Joel, Scott and Ann. Wonderfully polite and knowledgeable. We were given the opportunity to hold a few of the books as well as take the time to read a few excerpts. A membership is possible for those that are inclined to invest in this business as well as their own personal collection. If anything take the time to come and see you may find something intriguing.

A very nice upscale antique gun store. Many interesting pieces including Sharps, Spencer, Colt, Winchester and many other fine antiques.

Everything is magically $950 and those photographs drive me crazy. Yellow.

Only have rare books from 1800 an older but will do everything to find what youre looking for, from that period! Very helpful!

Just happen to be driving by and decided to go in. What a neat place! Really interesting selection of rare books including a 1st edition of Huck Finn, several 17th century religious books, and philosophical works. The staff was very kind. Ill definitely be back in to see what they have next time Im in town.

I stumbled upon this store a few months ago. Now every time that I get to Columbia, I stop in. They have some really fun old books from the 1400s, 1500s, 1600s and more modern. Personally, I really like the art work that they have. Ive made several small purchases from the 1700s and one large purchase of a beautiful water color image of Jesus depicting his beating before His crucifixion.I am incredibly impressed by the variety of books and art that Schilb brings in and recommend people to visit all the time. Its like walking into a museum.

This store has stuff that should be in a museum! All employees are super helpful. Go check it out and prepare to be surprised by what they have!

I have purchased multiple books as gifts from Schilb Antiquarian. It has been a great experience on each occasion - friendly staff, clean and hospitable space and even gift wrapping. I plan on going back time and again during the years to come!

Would recommend this antique shop!Bought a Swedish Bible in 1655 which was delivered immediately and made the long journey to Sweden in the promised time, ie 1 week.
