Can’t get help to pick up equipment I emailed 5 times and called 3 times
I usually dont review products or services but I wouldnt want anyone else to experience the bad service or no service from ReadyRefresh. No Kate I dont like to complain and I am very patient person. I noticed you are only 2 months into your service with ReadyRefresh. I had no problems early on as well. First off the drivers are not the issue. They are nice and very professional. The problems started with their website. No need to get into all of the details but today when online shopping is important to a companys success you would think a functional website is a necessity. Then next deliveries dont show up as scheduled. Check the website and the delivery date has changed and/or items have been also been changed. But wait something new has happened. The delivery date and all items within the order has now totally vanished !!! Just like the ReadyRefresh customer service. I just wanna drink some good tasting water please !!!
I was on autopay for over a year. This summer my cc information got stolen and I forgot to update this company with my new cc #. So they come 3 months after realizing my card doesnt work and never let me know. No calls or mail. Their email once a month is their standard your bill is ready email which I long ago started to ignore because I was automatically paying. Now I have $60 in fees and they are willing to overturn $20. The second lady I spoke to even admitted they dont call on past due bills so the first lady lied. I paid up and Im out. They would rather call a creditor than pick up the phone to tell me Im behind. If your a busy person good luck getting anyone on the phone too...
Very expensive, raised rates 3 time in 3 years. Started at $6.99 for 5 gallons now at $ 9.99. Over charging for rental water dispenser. Ordered a new water dispenser after ours broke for the 2nd time. Advertising a hot and cold dispenser for $3.99, but charging $9.99 per month. Drivers are great, company is greedy.

Ordered service on 4/10/18, delivery scheduled for 4/13/18 am. No delivery, no email about rescheduling us. I check website and login to account to find we were re-scheduled for 4/16/18. Tried calling them, machine says they are just too busy and wont be able to speak to anyone today..WTH!?.. so I checked reviews online and see they earn a solid 1 to a minus1 rating on yelp and not much better here on Google reviews. We canceled our service and went with Glacier water.PS. I was able to reach Nestle when I went through the billing part of their website, and the cancel service option offered a ph # they actually answer..the girl was truly apathetic at best. Horribly run company..dang.We are located in San Bernardino, Ca. BTW.
Terrible service! Generally i would give a four star, although - last week they had tech issues - I ordered 5 bottles, they charged me twice the amount.! When I called to get assistance, the rep said she couldnt help me, so I dealt with the 1st bad charge through the bank. Then I called regarding the double billing a couple days later... only for them to say the same thing _system issues. I went online to cancel the entire order! They still havent reimbursed me... and right now Im on hold - so far 10 min in... This is the worst customer service Ive ever received from a company.
