I bought a 2007 Ford Mustang from Chadwick Auto 2 years ago and had a good experience with them. My credit wasnt that great but was still able to get a nice car. I had to replace the water pump on the car last month but thats part of the wear and tear of the car, manufacturers fault NOT the dealer. My wife is gonna need a new car soon and will be going back to Chadwick Auto because the staff is friendly, easy to deal with and have a large collection of cars.

I personally have not purchased a vehicle from this place, but when i can to see their selections. They have so many cool cars & trucks and the staff was so polite and helpful. The manager personally came out to say hello and see how hes staff was doing.Great personal touch!!!

After going to several dealers getting denied or not giving me good options, I finally got approved with a payment that I could afford on a reliable suv which was what i originally wanted so I was very pleased for that. The staff was fairly nice & i could tell they did everything possible to get me into a vehicle despite my credit issues. I need the dealerships help. I recently bought the car late December of 2018. I was told I would receive new plates in the mail by the dealership but they never came. I exited the Marine Corps in April and moved back to Colorado and. I need to register my vehicle here but I dont have the registration. Also your number doesnt work. Ive called a few numbers and nothing.

They do not even deserve 1 star, when my husband talked to the salesman he asked what was the lowest price he would take, they said that they do not talk numbers over the phone. So we went all the way down to them, to look at the truck for a second time, my first instinct was the salesman was dressed like a slob and when we took a test drive all he could do was talk about himself. My husband then started negotiating price, the salesman goes to his manager and makes us wait. The salesman came back out and proceeds to tell my husband that the price is firm and then the manager came out and said they do not negotiate. We were already pre approved and they lied and said that they do not work with our credit union. The whole experience was a waste of time and gas. They then call my husband and try to get him to come back. When he said no because they were not willing to negotiate they then called him a hot head and hung up. They continued to text him for a week. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I finally had to call them and tell them to stop texting and calling because we would NEVER do business with them!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

My fiancé and I went to Chadwick Auto and right when we showed up we were greeted by a very nice salesman. The salesman asked us what we were looking for in a car so we told him we were looking for a reliable car because we have a baby on the way, he said I have the perfect car for you and showed us our new 2013 Kia Rio very beautiful car and it runs amazing, We have had no problems. This is a great place to buy a car. I have purchased 2 cars from this place. I have had a very good experience. Cooper is amazing. I would definitely suggest this place. They have beautiful cars that run great. The first car I bought from them was amazing a dodge charger 06 it ran beautifully not one issue. I drove all the way from arizona to pick out my 2nd car from chadwicks, I have had it now going on 4 months it is running great no issues and so far my best car yet.

Bring your mechanic with you. Beware the condition of the cars they sell. I bought a beautiful Mazda CX7 from them and was impressed at first. However, they do a bad job inspecting the mechanical side before selling the car.They will lie to you and tell you that the car has been inspected thoroughly. In reality they just erased the error code on my car before my eyes when I brought it back to them, and they didnt fix it.It is a sad joke to buy a great car and spend a ton of money and leave the car sitting in the driveway. Thanks Chadwick Auto Sales for taking my money and lying to me.

Bought a truck here i love it, price was right and payments are perfect. Only downfall is my radio, seats, gas filler tube needed to be fixed. Ended up doing the radio myself because their electrician was super busy, they fixed my seats and gas tank (which broke as soon as i put gas the next day). Also was missing my jack and tire iron. I go to use my tire iron a few weeks later to do my brakes and they gave me the wrong set. They keep telling me to go back and they will fix all the little issues but thats a lot of time away from work for petty things. Ended up just ordering it on ebay. So far ive put a little over 1,000 extra into the truck which they should have done right the first time before i even drove it off the lot.

A 7 year old, 3 year old, and a 6 month old. Did everything to accomodate us. Got a 2012 Jeep Rubicon from Chadwicks. Not only did I feel like I made a good buy, I felt like I made a good resource in the IE, since we are out of towners.Scott even went as far as buying us dinner, when he clearly did not have to.I really recommend this place to anyone considering paying them a visit, and to out of towners who see their inventory online as I did. I drove 3 hours and they made sure I was satisfied and compensated for making that drive.

Bought an 04 Volvo S60 from these guys they told me it was awd and its clearly fwd they also told me it had never been in an accident but they moved the license plate to block body damage and the damn car has been on fire before. Very deceitful and if I thought I had a case I would probably take them to court

We were in town to see family and in the market for a new to us truck so we did some hunting on Autotrader before coming down and visited a few different dealerships throughout the day. We were either striking out or no one was really budging on prices so we went to Chadwick Auto because my husbands first pick for trucks was there.We were helped by Luis and Scott the owner made it a point to come greet us and talk as well. We went in with a preapproval so the paperwork was fast and simple and well explained. We were able to get the truck at the price we were looking for and walked away very happy.On the drive down we noticed when hitting rough spots on the freeway that the truck would shake pretty roughly when going over 70. We did research that night on what it could possibly be and the next morning I called at opening to explain what we had experienced and was told to come back up as soon as we could so they could examine the truck. We arrived and they sent us to the tire shop down the road to make sure they were balanced since they were brand new. They were off slightly so we returned to the same area where the shaking was bad and while it had lessened it was still rough. So we returned and Couper hopped in the truck with us so he could see what was happening. Having him help diagnose the issue (tires were well overfilled for what the truck calls for) and fix it, we left very happy and satisfied with the amazing customer service presented. We went to the same section again and the shaking was CONSIDERABLY less. My husband will look at the ball bearings and shocks when we get home but we know that nothing majorly mechanical is wrong with the vehicle.Scott, Couper, and Luis were all wonderful to work with. You can feel that they really care and the Chadwick family is heavily involved in the business. Buying a used vehicle, you have to expect that there is going to be normal wear and tear on the vehicle. I do believe that they do their best to assure that you are purchasing a safe vehicle and they care about your investment. Very glad we ended up buying from them and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again!

I just purchased a 2009 Lexus GS from Chadwick auto. Ita a small dealership off the 10 which is close to my work in Colton. I love my car! They got me approved, which I thought would never happen since Carmax told me I was not able to afford that same car. So far everything has gone great and I would recommend this business to all of my friends and family. I also love the fact that is a family run business, that is hard to find these days.

Go to better business bureau website and see what the people there are saying about how they were lied to and cheated and how they where not willing to help resolve vehicle issues after only one week or so and you will have an accurate picture of how they function saying We are a family owned business over and over doesnt mean that they wont lie to you . also the posts on this website say its easy to get financed over and over sure it is they want you to buy what theyre selling you.You just wont like it when you find out the truth once your out the door with a vehicle.( you cant post here unless you give one star)

Cant believe I have to give these guys a star. My girldfriend jumped the gun and purchased a truck from these jokers. The first day she had the truck, is when all the issues began to occur. Leaking water pump, cheap, generic underpressured fuel pump (installed by their mechanics) clogged fuel lines, burnt spark plugs, plugged fuel filter, worn serpentine belt, I have places to be. These guys are real lucky that I travel for a living and am not at home to adress the issue. Needless to say, SAVE YOUR MONEY and pay the extra couple thousand to buy a certified vehicle from a legitimate dealership. The owenr of the business assured my girlfriend, that if her second attempt to fix the truck failed, he would trade her a truck for equal value. LIES. Take your business elsewhere. We could have bought a pretty nice truck for the costs that we have spent to date and continue to pay.

Scott Chadwick was very kind and when he saw that there was a tear in the seat of the truck he was selling to me he offered to get it fixed for free and so I bought the truck .He also said that becuase its used theres no real warranty but if I have any issues in the next 30 days or so to call him and contact his son that works there and they could get it handled But when I called 2.5-3 weeks later to tell them that the Air conditioning on the truck only worked for a couple days after purchase I was reffered by one of his sales people to a shop in Bloomington to get the a/c fixed at my own cost and wasnt willing to resolve issue for me .I had people on the line at work that loved the truck that I bought and wanted to see about getting one from Chadwick as well however I will not reffer them and see them also get empty promises that dont get taken care of once the purchase is finalized.

I have been a security guard for 3 years of my life and this place is outrageous price and warranty please do not shop here for they sold me a used car and it broke down the first month they did not want to cover me after purchasing the extended warranty so I fought against it and they still chargered me 4K dollars please shop elsewhere

I brought a 2008 Chevy Silverado in January 2016 and 7 months later I have to replace the transmission. This will cost me approximately $3100.00 for a new one. When I contacted the dealer, I was told they have a shop that will put a used one in it for $2000.00 with a 30 day warranty. I will never buy another vehicle from them again, never.

At first all was grate they sold us a 1999 ford Mustang 150000 for $3900 and a 30 day very limited warranty so as luck would have it the power steering pump when out 1 week later they fix it but charge us 1/2 the cost $80 we pay but when we ask for a recipe and the old part back they got mad and said no to us so after 1hr of going back and forth with them the mechanic threw the $89 at my daughters chest so in all and all its been a real bad road we have $1500 left to be done with them.

Would not recommend!!!
