Very nice store clean well maintained but for the equipment that I wanted it was a little bit pricey, but you know what they say you get what you pay for.

They installed a keyless entry system for me. They installed it sooner then expected! Works amazingly! Very good customer service as well.Update 6/12/2020: One of the keyfobs in my system had a manufacture defect and stopped working a few days after install. Called up Norton and was in the next day. They quickly synced up a new fob and had me on my way free of charge. Amazing warranty!

I was a little bit wary of Nortons stereo as the neighborhood they are in is a little sketchy.But I didnt want to wait the 2 1/2 weeks required to get an appointment with the Geek Squad.So here we go...Nortons was outstanding from start to finish.They work on a first-come, first-serve basis, so getting an appointment is a matter of showing up.I did go as soon as they opened in the morning on a weekday so I wouldnt have to wait.The associate was very knowledgeable and laid out complications they may encounter before they ever began the work.So I understood ahead of time that my dash might end up cracked or otherwise damaged.Their estimate for the time to do the work was 3 hours. I was driving away in 2 1/2 with not so much as a scratch on my dash.What impressed me the most, other than just the overall high quality of work, was that they called regularly.Just to check in a few times and tell me they were on track, time-wise; but, also to get permission to go through the glove box to give me access to a cable on the back of the stereo.I had visions of the cable just dangling free from under the dash some where.As I said earlier, there was not a scratch on my dash. Not only were there no scratches, there was no dust or debris left behind in any form.A brand-new, perfectly functional stereo was the only way I knew they had been in my car.I cant say enough great things about Nortons.Yes, they do sell and install top of the line stereo equipment. But they also install older model stereos, bought on Amazon, and they are excellent at it!

These guys are truly awesome, Had them install a viper security system on my truck. 2 years later, I jumped the truck due to a dead battery( Completely unrelated to the viper system or their work being it was a 7 year old battery) . The viper system stopped working. Brought the truck in, they did a quick reset of the program and got me on my way within 5 minutes and educated me on some new systems they had I had question about without pressuring me to have to buy anything. 10 out of 10. I only trust Nortons to work on my truck when it comes to audio or electrical work.

I took my car to another place in Columbia and they messed up my speaker system. Took it here and they fixed it in 30 minutes. Very professional. Great prices with great service. I’m very very satisfied!!

The customer service was great. The guys that work there really know what they are talking about. I had speakers installed in the back of my car, Best Buy wanted to charge over $300 and another place was around the same. I came to this place and they only charged me $220. The pricing is great. There was no long wait to get the job done it was first come first serve. Once they were done, they let me listen to the audio and recommended other products to enhance the sound quality also.

I recently had a lot of places come up for me to review. Ive been doing review s now for seven years and Im a top reviewer in this area. My pictures have been seen by millions of people and I consider my reviews to be honest and informative. Of course some places dont like it when the review I give is not a favorable one. I came unto Nortons looking for a new system for my car. I had to wait for over ten minutes because the only clerk was with another customer before someone else came in to help me. I felt the prices for the systems were expensive and then the installation was an additional cost that was unreasonable to me. The guy helping me became aggravated when I voiced my opinion on the prices and was quick to walk away. I found the showroom to be cluttered and uninviting. I can not recommend Nortons to anyone in bed of a stereo system. I found a better system at a much lower price at BB.....and their service was fast and everyone was nice and courteous.

Awesome place. Hunter sold me a sub that would work best in my box with my current system. Never tried to upsell me on something i didnt need. Should me the proper way to wire and all. Will definitely be back to upgrade the rest of my audio.

Hunter helped my Dad with his Sirius XM installation and did a wonderful job. He worked with him to install the service through his existing radio without selling him something new. He was honest in that regard and I appreciate it.

Norton’s car stereo on broad river has provided service not always found in this day and age.My son wanted to add a little bump to his factory sound system, a 2016 Honda civic. He asked me to come along with him to help him decide what would be his best options. I have to say he did not need me the staff at this location is beyond what I could put in words. Hunter was our sales man and Eddie was our installer two outstanding service providers. Mr. Norton was there to help us as well, and I cannot say enough about his kindness. Mr. Norton made us feel like we knew him forever what a true gentleman. There was not up selling or pressure to buy more then he needed.

Their installation people are a joke. Had backup camera cable get chewed up on rear window motor. Pinched and frayed USB cable on new radio install. Hood latch not reinstalled correctly.

They installed a Viper alarm system and a video backup mirror. Very professional! Neatly done. Was a bit expensive, but worth it. They have been around for decades and worked on another vehicle of mine. Same outstanding work.Highly recomended if you want a professional to install your gear.

Called up at 10a.m. Spoke about some install ideas and was told to come in and see if they could fit me in and see what I wanted to do. I brought my items, they looked and said yes they could do it. They were happy to install my own gear. Vehicle is a 16 silverado. I will have a follow up appointment for additional stereo add ons.

Has quality equipment for car and marine audio! Am not a professional by any means, however I have been researching car and marine audio equipment for the last several years. Was very impressed.

I have a 1985 Chevy C-10 custom I took to Nortons to get my alarm installed. When I got in my truck and turned on the lights, my dash lights out, fuel gauge not working, bright lights reversed, no windshield wipers, ooh and when the lights are off, dash lights come on. Now, when Nortons received my truck I had none of these problems. The manager made more excuses than trying to take care of the customer and find a solution. I was told bring my truck by on Monday so he could have a certified mechanic take a look to assure me Nortons didnt cause the problem. So Ill be there bright and early Monday. Ill update my rating if they resolve this issue they have cause!!!!!!

Norton Stereo is truly the place to go! They installed a subwoofer on my honda civic and I am truly impressed! Hunter was great and defiantly knew a lot. He took the time to talk with me about what I would need and he defiantly was not pushy at all; I can tell he knew the product very well! Great customer service all around, Mr.Larry was a great person to talk with as well. I felt very happy and comfortable with the work done to my car. Eddie (I believe his name was) did an amazing job installing my subwoofer. I will defiantly refer people to Norton stereo and will defiantly return in the future for anything else I would like done.

Terrible service, I called for a week straight trying to get my radio put in they kept telling me they were booked. They put me on hold forever and just sat the phone down, was completely and utterly rude to me and told me they didnt have time to work on my car. Seriously? Thats your job! What business tells a customer they dont have time to work on their vehicle. The worst most rude customer service ive ever received and ill never go here or recommend anyone to ever go here again, I got my radio put in by another company the same day within in 30 minutes of when i walked in the door and the guy worked with me and at least tried to get my part. Norton stereo must not want business since they are so utterly rude to their customers. No one wanted to work with me and they acted like it was a favor that i called them. Wouldnt recommend this rude place! not to mention i was quoted 80$ over the phone 60$ for my template and 20$ for labor, then i was told it would be a 140$, Never would i pay for terrible service such as this.
