Dont be dissuaded by the gruff mannerism, these guys do amazing work. Sure sometimes the customer service could be a bit more polished, but these guys didnt get into machining because they loved dealing with people, and lets face it, humanity in general tends to suck, but these gentlemen do some of the best precision machine work around, and for prices that undercut the competition by a mile.
