Such a wonderful experience with Ginger at Baby Glimpses! We went at 15 weeks to do a sneak peek of the baby’s gender. I love the large private room so much! It felt so welcoming, and not like how it feels in a doctor’s office at all. Ginger was so friendly and quickly worked to find a good position to see the baby. We plan to go back later during my pregnancy to do a 3D/4D viewing. My husband was also so pleased with the experience here, and is looking forward to going back with me!

Ginger was amazing! She was very patient and kind when it came to getting photos of our little one. The baby is completely dropped and ready to go and still Ginger was able to capture some of her sweet features! Worth every penny.

I had the best experience!! I’m in the military so sometimes going on post isn’t the best experience, you kind of miss out on the personal and special experience because they just rush you in and out.Here, it’s beautiful on the inside. The rooms are so personal and comfortable as well as family friendly. My baby was being a little difficult and didn’t want to show the gender but they didn’t rush and took their time and was very patient with me and my family. After several attempts of baby not wanting to be bothered. I was told just to come back later that day and I would be taking care of.I was disappointed at first but I’m so happy they made more time in their schedule for me, I came back a few hours later and felt very much taken care of and comfortable.I’ll definitely be back! Thank you guys!! Best pregnancy experience I’ve had yet!

Took my wife here for the mothers day package and Im so glad i did. Ginger was absolutely delightful and patient as our little one did not want to cooperate at all. The room was so clean and comfortable, it made mom and I feel very relaxed. We didnt get the best pictures due to our little one having other plans so Ginger scheduled us for next week so we can try it again! We look forward to our next visit and definitely recommend this place to anyone expecting a bundle of joy!

Went in for a gender reveal, it’s a boy we double and triple checked. She said there’s his boy parts, charged almost a $100 then at our doctors 27 week scan, she asked if we wanted to know gender and we said it’s a boy and she said I’m so sorry it’s a girl… What a ripoff so glad I was able to return 80% of my child Dino and blue clothes but stuck with several expensive items I would have not purchased had I known it was a girl. I recommend any place but this.

Liz was absolutely amazing! Im 14 weeks and desperately wanted to know the gender. It was pnly supposed to be 15 minutes but Liz spent over 25 helping me get the baby to move so she could see if it was a boy or girl. She gave me juice and had me walk around trying to get the baby to move. My little one had the umbilical cord between her legs. Whoops there it is....its a girl!!! Ive gone for 3d ultrasounds with my son and daughter and none of them were as pleasant an experience as this one. This is our last baby and we really wanted a girl; Liz went above and beyond to give us an answer. I will definitely be back around 32 weeks and recommending this place to everyone!!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!!

My experience with Liz was absolutely amazing. Going into this experience I was extremely nervous I really didn’t know what to expect because this was a gift for me. This being my first child I was so excited to be able to see how happy my baby girl was and was able to see her features on who she looks like more between her father and I. The excitement Liz showed whenever my daughter would smile or open her eyes just made me even happier. I would definitely recommend going to see her for your 3D/4D experience. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our experience today. The staff is very welcoming and the ultrasound room gives you such a calm feeling with the lights and soft chair for the moms. The TV is a nice large size and makes it easy for customers to get a great look at their baby. We also loved the live feed since my family is from Hawaii and couldnt be here physically it was nice to share the experience through the live web. Thank you so much Baby Expressions for allowing Chris and I to see our son!

Liz and her assistant were amazing from start to finish. I am a big girl, and they acted like it didnt even matter, making me feel comfortable and not awkward at all. They were able to determine my daughters gender in only four minutes into my ultrasound. I was 15 weeks 3 days. My daughter was moving a lot when they were trying to record her heartbeat for me, and though it took them some time, they never gave up until they got a great quality recording for me to take home. It was an amazing experience, and after doing it, I plan to return when Im around 27 weeks for another bonding session with my little girl. Thank you guys for everything!

This was my second time here, the first experience being a very pleasant one getting my early gender reveal blood test— with “sneak peek.” Today’s experience at this location, which I cannot call an appointment or an encounter as I was not even seen, was very unpleasant! I was not greeted or provided any information upon my arrival. No one was around to inform me of long wait times or whatnot. On top of that, I had to use the restroom, which I couldn’t seem to get to (despite the ridiculously misleading sign posted). My husband and I waited blindly for over 20 minutes before we decided to leave a note and head out. This experience was beyond unprofessional; one should not have to wait blindly for their SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT with no greeting or direction. Very unorganized... I do not recommend this place for ultrasound purposes!

They were AMAZING! I was able to get a package of 3 sessions. The staff accommodated my large groups all 3 times. They were amazing at getting pictures of my active little girl. They did such a great job my family and I cant recommend them enough!

I just want to say how impressed I am with this place! We decided on doing the 30 minute “baby smiles” scan and went in for our ultrasound today. The tech, Liz, was so very pleasant the whole time and had me doIng things to get our baby boy moving around to get some good pictures since he was being stubborn. She got amazing photos and explained everything throughout the whole process. The room and viewing screen were both huge and very comfortable! I just received a phone call from her saying that she noticed she shorted us some time (we never even realized) and booked us another appointment to do another scan. That takes a lot to admit you messed up, especially if a customer doesn’t even realize. This is our last child but I will be referring every expecting parent I know to baby expressions!

I went in at 15 weeks pregnant for the 2D gender determination for $50 and the experience was awesome! The room set up made me feel like royalty and the woman running it was so sweet and knowledgeable! I felt confident she knew what she was doing (unlike some of my experiences at the Army Evans Hospital). We found out the gender (got to see the little one kick around) and she even gave us a sneak at 3D which was pretty incredible. All in all, I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Id recommend it to anyone who is interested in knowing the gender before 20-25 weeks or a 3D ultra sound. GO HERE!!!!!

We purchased the 2 ultrasound package and found out we were having a boy at 17 weeks. Liz, the ultrasound technician, was very friendly, and great at getting amazing pictures of our little boy (even at the 17 week ultrasound). Our 30 week ultrasound was even better because our little boy was so developed we could see him so clear. Liz had me change positions to get good views and captured great photos of him!! The facility is great as well. Super comfortable place for the momma-to-be to rest and a large viewing screen. My mom was able to watch both ultrasounds via sonostream live as they were happening, since she lives in Oklahoma. I would definitely recommend Baby Expressions!

We had an excellent experience at Baby Expressions today. The 3D images were incredibly clear and we got a lot of adorable face pictures, which is what we wanted. Their ultrasound room is large and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I was so nervous, but the staff made everything perfect. The bed was comfy, the room was big with different screens to look at, the tech was gental and very friendly. She captured some awesome photos. It was an incredible experience for my husband, family and I. My family that lives away even got to experience it with us through a live video. Gosh, technology is fabulous!I am only 14 weeks and 3 days right now. We will definitely be going back after I am further along. This was 100% worth it. We even had the heartbeat put into a stuffed animal (Elephant) which is so freakin cool. I love this memory of our baby boy! Just perfect!Thank you!!!

Loved the staff and how welcoming the office was. Our first appointment our baby didnt cooperate at all so they rescheduled us for the following week for no charge! The 2nd time he was amazing we got some of the best photos and video of our son! Loved every minute of the appointment and completely worth every penny!

My family had purchased a package deal and when coming back for our 2nd ultrasound at 31 weeks our baby was being extremely stubborn despite everything we did and Lynette invited us back to do another ultrasound determined to help us get a good picture of our baby. We’re are heading back for a forth and final time tomorrow so fingered crossed baby won’t be so stubborn, but I’m just extremely thankful for this place and being so accomdating to us and our situations do driven to help us get a good shot of our son. They didn’t just say oh well, they are very compassionate towards their customers. 10/10 recommend!

I absolutely love this place!!! I went today and I am 16wks 2days with baby number two. My ON was having me wait until December to determine the sex. I couldn’t wait and it was driving me crazy! I made the appointment this morning and they had something same day. Liz is a GOD send. She took her time as my little bean had the cord pulled between its legs. After a few tries and a few matches later she was able to tell me that we were having A GIRL!!! The package that I purchased came with wayyyy more than I thought it came with. Not to mention the setup is absolutely adorable. It doesn’t have the typical cold hard bed hospital feeling. The bed was super comfy and the room was huge! Liz set the bar. I would definitely recommend this place to any and everybody!!

I had a gender reveal at 14 weeks and it was an amazing experience. The staff was super nice as well as the office was comfy and spacious. I have my 31 week HD live appointment scheduled soon and am super excited to go back! This is my first pregnancy and this was totally worth it!

My Baby Expression experience was awesome! Bill and their dog Wally welcomed me and was very accommodating. His wife Liz, the sonologist, was very professional yet very warm. I really wish my husband was there with me to witness everything but he is in the Army and this is actually my gift to him. The place was great. It was clean, cool, spacious and the ambiance of the room was perfect and it was such a nice experience. My baby was not very cooperative but Liz was very patient and since we did not get what we wanted at first, we did another session for FREE!!! They really wanted to make their customers happy in terms of having a fun-filled, wonderful experience of seeing your baby kick, make faces, stretch, yawn, frown, smile and do a lot of other facial expressions. It was a totally different experience from the usual clinical 4D session. They will give you 2 CDs one for the pictures and the other one is a video that may be a treasure of a lifetime. Just imagine what he will say when he grows up and sees himself inside your tummy?! All in all it was all worth it! Priceless and truly heart warming. Thanks Liz and Bill!

Would recommend to anyone that is expecting. Such an amazing experience! The quality is beyond what I was expecting. You can really see what your baby looks like. The staff was friendly, made us all feel comfortable and was even excited about the baby. She truley loves her job. I have referred a couple people already :-) Will definately do again if I have another one

Rachael was the girl who did mine. She was super rude. When I arrived, after drinking water for 3 days straight to fulfill their instructions, I needed to pee. She got mad that my wife knocked on the door. We didnt know there was one exam room. Dont ask people to drink tons of water when they are pregnant, and then treat them crappy when they need to pee. I went into this appointment telling them they probably couldnt find the baby. I have a stealth pregnancy that doctors have verified. I thought itd be great to get a 3D and 4D pic. I even kept postponing until I got further along. I told them ahead of time that she may not find the baby the first time. The girl I originally texted with must not have been Rachael because she was actually polite. She told me they could give me another scan free in a few weeks if they didnt find my baby yet. Since Im 18 weeks she was certain they could. Rachael took about 2 minutes with me. I paid for 15. She shoved the probe in my abdomen hard and did just the center and right side. I told her that when we feel the baby move, hes on the left. She didnt even take the time. She didnt even tell me if she just wasnt seeing him or if she couldnt find my uterus at all. Then she said to go to the doctor, that shes not a doctor. I told them ahead of time, before paying their expensive prices, that my baby is hard to find. I told her I was worried about that. The other girl was kind and said she would try. Then Rachael was seriously acting all pissy. I know youre not a doctor, nobody was expecting you to be. And she made me extremely uncomfortable having to explain myself as to why she couldnt see my baby. Like Im some quack off the street who is just guessing shes pregnant and wants to pay $100 for the hell of it. I know Im pregnant. I knew shed have a hard time. Then she didnt even listen. She rushed me in and rushed me out. Barely said two words expect sorry and you should go to the doctor, Im not a doctor. Why are they allowing them to do ultrasounds then if they cant even answer simple questions or communicate. And then when I paid, she did lower my package so it costs less, but she didnt even book my other appointment that was supposed to be free if they didnt find anything. And she made my wife so mad she walked out as not to argue. It was horrifying. I already feel insecure because my pregnancy is strange. And when I tried to cancel they encouraged me to come in and try. And I felt comfortable and happy to. Then I get there and I get poked, not even everywhere a baby at 18 weeks can be. And then shes rude. She didnt check my left side, or go lower where my ovaries are, she didnt even look around the belly button to see if my baby is sitting high. As if saying shes not a doctor is reason enough not to be thorough. Im so disappointed and embarassed. She looked at me like I was a nut job. Obviously I didnt pay good money If theres no baby. Obviously Ive gotten it verified. Obviously I didnt choose a random due date. So why look at me like we are two high school girls and shes the cheerleader and Im the nerd that just walked by in spandex and headgear. Seriously it felt like high school all over again. And Im already and emotional wreck because of my pregnancy hormones! And how has an ultrasound tech never heard of babies not showing up in ultrasounds? Stealth pregnancies happen to 1 in 25 women?!?

Only rated 1 star because I had to. Crappy service. 1st visit, tech didnt even introduce herself & no smiles, no nothing, had to get rescanned because baby wouldnt show gender. Paid a little more so my rescan could be 4D. 2nd visit, gender determined by OWNER as a girl, she didnt even go into my file & see what kind of scan package it was, she didnt give me a 15 min scan, NOR 4D. Waste of money. I had a gender reveal party out of state, spent alot of money... to go back to Evans on my 20th week, & found out gender was determined WRONG. Called and talked to owner about what the policy is for something like that, she told me I needed to be rescanned & she can refund me if she was wrong. Went back in for ANOTHER scan... & she was not remorseful at all when finding out she was wrong, she gave me an option to get another scan later on or refund, I told her I just want my money back please... she responded with Ill refund you $xxx, But not for the teddy bear 🙄 uhhh Okay? Smh. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Rude owner, rude service. I wasnt upset because I DO have a healthy baby, but she could have acted differently, I mean, she does get a PRETTY damn penny every 5-15 minutes. Not humble at all. Went to FIRST GLIMPSE 4D on my 35 week, so much more satisfied !

My wife and I went to get an ultrasound of our son and get a dvd of the scan. My wife specifically told the lady she made the appointment with she wanted the DVD just like we got for our daughter a little over a year ago. We went got the scan and then were told it wasnt even recorded because it wasnt put down right in the computer. The woman who did the scan offered a free rescan and we would have to pay $15 for the disc and we were about to leave and they said they found another way So they found a way to put it from the Internet to a disc and even though we were told it was included in the package we wanted we paid the $15 extra for it. It didnt play in any DVD player we put it into. My wife called the owner and he had no solutions that were suitable for the situation and was so rude to my wife she called me crying because he was so rude to her and she is almost 7 months pregnant. She went in to get the mishap fixed and the wife of the owner was just as rude and also upset my wife to the point of breaking down and crying and disappointed because we didnt get what we were promised.

To all expecting mothers: (this is long)I went to Baby Expressions on S Tejon yesterday to get a 3D/4D ultrasound of my son the same way i did for my little girl over a year ago. When i called and made the appointment i asked the women if a video of the ultrasound was included in the $90 price of the scan (my daughters was) and she told me yes in the package i wanted it was included. So i went and got my scan, at the end the tech gave my the photos she had printed and asked if i wanted a slide show disc for $15. I said no but i wanted the recording of the ultrasound that was supposed to be included and the tech looks at me confused and said that the computer didnt say i wanted that and that she didnt even record the session. The whole point of me returning and repeating my business with this place was to get the video of my son the same way i did of my daughter. So the tech offered me a rescan and we were about to leave.As we were leaving they stopped us and said there was another way to get the video. Great! I thought and we said we would take it. I went ahead and paid the $15 extra even though i was originally told it was included just because i really wanted the video. So we picked it up an hour later and went to my moms so excited we got the video. We put it in 3 different devices and it only played for 15 seconds. So i called Baby Expressions and informed them that i would just like to do the rescan i was originally offered because the dvd didnt work. They told me i would have to call in the morning and speak to the owner. So this morning i called and a man answered the phone and i said i was calling to speak with the owner and he informed me that him and his wife owned the establishment.I began to explain what had happened and he cut me off, and with an attitude said he had herd about the situation last night. So i said i wanted to have the rescan that i was offered because the video i had didnt work and it was not the same as the one i got for my daughter. He began to get very agitated with me. He told me he would not do the rescan because the video wasnt the same and made me feel like the situation was my fault in some way after i had just spent $105 at his establishment and had reasonable expectations for the video (which was all i wanted). I was nothing but respectful trying to explain what i had been told by HIS employees and he was argumentative the whole call. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by someone in a customer service industry in my life. Not to mention i am 7 months pregnant and havent been able to stop balling after just being blamed for a situation that was a miscommunication on the part of HIS employees. I have even recommended business to these people in the past and now i hope you ladies stay away from there to avoid being treated the same way i just was. I am hurt and feel attacked and i was just trying to get a working dvd to give my son of his ultrasound the same way i did for my little girl.I went back to get the situation rectified and the owners wife was just as careless and disrespectful as her husband. All they did was give me my $15 back and say they were not willing to do anything else and the only reason we went there was so we could get the dvd and now my husband and i are out $90 and have nothing we were lead to believe we were getting. The owners wouldnt acknowledge their mistakes or that of their employees and my husband and i cant afford another scan.

This was an amazing experience! Friendly staff!!! My wife and I were amazed at the quality! A must do if you are expecting.
