Aban is a real awesome person to get alone with, also has a high level of professionalism. Aban is up front and has the best Prices in the U.S. that Ive seen so far, from tanks to brew houses, does customization at no extra cost, so thats a real plus.

We at Tuckahoe Brewing Company have been using Best Buy Brewing Equipments unitank fermenters and brite tanks since 2016. This past December we took delivery of four unitank fermenters, two 30 bbl and two 15 bbl. Yesterday we took delivery of a 15 bbl brite tank. Delivery took some time because of the uncertainty of steel tariffs, but quality is excellent and price is unbeatable. We highly recommend.

I agree with the other recent reviews. I ordered 3 tanks and a cooker in for my distillery in August of 2018. They have never materialized. I have been told multiple times that they are on the ship and almost in port. I am out $37,000 in up front payments and have nothing to show for it. I finally ordered replacement tanks and different cooker from another supplier so I can operate.

Web site says they are open but no one answers the phone.

Like other have said, the prices are great but the shipping and lead time is a disaster and total lie at best. We ordered our equipment, tanks showed up months late and unannounced. The order was incomplete, our chiller was missing along with 40,000 worth of other equipment. He doesnt have the cash flow, he is waiting on someone else to put their downpayment on new equipment to finish paying off other peoples equipment. Dont spend your money here. Pay a little extra. AVOID AT AT COSTS.

This place has the best prices on brewing equipment around. Aban was very flexible about delivery. And equipment was in great condition on delivery. Would definitely recommend to any breweries in need of good equipment. Thanks Best Buy Brewing.

We ordered four 7 bbl unitanks for our brewpub. We havent brewed any beer yet, but the tanks arrived in good condition and were exactly what we expected. No complaints.

I have had the pressure of dealing with this company for almost 2 years now. The brewing tanks and wonderfully made and a great asset to have for a start up, or a titan in the micro/specialty brewing industry.Abans professionalism and enthusiastic attitude is great.

We have purchased several tanks from Best Buy Brewing equipment. These tanks have performed very well and the service level is excellent, we have had very few issues with the equipment but when we do, the response is impressive.

I am a start up cidery and I got the best price by far from Best Buy Brewing for my brite tank. I have had it for almost a year and it has been working great. Any issues I had were addressed quickly.

STAY AWAY! Id give 0 stars of I could. I purchased a brewhouse and cellar from Best Buy Brewing in March 2019. I still have not received all of my equipment.Here is the story: I was pressured into paying the remaining balance of the equipment under the circumstances that we needed to get it out of the port to avoid paying a tariff fee. They said they would house my equipment until I was ready to receive it at my facility. According to them everything was there, they sent me photos, I even saw it in person.Fast forward to when we were ready to accept equipment. People stopped answering their phones, and kept getting a different story as to where the equipment was and why it wasnt shipping. I finally got my own truck and went down to get the stuff. I found and incomplete brewhouse, and less than half of the tanks I ordered. All incomplete, missing all components. Yesterday, a shipment arrived from Canada with two more incomplete tanks from a totally different company! They also tried to pawn off two single wall fermentors as bright tanks. On top of that, I paid for American Pumps on the brewhouse. The ones I received are clearly chinese and they said the facotry put the wrong sticker on them Yeah right.Below, is an itemized list of what I am missing and what they owe me. We have purchased 7 & 15 BBL unitanks and brite tanks from Aban at Best Buy, and everything went as well as it could, including shipping and delivery exactly when it was promised. The tanks have been in use for 2 years now and have been flawless. We will be upgrading soon and will definitely be working with them again to get some new tanks from them! We ordered a single 7 BBL tank. Needed the live and dead weight for engineering plans for permits application. Aban was very responsive and helpful. Responded right away by email and than called to confirm we had received the information.Great company, responsive and always one step ahead of the constomers needs.

We got ripped off, paid a 5k deposit and have seen nothing and no one will take calls or return messages. Hiring a lawyer now. Stay away from these liars!

-Buyer Beware-I was told 75-90 day lead time. 6 tanks took 180 days. The tanks are of decent quality. I would order different temp guages. These are too small and have markings every 5 degrees F. Not accurate enough for fermentation temps. Do your homework.

Bought 5 fermenters and all were affordable and good quaility. Definitely would purchase again.

I had an amazing experience with Aban and his team. They stayed open late one Saturday to let me tour their facility. They found me a very good deal on a slightly used brew house. And found a great deal on 5 5bbl fermenters. I would also say that Aban is willing to go above and beyond to assist brewers in making sure their entire experience is right and will fix any errors that arise.

Best Buy has been great to work with. We purchased a 7bbl brewhouse with them and we are in the process of going to a 15bbl. Aban has been very quick to resolve any minor equipment issues in a timely and professional manner.

I purchased 4 5-BBL Unitanks from Best Buy Brewing Equipment (BBB) and was very happy with the product quality, customer service and quick responses to questions and parts request. Even when we had a slight hiccup with the shipping contractor, BBB was quick to get things back on track.

Great products and customer service. 2 years running their equipment and everything is ship shape.

Its been well over a year and we are still missing a major component of our brewing system. DO not trust Aban or this company!
