The woman Denise is very rude and stereo typed me pretty hard she even called security to follow me I heard her on the phone calling them very unprofessional very rude ! The bad part is I would go to the Dollar tree once a week to do my shopping this lady has just ruined my experience there.

A shopping experience at Dollar Tree is always pleasant, Besides the bargains, the staff is always polite and they always welcome you as you as you enter, it can actually lift your spirits if your is not going well.

After spending years as retail management for major retailers I know when a store is struggling. Not on the general stores behalf but on the corporate side. My visits here to this Dollar Tree location has always been very pleasant only because the staff here have always provided excellent customer service that would have been an excellent asset to my store. What I also noticed during my visits here is that the store here is understaffed, both small and major repairs are needed, and remodel is needed. Its as if Im walking in to a store stuck in the 90s. Again the staff and management here at the location are EXCELLENT! I do recommend this location to locals but I also recommend that this location gets the very well deserved attention it truly needs from corporate to be the best I know they can be 👍

Every time I go to this store, I am greeted with a welcome every time. To be honest, the store needs to be clean; however, that is the customers fault. Another thing that I would like to see is more in stock items. On a positive note, the employees are very helpful and kind, and they do work even late at night.

I was in and out. Store was busy but cashier was efficient. I bought three calendars for 2020. My whole trip was fifteen minutes.

Friendly workers, but if there is a lot of people the check out tends to take a bit longer than usual.

So I love Dollar Tree 🌳. But this specific store is always so disappointing. Every time I purchase felt tip pens I get them home and they are all dried up. They had to clear every shelf of food items recently. Cant even buy a soda. Dont know why, the cashier wouldnt say. But one can only imagine!

Great deals. I do my snack shopping here along with my gift cards and wrapping paper/gift bags. You also find a variety of other things like gifts and animal supplies

Just left the dollar tree in Colton and had such a horrible experience, WITH THE MANAGER! ..... (Already knowing about their vermin infestation) I had went in for a picture frame. I get to the counter to pay, and there is 2 workers in the front. None of the lights at the cash registers were turned on to be able to see which register to go to, and I had noticed a woman already waiting at lane 1 in plain site of BOTH workers, but it wasnt until I walked up to lane 1 with her that one of the workers had said she can help you at lane 2. (REMINDER: no lights are on still) The woman purchasing items than goes to lane 2, and asks, you guys arent selling any drinks at the moment? (Of course not knowing that theres a vermin infestation, this woman just wanted to know if it was all beverages not being sold or just the ones in the front) the cashier than says, Well cant you see that its blocked off, I dont know where you people are getting this from, and why you all keep asking if were selling any food items. It clearly says DO NOT OPEN on the sign (so of course me being the outgoing person I am I respond to her rudeness before the customer she was talking to does) and I told her, So it was just a NO right? No, you guys arent selling any drinks or food at the moment she says, Yeah, well thats what I said .... I said, Well you didnt have to be so rude about it. She doesnt know you guys have a bug infestation, and cant sell food after that, there was a quietness until the customer left, and until i paid for my items. I had said what I needed to say to her, so I was just trying to pay for my items in peace, and leave. It was when she was giving me my change that she wanted to continue the issue she had with me.... so she dropped my change in my hand, and blank starred at me. Obviously upset at me, I did not get from her a have a nice day or thank you for coming, it was just a blank stare. I than noticed her different color shirt from the other worker, and after about 3 seconds into her starring contest she wanted to start, I asked her, are you the manager she said yes I am I said, wow thats so crazy to me! I dont know how you got this position while being so unprofessional, and rude with your customers Ill make sure to leave that nice review for you on the receipt. Your name is Lorraine right? She said Yup, Lorraine with 2 Rs. Tell whoever you need to i dont care I said, Got it, have a blessed day Lorraine with 2 Rs ....... So now I am here telling you all about the experience that the MANAGER loRRaine (two Rs) wanted me to share with everyone. I am now going to leave my review, and call the person above her. Boxes everywhere in the store and the lady at the register did not want to put my items in my bag so I had to reach over myself. She had the biggest attitude as well. So unfortunate because I use to love that store.

I called to see if they carried a specific item, the girl that answered was rude. She said we are busy and I should go to the store to see if I find it. That basically was the point I wanted to check if they had the item there, so I wouldnt waste my time or gas driving over there.

Looked for inexpensive decorations. There are always treasures that can be found to accomplish the goal. Happy with the results.

All school supplies I need for my second grader can be found here... I mean ALL I need is here and only pay $1 dollar for each or less. What a bargain!! I made this my first stop for almost anything I need.

They are always nice, polite and professional BUT I always buy my hair dye here and half the time the dye tubes are empty or there are two of the wrong ones in the box. Im sick of it. Im only going to 99¢ Only Store from now on.

Worst cashiers, horrible customer serviceWaited in line for 15 minutes and even though there were 2 other workers roaming around the cashiers and talking with them they didnt do anything to help the lines move faster. I hope to never return here.

Not very clean. They over work the employees

Was there today 1/10/19 the store was a mess and they have the same old junk. There was boxes that needed to be unpacked that were in the way so i couldnt get what i wanted. When i got up to pay for my stuff i trapped over something that was on the floor. I seen two people who wrok there standing around talking. They could have been unpacking the boxes that were in the way.

I go there myself sometimes its good to find somethings you need

This store is super unorganized. They have a mess all the time. The store looks like a hurricane hit it. The staff seems like they dont care. They have carts full of inventory that is waiting to be stocked just sitting in the aisle and at the back of the store.

I really like to go to these stores because it is cheap I find what I look for most of the time and I get distracted without spending a lot of service is good good but some people who attend not all there is one that is very geniuda attends reluctantly not her name but she has black skin white skin and a little chubby but in short it is a good place and the others attend excellent

The very rude cashier with an old lady who didnt understand her so I help her and when she charges me for my very despot I get so upset that kind of people who do their job with such an ugly attitude
