I took my Spectra Laser in for warranty work which they told me they were authorized to perform. After 3 weeks I called them and they had to call me back back because they couldnt find the laser. Then they told me it was just out of calibration and didnt need any repair and that it was $300 for the calibration. When my husband went to pick it up he discovered that the original problem was still present which would have prevented them from calibrating the unit. They tried to charge me for work they never preformed. This place has lost ALL of my business for survey equipment.
