We were searching for a bathroom light replacement globe. Matthew took us into their warehouse and we found two nearly identical to what we required. We were ecstatic. The two staffers were very friendly and also appreciated that we found what we needed. I also looked at their variety of lights. Amazing and unique selection that will add just that special touch to ones home.

We utilized the lighting experts for our custom home build and I cant believe we havent used them before. The expertise in lighting styles. Spacing, etc was truly stress free and we are very, very pleased with the products. Archer was very patient with us and our multiple questions and appointments. I highly recommend going this route if you are building or remodeling a home.

They shut and locked the door right in my face two days ago. I didnt realize customers need a reservation. Walked to the front door as two other customers enter. The employee makes eye contact with me, looks away, shuts and locks the door in my face as I say hello. There is no issue with asking customers to make reservations. Its the fact that an employee shut and locked the door in my face. Not an ounce of customer service, she should have just said reservations only. To completely ignore a confused customer by shutting the door in their face is unprofessional and signals poor priorities. Not saying theyre bad at what they do, just that they dont care about customers.

Poor customer service. Went into store to shop for lamps and asked question about a lamp I had bought from somewhere else. I was IMMEDIATELY informed that they would look at it for me for $60 — without even taking a look. I was told their associates had lots of other work to do. With customer service like that, I decided to shop elsewhere for my other lamps. Took my lamp to Home Depot and the associate spent 4 minutes explaining to me what to do to fix it. NO CHARGE.

I love this lighting shop! The reason I love this shop is because the lighting fixtures are wonderfully different from the ho-hum ones Ive seen at the box stores, and they are very reasonably priced. My husband and I have purchased five lighting fixtures from this shop, so far! To my delight, they even have some unique jewelry, beautiful glass ornaments to hang from windows, and gorgeous vases! And the staff are very courteous and helpful.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Sharon is the best! Prices are better than other lighting businesses. They will make sure you are happy with your choices.

Love this lighting store. They have such a great selection of thousands of lighting choices!

The owner spent most of the afternoon with me going through chandelier selections in her books. I was looking for a simple look and she found me about 6 selections to choose from that I love. The show floor is beautiful and they have very unique lights that I have never seen before. I would definitely shopthere again.

Have had a good experience here. They seem to work with their customers and offered to let me take a couple floor samples home free of charge to see how they looked which was very helpful. They also seem to have a more customer-friendly return policy than other lighting stores if they order something in but it turns out to not be right as they dont charge a re-stocking fee.

Less than helpful staff. Went in looking for a specific type of light and was randomly directed to the back of the store. Beautiful product though

What great customer service! We purchased all our lighting for our new farm in Cedaredge Co.We lived in the Springs, but were moving to the Western Slope of Colorado, and these folks facilitated the search, purchase and shipment of all the log cabin lighting fixtures we needed! They would email suggestions for certain fixtures, and after we chose what we wanted, they managed shipments to the new farm house. Thank you so much for all your efforts on our behalf!! 👍

This a really nice locally owned store with a great selection of unique and distinctive lighting products. Not what you will find in the big stores. When redecorating or building a new home lighting fixtures will make a huge difference in the look

Beautiful, artful lighting! Not at all like the box stores and twice the price. Well worth the money, unless you can settle for less.

Disappointed. Walked into the store, two men at the counter engrossed in their own conversation. Never bothered to look up and greet us. We were in the store 10 minutes with not a word being said to us.

Superb selection with an extremely caring owner. The employees were eager to help even though it was very busy when I came in.

Unbelievable rip off. My husband brought a beautiful hand made lamp back from the Middle East. It needed to be rewired so we took it to this shop. at first they offered to buy it but of course it has sentimental attachments so he asked them to just give us a call of it was going to be over their $200 Estimate. We waited months and they said they were waiting for parts. He checked in at least twice. When they finally completed the job they demanded 400! When my husband complained, they said they had lost his contact info, but if he was not going to pay them he could just leave the lamp. Nice scam you guys have going there. Would not recommend these guys to an enemy.
