Took my DRZ400 to these guys for some carburetor work, battery issue, and have my oil changed. They did a fantastic job, my bike is running better than it ever has. And at a reasonable price too. Thanks guys :)
Alex,Rick and son will help you find all your needs to make your family fun excellent
Always get the friendliest of service and best pricing. They really know what they are doing.
10 years ago I took my bike to a large dealer/shop. It was running rough. They said I needed to have the carburetors rebuilt. For an ungodly amount of money. I took my bike to Import Cycle and they adjusted my valves. The bike ran as good as it ever did after that.I was recently in there for another valve adjustment they did that and fixed the sticky throttle and did some mechanical work. Got a great deal. These guys in my opinion have the best mechanics around they have been there for years they really know their s***.I wouldnt take my bike anywhere else. My bike is 15 years old and still is on the road thanks to these guys.
Alex does great work. I highly recommend this ATV shop. They repaired my ATV and put all OEM parts.
Lt250r full motor rebuild !Took them 2 Motors to get the best out of them and rebuild one good one. So far I broke in the motor and bike runs amazing ! And the price its good/fair.The owner/ tech was really helpful, straigh forward, and its not whiling to do a cheap job. Hes either gonna fix it all and give you back a fresh motor or hes not doing it. (Only means he dont want you to come back crying soon after something else fails ) fair enough. .Over all a great experience and I would recommend them for any type of atv needs. On the other hand. The guy that answers the phone, cashier, sounds really nice over the phone. .in person? Fkn rude ! (Untill he realizes that you are spending good money ) very unprofessional and not friendly at all ! Not bad either. But forsure wont make you feel comfortable .I give it a 9 out of 10 over all !Recommended.
They have done an excellent job boring the cylinders of my 79 Yamaha XS1100 to install a big bore kit. Highly recommended.
Ive been taking my ATVs to Alex for service and repairs for the past 6 years and will continue to as long as I need service on my off road toys. Alex recently fixed my clutch and cover on my Honda TRX450 and his cost was beyond reasonable. Thank you Alex and your team for the great service you provide.
Great place, very helpful. Nice people
Great. They were totally great in getting the job done friendly helpful I recommend them
Great service would definitely recommend
The mechanic is real good and awesome guy
Great sevice and fair pricing. My bike rips now. They even topped off my fluids.
Had them rebuild my forks they did a great job and the turnaround time was fast

Reasonable price
Good shop for import motorcycle repair. First time in seemed to take a while, but once I get to know how they work, everything is fine. Helps when they get to know you too. Repair and maintenance very good. Parking on street for MC trailers and even toy haulers. May need to make U-turn if coming from the north, shop is on south side of street.
Friendly staff will definitely take my toys again.
I have a 1987 yz 125 that needed a new carburetor and the guys here at import cycle hooked me up with the stuff that I needed, were kind, and professional. Look for David and Alex and they will help you out. A big thumbs up
Great shop treat you like family and fair price great job .are they open during theses times ??
I just bought my first bike which I anticipated would be a project bike to learn about motorcycles, and it turned out to be more than I anticipated, I took my bike to them and they were very helpful, I didnt have a way to transport my bike and they came and picked it up, they kept me informed over what they found and even asked me to come down so they could show me what they found and made sure to explain the process of getting my bike back into running condition, when I picked up my bike after they finished all the repairs they took the time to make sure I understood the bike and how to check all of the fluids, and made sure I was well informed over everything that was done and how to make sure the bike stays in good running order. I then took one of my friends to the shop after he lost his muffler and they helped him out and within an hour had his bike fixed up. I will continue to bring my bike here for its repairs, Rick and Alex are a pleasure to to business with they are very honest and do a great job at making sure the bikes they work on are properly taken care of.
Very rude people. Never go there again.
I brought my motorcycle tire in a moments notice and they swapped it out immediately and balanced it for a great price.
Great work and very timely
Thank you Rick and Alex for all the great work you guys do. I appreciate the hardwork and time you guys put in the bike.Once again Rick and Alex did a great job on installing my extended swing arm. Thanks guys the bike runs and looks great. I appreciate you brother.
Theyre nice, fair prices and good work.
Just all the different bicycles.
Sorry for the 1 star but I didnt find any difference in the performance of my motorcycle after the carburator work they did. Friendlyness and attention is not the best but I guess its a motrocycle shop and not a restaurant. Either way Im not going back.
Rick did a great job on my Banshee.. the price was fair and it was ready alot faster than I expected. I definitely recommend these guys. Its a bit of a drive for me to come out here but well worth it
Every time I go to this shop I have a great experience! The owner and his employees are very helpfull and educated. They know their parts and offer great prices!! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!
My yfz 450 was not running right ever since I put a pipe on it and I took it to many shops and they charged me a lot of money. So I took it to them and they told me what was wrong with it and they fixed it running like new. Really nice people and they have way cheaper prices than all the other shops in the IE. if your bike is not running right take it to them
I had an issue with power loss and faulty fuel gauge on my FZ6. Best moto mechanic I’ve dealt with, and way better experience than a nearby competitor I went to for a previous issue. Alex was great at finding and fixing the problem. Was pleasantly surprised by low bill, and lowest price in town for installing rear tire. Will return for future issues.
Very good,great service!!
I just want to give a shout out to let all know that this shop is for real. I used them for the first time about two years ago and now again to work on my CB750 Honda. Their prices are more than reasonable, they fixed my bike pretty much at what they said it will be and they didnt try to up-sell me.At this shop you can talk with the technicians face to face and they are very friendly. Its not like having someone at the front desk writing the order and rolling it to the back where you dont see the technicians. One other note; in addition to the shop they now sell motorcycle accessories with competitive prices. Thank you Rick, Alex and Chris
Brought our top end to our 86 club car (aka golf cart) 341cc engine to Import Cycle and Rick took great care in the rebuild of the top end. We highly recommend Import Cycle. *****
Ive stopped in here about four times in the past three days for parts for my 1986 yz 250. They have done a great job answering my questions. Very knowledgeable about vintage and modern bikes alike. They have had all the parts I have asked for on hand and the prices are more than reasonable.I have been to some other motorcycle salvage yards in my time and none of them were as friendly nor as reasonably priced. They have made a loyal customer out of me.- ChrisUPDATE: Since rebuilding my last bike (listed above) I am afraid that the attitude of the shop has changed dramatically. The cost of parts through them have increased dramatically and their attitude about it though polite is sort of just too badThe prices they want for old used parts are so dramatic that it makes me upside down on an otherwise reasonable build. As a result of price hiking on a regular loyal customer and builder I will no longer be doing business with them until their prices are brought to a reasonable level.
Import Cycle rocks! Hats off to everybody there, the staff is professional & courteous. They are experts a things motorcycle I am flyin on my gsxr that no one else could fix! On the way out I picked up a brand new brain bucket for a fraction of the cost Chaparral was asking.
Had my valve seats recut here on my 2002 CRF450 since I was replacing my valves. For a small chunk of change extra they said they would install the valves and Hardware as well, so I couldnt pass that deal up.I was initially extremely nervous about letting someone else work on my bike because I do everything by the book and carefully. Im extremely impressed with the shops quality of work in fair pricing.Ill update this review with how many hours I get out of the valves, but judging by the work I can see that was done that may not be for a few years.Thank you for an excellent job Rick.
I was fortunate to find these guys right off the bat when my bikes first needed service. They did an excellent job and the price was right. I moved and tried to find a local shop. Man...that did not work. Now I transport my bikes back to where I get great service and prices. Thanks Rick and Alex.
I bought a 83 vintage Goldwing GL 1100 Interstate that had not been driven for some time. Rick and Dave were the best complete overhaul, and I am now glad I have a place that I can depend on in the future.
Curbside appeal is less than one would expect but this place is a hidden gem. The guys that operate this business, Rick and Alex, appear to be extremely knowledgeable in motorcycles. The service and quality are outstanding and the pricing is fair. These guys make sure you leave happy. I recommend Import Motorcyle to anyone looking for quality service and reasonable pricing.
Had them repair my rear moto tire due to a nail. Called several places and decided to go with them. Great rates, good work, and efficient.
Top notch head repair
I had a very positive experience with Import Motorcycle & Salvage.Took my Xr 400 to Alex and Rick because I couldnt get it to run well. They had it for just over 1 day and it now runs as good as it ever did. They took the time to tell me what they found wrong and what parts they replacedI normally do all my own motorcycle work, but not any more.I will go back again and I highly recommend them to all motorcycle owners and riders. Thanks Alex & Rick for an awesome job.BillHighland CA
All repairs that were done on offroad bikes and quads were fixed in timely manner and are still holding upI recommend this place.
Really knowledgeable people. If they cant repair something they will tell you right away.
My KLR 650 was messed up and running really bad. Alex fixed my bike to better than it ran when I bought it over 5 years ago... I am so glad I found this shop close to home through Google maps.
Best place for inexpensive quality repairs. Very knowledgeable staff.
Took a chance on the little guy, drove 10 miles out of my way to send buisness to another independent, big mistake in this case, took a brand new $500 wheel and new tire to them to mount, when I returned found 2 deep scratches, more like gouges in the wheel, looks as if the machine slipped or something, scratches are perfectly arches and exactly even spacing, when I brought it to the tech attention he said what? Whats the problem? When I pointed it out he made sure to deny emphatically, a little more effort than necessary, wondering what I tell my customer, it may very well cost me the replacement cost, I wont be going back there Ive got the wrong sir name to get equal service.
I handed over my ride and a box of parts - next thing I know (less than 10 days including a weekend) I got my Vulcan Classic in one piece and running like it ought to be! No issues! No drama! No added charges! These guys do excellent work at a very good rate in a short time span! Thanks gents! Ill be back!
Ive been going to imports since for the past 15 yrs with all my dirt and street bike needs there are one of the most upfront and honest shops I know, and there prices are one off the best in town on there new and used parts why pay higher prices when you can get the same thing for cheaper, and as far as the repair shop goes no one knows there stuff more than imports he does everything in shop no middle man and no shipping your parts to other shops. You dont have to make my word for it going in your self and see for yourself a personal business these days and times dont stay open buy luck that speaks for its self
Very bad service, they are soo rude and Unprofessional. They dont give you warranty. You take the atv for a certain problem and they come out with more issues that dont exist. Dont come here, you will regret it.
Great place, very knowledgeable, reasonably priced! My go to for all my bike repairs!
Big shout out to my boy alex he did a great job on my 86 lt250r I sent my engine in to get rebuilt I gave him a deadline because I was going out for a trip he met my deadline. I had him rebuild my engine from top to bottom that engine came out amazing. He gave me a reasonable price.. I recommend this shop..#hondapro
The first experience was great. My second experience however was nothing short from horrible. They FORGOT about my bike and didnt even touch it for a whole month! When I asked about it they sat there making degrading comments about me to each other and laughing as if I wasnt there. The service they gave was unimaginably horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
These guys are GOOD, fixed my quad after others couldnt and for a decent price.
Had a great experience with Import Cycle. The staff was friendly and was able to take care of all of my motorcycle problems. Two thumbs up and 5 stars.
I have six old dirt bikes that get trashed from lack of use, and Import cycle has been fixing my bikes (mostly carburetor rebuilds) for more than 20 years. Thanks to our corrupt government pushing corn fuel (ethanol) gasoline can go bad in as little as sixty days. Ive never had a bad experience with Rick or Alex, because their knowledge and customer service is top notch. Motorcycles are trouble at times and Ill continue to bring them to Import as long as my family rides.
The guys at Import Cycles did a really great job on my bike. I would definitely send my family and friends here.
Awesome service no bs like some other places. I took my honda VTX 1300s for carburetor clean and they found some other minor issues, overall my cruiser was fix at an amazing price and running like new. Thanks Alex for your hard work and knowledge.
I have been dealing with Rick and Alex for over 5 years. They have always did right by me, they are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and fair. I have had a number of different problems with my bikes and they have always figured out what was wrong and fixed it at a fair price. I recommend them to all my friends.
I will recommend this spot to anybody who owns motorcycles really respectful person he is not a rip off most important he does the job correct the first time I give this guy 5 stars
I have been doing business with Rick at ImportCycle for many years and as a Mother of 4 and very concerned for my families well being, Rick has always been very honest to put my children on the right bikes as theyve grown..He has had throughout our business relationship integrity inspite the almighty dollar. My husband love his awesome bike..He has fixed and repair and also bought and traded through the years with us and has been someone that i would always go back to. My children are adults now and they now use Import Cycle also. My family and I recommend Import Cycles for any family or bike enthusiast.
Great shop very personal service does great machine work
Best shop in So Cal for foreign bikes. Fixed my Ninja like new. Found all th eold parts and Alex and Rick are great mechanics. Great job boys.
Took my bike for a tire change . the guy was done in about 50 minutes. cool guy if you are willing to work with them they will work with you. thank you import moto guys im happy and riding again!!!!!
Very quick and helpful. My headlight went out on my gsxr, sold me the replacement bulb (very reasonable price) and gave me detailed instructions on how to replace it myself. I wanted to install it myself. Id bring my business there again fsho!
Great customer service really nice people
Professional and quick service... price seems fair
Very helpful Knowledgeable on the issues with my bike..
Awesome prices and fast results good shop highly recommend
I went to see if they had a ex250 crankshaft. Said they did but had to break it out of the engine. Took a 50$ deposit and said they call me when it was ready. I called once every two weeks for two months to see how it was going. He continually forgot who I was or to work on retrieving the part. I understood it wasnt an easy part to get to but seriously. I ended up finding the part somewhere else. I recieved a call yesterday almost 4 months later that my part was ready. Nice guy, just unorganized on his salvage part of the buisness.
Great shop, perfect service they bored and honed my 125 and it runs perfect, love the service, very friendly people
Great prices etc...
I took my TRX 90 and my TRX 400 to Import Cycles. My bikes were out in 4 days running perfect. These guys really know theyre business. They just got themselves a new customer!!!
I come to this place to get all my service done, experienced workers, friendly, and they wont eat through your wallet like larger repair shops. I have had oil changes, chain adjustments fairing replacements, all were done in a timely matter with a very reasonable price I highly recommend this shop weather it be sport bikes, cruisers, choppers, atvs, anything you have they do and do well.
After doing Googling some shops around in the Inland Empire for motorcycle repair, I landed on choosing Import Motorcycle. I brought my 1988 Honda Shadow VT600C in since I was certain it had some carb issues. I cant recall the gentleman who took a look at it however he told me what didnt sound right and provided a good priced quote (re-jet & sync carbs including a rejetting kit). A week later, I get a call from Import telling me they opened up the carbs and found more issues with the carbs along with the choke cable needing to be replaced. They quoted me another price again for the additional work - I was fine with this since I bought the bike used and figured it wasnt in the best of shape. It took them an additional two weeks (nearing a month in total of my motorcycle being in the shop) for them to finish the work. For that, I knocked off a star since I was expecting a bit more communication from their end rather than me being a pesty customer calling each week for an update. In the end, there was one more additional part they ordered and replaced (intake manifold/rubber boots) and the estimated price was around what they told me the 2nd week they called me. I was very satisfied with the price and work despite the long wait (I am a newbie when it comes to bikes so Im unsure if this is a normal turnaround time for work like this). My motorcycle is running great now compared to how it was running before (poor performance - speed bogging down constantly). When I went in to pick up my motorcycle, the same gentleman told me all the work that was done to my bike and explained everything to me.Thanks guys!
I found this shop on google, I took my polaris 330 quad and they knew excactly what they were doing and explained everything to me. they also had it done in a reasonable time frame to get me back out and riding. I highly reccommended this shop to all my friends and family and anyone who is looking to get their bike/quad fixed.
Thank you for everything you guys did to get my sons chopper back on the road.i highly recommend this shop, excellent mc mechanics, great prices!!!!!
Shout out to my new bike guys, took my 82 suzuki gs850 there so they could fix my carbs. Only took them a day, they didnt charge much, and my bike runs like new. great service
Not only did they get it right the first time, It was faster than expected. I will have all my work done here and would refer them to all my friends.
I had a very good experience with these guys and got great prices took my gsxr 750 in for a full service and a new rear tire. my bike couldnt run better and the tire was bridgestone and only 127.00 will refer to all my friends
These guys are a scam, white cracker tweeker and his wanna be cholo boyfriend! their buisness is out of their house with a sanford and son front yard? Seriously? Really! i took my busa there and had tires and chain/sporkets all changed, they had it a week after excuse from excuse and lie on top of lie. When i finally got my busa back they cracked the fender and the bike was filthy. I take great pride in my bike with show room quality and they treated it like junk! Then my son took his bike to them and had tires changed. When he got it back, the bike ran like crap, come to find out they was tryn to scam him saying it needs carb work, got the bike home barely and i checked it out and these tweekers put bad gas in it! wow? What ripp offs they are! they try to mess a bike up to get more work out of it!Their oh well attitude is not good, ive asked what used parts and bikes they got for sale and they said they have nothing? But yet there tweeker buddies i saw them everytime go thru their rumage to get parts. Maybe thats how they pay their dope tweekers? Idk!LOOK PEOPLE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS AND DOG AND PONY SHOW TWEEKERS!
I took my 350 banshee to importcycle in colton, it had lost power, they took it in and did a compression test and they said one cylinder was done, so i asked them if they would write up a estament, they did, and so i started shopping around hoping to find this cheeper, they want $300 for the pistons and rings with the bore job, (wiceco) they said this was a very good brand, to my dismay every were i went the lowest price i found on the pistons alone with out the bore was $275, so i called importcycle back and told them to go ahead with the job, they charged me $150 for the labor, this 3 weeks ago my bike runs so nice, these guys were really a great help and did a good job, they also explained to me how to prevent this from happening again, i like this shop, thanks guys
My name is Adam. I went there earlier today needed a break line. building a bobber. the length of line i needed was longer than stock. one of the guys said how about a dirtbike brake line. well it was more than long enough. i saw only 2 guys. well they were working on an 80s gsxr 1100 and were able to still help me. they do answer the phone. they do get new parts/aftermarket/dealer if you ask. they do service repairs i even saw them test ride the gsxr for quality. thanks guys very happy with your shop
Right on the job got really excellent results from the crew there, saved alot of money thats important, easy to find and no bullshit about what they have and dont have. thank you import four kicks it fired right up. no smoke great power. my son is so happy with his yamaha ttr 125, dad is really happy the price was right and the service to custmer excelentDAN ONTARIO CALIF TTR 125
Excellent mechanic and great customer service And great prices.
Lmao import cycle they would even look at my scooter and its a 250 with 16 in tires
Them boys good!
These guys are very professional and offer great and timely services.
0 stars not even 1
Ordered a new tire and got it put on bike for way less than chapparal and malcom smith. Will go here again for tires.
I called to ask about some relays that I need and the person that answer the phone was really rude. He asked me if I had the old relays, I told him I did but that they were all broken. From that point on all he kept saying was I cant help you then. I didnt get bother by the fact that he couldnt help but by the way he was addressing him self.
Place no good, the old man owner was Rude and Disrespectful...
Cool
Would of gave them 0 stars . Horrible service, got ignored and then told to go thru the front when the door is closed . The time before this got ignores as well
Great service
