Did a great job on several new shelves for my cabinet! Price was much cheaper than I thought and they got them done quickly. Now that they are in, I think I can add another! Would definitely recommend this company for any if your glass needs. Office staff was VERY helpful and professional.

My experience overall was good with this company, although I was disappointed I usually had to reach out to them for communication. Not sure if there is an issue with their office staff or they are way too busy. Wondered if the office staff were the installers also. Have not had a good rain to see if the window will leak. Keeping fingers crossed.

We dropped off a sliding glass door to have the glass replaced over 3 weeks ago. I understand they had to order the glass, however I got told it would be ready by a certain time last week. Called to check again mind you this gave them 3 extra business days and its still not ready. The glass was delivered almost a week ago and they arent in any hurry.

Mike and Vicki were great to work with. Mike came out and replaced the windshield in my Mercedes Benz . The price was a good. Mike explained to me what his was doing and why my windshield was leaking. Mike thank you so much!!! Hands down great service.

These people were a total class act. I took my F350 to them with a cracked windshield. They had my truck done and out the door in record time. They asked me if I would bring it to them from Estill Springs which is a pretty good distance away. I hesitant at first but am very happy I did. I would drive back again 10 more times that distance for the service and professionalism I received. The lady behind the window from California was a true sweetheart. If you have a window need dont hesitate to contact them, these people will take care of you. Excellent job. When a business is this good I will rave about it to any and all that want to hear it. If you are a bad business I will go out of my way to warn everyone but this certainly is not one of those businesses thats for sure.Good job!!!!

Went to Glass Doctor in Columbia TN, to have windshield replaced in an older Mercedes. After picking up the car we found several problems. The A pillars were severely scratched by using a oscillating removal tool, and the window was set too high at the top causing wind noise. Returned it and spoke with owner (Bill) who asked us to bring it back to them. They refused to reset the window, and offered only to brush a paint over the scratch marks. According to installation instructions, they are suppose to use spacers to insure proper clearances, and Bill had no interest in hearing that. We tried to work this out, even had other professionals agree it was incorrectly installed. We asked them to remove the window so we could have someone else install it, Bill stated they dont have the proper tools to remove the window without scratching the a pillars.

Had an accidental window break in the house. These guys got me fixed up fast with a temporary window while they repair my window in their shop! Very nice people. And very helpful and fairly priced as well! If you ever need a window repaired call these guys!

Had a rock chip turn into a full blown crack. Mike with Glass Doctor was able to change out the windshield in less than 45 minutes. Mike did a great job with no noticeable difference from the stock windshield. I wouldnt be able to tell that this is an after-market windshield if I didnt see him perform the work. More importantly, he saved me over $300 vs. Safelite.

Had a fogged up window in the dining room, called Glass Dr. Of Columbia and they came right out. Ended up being a special order, and as soon as it came in they had it replaced. They even cleaned them when they were finished! Everyone from the customer service rep on the phone to the technicians were courteous, clean and professional. Will definitely be using them in the future.

The team at Glass Doctor of Columbia was absolutely phenomenal. My car was broken into while I was away on vacation. When I returned I completed the online appointment request and received a call right away. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and was ready to get me in right away. The day I was supposed to bring my car in, I was running behind due to a dead battery. The same gentleman called to check in with me and make sure I was still planning to come. I really appreciated that. When I arrived in the shop, they offered to take me to work and drop my car off to me. After the morning I had, I couldve cried. This was a seamless process from start to finish. Ms. Terri and the whole team provided great customer service and did great work. While I hope I dont have to see them again, I at least know where to go and will refer friends, family, and patients!

I had to get my windshield replaced on my Jeep Wrangler. It was an insurance claim. I first met Terry who was a very friendly and kind person. She took care of me and assured me I could drive safely with a windshield that had a growing crack in it. Then I brought it in to get the windshield replaced and when Josh put it in, he noticed the new windshield already had a scratch. He was very apologetic and said he would order a new one right away and he even fixed a crack in my husbands windshield free of charge because of the situation. Glass Doctor really takes care of its customers!!! Thanks Glass Doctor!!! I am now a loyal customer!!

Was in and out in under 30 minutes.

Glass Doctors came out to our facility to check on a door that had been tampered with in an attempted break in. The technician made all these claims of replacing weather stripping and putting in epoxy instead of standard caulking. A few days later we had two techs come out with no clue what they were here to do even though it was on the invoice they provided us. Our maintenance tech walked them to the area that needed to be repaired they stated the door looks fine caulked one corner of the door and left within 10 minutes and tried to charge us $215 for the repair. Called back immediately about the issue and informed them we are not paying for a sloppy caulking job. They apologized and told me Josh would be out to do the repair that afternoon didnt show. Called back told me they would be out 9/25 didnt show due to rain even though it is under a pretty large awning. Called again 9/30 informing them if they do not send a tech out that day we will go through someone else and they are not getting paid for that repair promised me they would be out didnt show again. 1 star, Glass Doctors if you are backed up tell your customers up front instead of promising things you cant deliver. We had several more repairs we were needing done but you lost a potential business contract.

Called to get a quote on a window repair and got an appointment scheduled immediately. Another repair company has blown me off for over 2 months. The gentleman came out at the assigned time and an hour later I had a price quote.

We ordered glass cut for sliding doors and they were made to our specifications. We would use them again for other projects. We would definitely recommend the Glass Doctors to others.

My brand new Jeep Gladiators windshield frame was cut into with thier isolating saw. Josh Beckman never took the time to call me to handle his business. Insurance company will be sending them a bill. I wrote corporate a letter and never heard from them either. Glass Dr. Is a joke...

I am the owner of By Design Cabinetry in Spring Hill. We hired The Glass Doctor in Columbia to do two shower doors for one of our clients in Chapel Hill. One of the doors turned out great, but the other was a total mess! They tried to charge us more money to fix the door stating that it was our fault and the walls were out of plumb. We purchased custom shower doors that were to be cut to fit. After some time trying to get this fixed, we called another glass company in Franklin, TN and paid again to have the door fixed. Thanks Glass Doctor !!!!! We will never use your company again.........

We had Bill (from the Columbia store) out to measure our shower glass and it was brought back the completely wrong shape! It looks absolutely dumb. We called him back out to remeasure and he said he would order new glass. It’s been 3 months and we still do not have the correct glass and they will not issue a credit to us without ripping out the current glass and leaving us with nothing to use while we wait for a reputable company to replace. I also have zero confidence they would actually issue a credit at all. We have been told we would be called back several times and with no call backs. I’ve had to follow up over and over and still have weird glass. The owner, Bill, absolutely has zero idea how to measure shower glass and how to match up shapes. He should NOT be doing shower glass at all! His customer service is awful and we feel like we have been backed into an impossible corner. These custom shower doors cost WAY too much $ to not know what you are doing!

They have had our window screens for over a year. They initially delivered them with no pins and we sent them back for the pins to be added.... We are STILL waiting over a year later. Manager was supposed to look into the problem and call back... Never did.

If I could give negative stars I would give them the black hole of reviews. I thought having a reputable name would ensure quality. That is most definitely not the case! I called and asked whether they could come out and measure the tops of a dresser and chest of drawers for protective glass pieces to be cut precisely to fit and then be professionally installed by them. They said no problem. And that is exactly where the problem began. The worker was extremely unprofessional and the glass was not cut correctly. Additionally, the worker carelessly scratched the tops of the pieces of furniture I was buying the glass to protect! Ugh. One problem after another .... and then finally when he came back to install, I told him I would accept one piece even though it was not as ordered. The other piece would have to be recut due to his incorrect measurements. Days later he arrived over 30 minutes late for installation of the corrected piece not only without an apology but also made horribly rude comments. He was completely unprofessional. I informed him the piece of glass was still not cut correctly, it is unacceptable, and I did not want it installed. He stormed out of my house mumbling ugly things. I called the office (AGAIN) to let them know what a disaster this was and relay my frustration. (Remember I had paid in full $176 days prior.) I was told that the owner would call me back that day. That has been 5 days ago. Not only have they not contacted me, they have not refunded the $176 I paid and they have not brought the correctly cut glass. This is without a doubt the WORST most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have encountered in a long time. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this mess.

Terrible company in Columbia, TN ! We had a shower glass door installed and the glass was cut completely wrong. We asked them to remeasure and order it again. Months went by and they kept telling us the glass hasnt come in yet. We ultimately came to the conclusion they never actually ordered the new glass and kept lying about it. Bill was his name, and he was rude and gave terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They replaced my windshield and broke the wiper cowl and said they would only pay forhalf the cost to get it repaired and never told me that they broke it o got home and seen it and went back i would not recomend anyone going there
