The place is kinda small but nice and clean. Stuffs were very helpful and friendly. There are coffee and other refreshments for free and a nice little waiting room. Bathroom is clean and hygienic. Overall its a nice place!

I had my Subaru serviced for a recall and I was amazed by the quality of genuine customer service and the care they showed to me and my vehicle. The repairs were completed within 1/2 day. They even wiped and cleaned my car. A very big difference in how they treat their customers than from the place down the road where my car was purchased.

This dealership has been wonderful! Last week was my 2nd purchase with them. Ive been a fan of the Subaru vehicles for more than 20 years. This is the 3rd Subaru dealership Ive worked with. While all have been pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and low pressure sales - this group has really provided true service day in, day out in each area. I initally came to them as a customer new to the area with a 10 year old car that had some worrisome quirks that couldnt be figured out. Our credit was fair at best. They did alot of finance shopping and got me into a new vehicle from the lot with some nice perks at an affordable price. Throughout the next 3 years the service department has been great about both routine maintenance and a couple of small issues. In December I went in looking to see about their trade-up offer for the same model type and hoping for one of their more unique color options - Ocean Blue Pearl. Well in the end then needed to custom order what I was wanting. While I did have to pay more per month than before and what I wanted, that was due to our credit rating and what financial institutions would allow. I do have a lot to learn with the new technology, but from the first few minutes at the wheel Im feeling that this is going to be the BEST Subaru Ive ever had!

She would be my advocate in testing andpurchasing a car. So, I did buy a car that day because they broughtdollars to the deal that matched my needs and desires. End result,I went away with a car I wanted and a relationship with two of thebest at McDaniels Auto Group.

Made an appointment to have airbags replaced but after over an hour drive and missing a half day of work, my son was told that “they were out of airbags”. The service department never bothered to contact us with this information! I find this to be unacceptable! I have not received a call of apology or even a call of explanation. I’m very disappointed and aggravated with the poor service at this establishment.

Heddy Ramicone is great. I have given several salespeople the shaft because they seemed slimy but not Heddy. She was authentic and very personable. Unfortunately, for her I fell in love with the Volkswagen brand and she can’t sell Volkswagen yet. However, she walked me down to the car and introduced me to Leroy Mccaskill and she made sure Leroy took good care of me. It took a couple of weeks for me to make my purchase but Heddy continuously checked on me. Even my husband said let’s make sure we get a car from McDaniels because Heddy has taken good care of us.

Service advisors at Subaru dealership need better training. Dealership sells a tire warranty with new vehicles, but when you have a nail in a tire, they tell you they dont do any tire work. This is very dishonest!!!

Recently purchased a vehicle from these people. I am in Florida and this was the first time buying a vehicle out of state and sight unseen (other than the dealer photos). Once the price was agreed upon, I made the sale contingent upon them getting some small stains out of the carpet and sending me photos to confirm. Chris Groh, the salesman, sent photos after they cleaned the carpet and although lighter in color, the stains were still present. After speaking with Adam Friedman, the sales manager, the stains were completely removed which lead me to believe the car was simply not detailed properly the first or second time. After multiple delayed and/or absent responses by Chris Groh to texts, calls, etc. and Chris cursing (f-bombs) at my lender, we got the deal closed. Excited to receive my vehicle via transport, I met the driver of the transport on a Friday only to discover that there was no temporary tag on the vehicle, they forgot to place two of the floormats back in the car, and the gas tank was less than half full. After no response from Chris regarding the errors, a Willie Caughman stated he would have the tag overnighted to a resort that I was going to be staying at for that weekend only. Willie assured me the tag would be there the next day (Saturday), as I would be checking out on Sunday. The tag was actually sent standard overnight so it didnt arrive until Monday. I just received the tag from the resort yesterday (Wednesday) and I am told the floormats are on the way. Between the lack of communication, professionalism, and follow through, I would not recommend getting so much as an oil change from these incompetent people. This was the single most terrible customer service experience I have ever had...and I feel as though they dont even care.

Service Department sucks. I dropped off my car on Saturday and have called four times trying to finding out status of my car. I have left two messages and when I did get a hold of someone they had no idea and said would call me back .Still waiting...Not hard folks...

Was severely disappointed with the visit. Our salesman Mr Harper was on his game, but his manager tanked a sale over $300 bucks and change despite the fact that we had pass a plethora of Subaru dealers between Fayetteville NC and Columbia SC. I guess thats why I bought my Audi and my F450 from FLORIDA.....
