and people I love. Highly recommend!

Ive been a customer at this store since it opened many years ago. Unfortunately, at times Ive felt like a second class customer just because I wasnt all dolled up, but this time took the cake. My husband tried to order earrings for me that were not in stock, so the Colo. Springs store ordered from another CO location. He was told hed be contacted when they arrived, which he never was. He had to do all of the follow-up even when he was told hed be contacted, and he said he felt like he was the second class customer every time he went in the store, a total of three or four times before and after Christmas. Hes asked me to NEVER request Brighton jewelry on my gift list again because of this last experience.

Fancy purses store. Not that interesting.

Disappointing staff. No respect for customers that stop in on a lunch hour. They are great about greeting you multiple times, and offering you water, but when you need to see charms that are locked up they will happily let you wait 10minutes before they help you. Charms are often out of stock and my last 3 visits their comment has been the same our stock is really low right now. No thanks, the parking nightmare at this location is not worth our stock is really low right now.

Go to stop for any occasion. Loves of variety and always new items to choose from. Lifesaver for husbands in a hurry

The items in the store are quite beautiful and I would have probably spent a full paycheck as I loved the selection! Problem was- The Employees! I am a person who dresses as I please. I dont dress up to go shopping. Being a store for the snobs as I now call it, I was ignored, looked down upon, then when they did acknowledge me and I asked for a specific item, I was told they didnt have it in stock. I then asked if it could be ordered online and was told no. Funny since I immediately took out my phone and found what I was looking for on their website! Was going to order it but at this point the taste in my mouth was too bitter! If they only knew how much cash (yes! Cash!) I was going to drop in that store! Shame on them!

My wife and my mother love their products. I stopped there since mothers day is just around the corner. Current promotion - buy a necklace and a bracelet and get a free pair of earings.

Whenever I go into the stores the staff is cheerful and helpful with suggestions of gifts for family members. I can always count on Michele to help me find just the perfect accessory without being pushy.
