I really like Smart & Final. They have decent prices and a pretty great selection of items. The manager does specials some nights by giving ALL SHOPPERS 1/2 off of their items. Its pretty cool! Its never crowded there and the quality of their produce is fantastic!!! Love it! The cashiers are always nice, friendly and helpful. I even left my wallet on the counter one morning and they had it for me the next day when I remembered where I had left it! Thank you Darren! Anyway...if you havent shopped there, give it a try. I think youll be pleasantly surprised!!!

I would have to say I really dont like coming here but julianna on register 3 at 740pm on 7/08/21 is the best, she was helping out the other slower people, she right away noticed the line getting longer and opened another register and Im happy to say she kept it fairand she was fast at her job.

Items are placed differently than grocery stores, but there is a lot of options, brand wise and size wise. I like this store, and would give it a heck yeah!!!

Nice and clean and courteous. However there wasnt a lot of varied items to buy due to the virus. I needed heavy duty paper plates. They only had certain kinds. I only was able to get half of what i needed for Christmas.

I went to get a rotisserie chicken for my family they didnt have any. I asked the associate how long for the next batch . Her response was not for for a long time . really what happened to customer service .

I was disappointed when purchasing collard greens, they were very small and only 5 leaf, I wouldve bought more, if they was not small.

The store was very clean, you can easily shop their, nice produce.

Large n clean location here in San Bernardino west of 215 Freeway.There is ample parking and surprisingly very well stocked despite turkey day tha other day...Come n get ur shop on or hop on Shipt n get it delivered!

We found everything for our business,open on Sunday @ 8:20 pm whooa...We were lucky.

I went there yesterday to look for steaks and beef meat that is on sale, but there was none. It was around 6 pm. We were told that they had a shipment of meat that needed to be processed and that the kind of beef I wanted to buy was there. I was told to go back to the store early today and that the items would be available. I went there at 7:30 a.m. I did not see what I was told would be there, so I ask the girl that was doing an inventory on the meat department, she went to the back to check and told me they did not have any and that most likely the girl that told me to go early was confused. What a waste of time. If you are not going to have a product, do not advertise on sale it makes people angry and waste our time.

Great Customer Service Was In & Out

This has become my number one shopping spot in the area for groceries I would normally go to a few different stores but ever since I started going here that has changed. Because of convenience, nice selection of products at great prices it makes it easy. I really like the quality of the first street brand of products. There fresh rotisserie chickens are pretty bomb as well.

Nice clean store. Staff were helpful. Felt bad for then because some older gentleman was giving them a hard time about not wanting to wear a mask.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I appreciate the steps they have taken to maintain peoples safety and how pleasant everyone has always been when I have visited this location.

Came in around 9 AM to buy a bag of candy for a school project. Had a laptop in my backpack so I absolutely needed to have it on me since there was no way I was leaving it in the car. Was in the store for no more than 2 minutes. When I came up to pay Diana the cashier was eyeballing me up and down which I noticed through the corner of my eye. When I came up to pay she said in the most condescending and annoyed voice, “for future reference you can not come in with a backpack.” Would’ve had no problem and would’ve probably apologized but she gave me an attitude acting like I was bound to steal something when I went down one aisle and came right back up in the span of 2 minutes. I understand company policy but she didn’t need the attitude. Never returning here again.

Love this store! It is close to my home, so its convenient for me. The weekly ad prices are competitive and I find lots of great deals here. The employees are friendly and helpful. The parking lot is VERY well lit at night. And the store is always clean, cool & well-stocked.

This visit was much better than the previous one! The employees were very friendly and helpful. The meat stocker was very knowledgeable about the questions I had about various cuts of meat. The produce assistant made that I got the freshest product available. The checker wasnt put off that I mistakenly forgot to add the item # of the bulk product I got. Great visit, time efficient too.

This store is well stocked with a huge selection. You can get bulk and large quantity packs, but you can also pick up normal grocery items. They have done a great job packing in such a large variety of items. Their produce department is very impressive and well stocked. Prices are pretty competitive on most items.

This is a great store. Helpful and cheerful staff. Great product variety and prices. Carts are nice and new. Produce is fresh and very affordable. Surprising that they are willing to offer so much when other stores charge admission (membership), and provide far less. My family is giving up our large store membership since this store opened close to home.

Really enjoyed shopping here for my first time. Just moved into town. I was used to shopping at a Smart & Final and was afraid to shop at another grocery store. There were 2 employees that had outstanding customer service. LaShay was the manager on duty and she knew her job. She had a great attitude and was so friendly. Another associate there as well was a young man. I didnt get his name for being so young and possessing that type of customer service. I was impressed. Thank you both!!!

The location was cleaner than most. I came in on a Thursday, which is the day after the new deals start, so some of the produce was not restocked yet, I suppose. Quality of produce was looked of good quality. I didnt see any workers while I was there, but I didnt need any help since I already new what I wanted and I nee where the location was. Parking is more than adaquate and was also clean. Prices are affordable. If you are one that likes to only shop at one location verses going around town for the best deals. You can get what you need here with average cost.

Cashier was very friendly. Check out was fast.

Line is long. But it moves fairly quick.

Close to home, get there early to beat the long lines.

Just bought 12 white corns for $1.92(great deal) and they were all in good fresh condition. By far the best deal/discount on corn out there right now. The most ive bought before was 4 for a $1 at another market so this was a must!

For my first time visiting Smart and final it was clean and looked good. The associate that was working in the aisles greeted me asking me how I was doing. I really appreciated that and I would definitely come again and recommend this store to others :)

I love it, but I didnt find what I was looking for

Not happy. I had a 10 dollar off coupon that i tried to use but couldnt cause it was expired. I understand it was expired but I had used an expired one before. What upset me even more was that the cashier said there was a coupon in the weekly mailer that i should have used. I obviously didnt have it. Knowing that a coupon as such existed i dont understand why i was unable to use mine.

I went at 9:30ish on a Saturday night to get some items I needed for the early morning and they were closed. The business hours state they close at 10:00 PM and... it was still early. Its not like they were closing and were shuting down... no, the lights were out, there were no cars, and I needed to do shopping. Not happy!!!!!
