I went to the dealer in the morning to find that that sales rep, Kyle, was taking the Jeep I was interested in and getting gas in there for me. We checked the vehicle out then filled the paperwork out. It was only a short time after Terry, the finance manager had me in his office to finish the paperwork. This was a legit fast process and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

If I could rate this a - 10 I would but the 1 star is lowest I can go. Misdiagnosed our Jeep. Tried to charge us $6700.00 for a transmission as a starting point which is absolutely almost fraudulent practices.Made us pay $195.88 for a bad diagnosis before we could get it back, cost us $103.0” tow fee to a mechanic that was able to diagnose the issue in 1 hour and replaced the drive shaft and NOT the transmission like they wanted to start with. Poor service. Poor customer service. Incompetent mechanics. No follow up with an unhappy customer. Will be filing a better business bureau complaint and a complaint with the attorney general. Never use them for anything again and neither will anyone in our family.
Joe Machens took my sons Jeep in right away to check the battery and put this mom at ease..(Thank you Chris).Went ahead and did oil change and tire rotation since it was there and we will definitely bring his jeep back for service.Thank you for your help!!

1 of the sevice writers needs a new job he acted like I was waisting his time everytime I called or asked a question. Completely rude. Luckily the guy that checked me out was way better. I still have a exhaust leak on the drivers side, fixed the passenger side tho. Also took my truck in there and did not check the oil change box on the night drop box but got told it needed a change and needed an air filter. Both things I do myself.
I dropped off my truck and told them I needed the pinion bearings replaced in the rear 4 wheel drive. 6 hours later they called and told me I needed the pinion bearings replaced in my rear 4 wheel drive. Then they charged me $144.00. I do not recommend.

The service staff is invariably courteous. They did a good job in figuring out one problem, devising a way to fix another, and obtained hard-to-get tires for my 2004 Viper in just a few days. Good work!
Buying a vehicle online with out being able to drive it and sit in it first, was a bit concerning to me. The sales staff was very accommodating and understanding with my concern. My numerous requests and questions were addressed with reassuring and prompt response. They even went the extra mile to deliver the vehicle to me over 500 miles out of state when my travel plans to pick up the vehicle were canceled.
Was told to come in at 8 called and told to go to service desk and was ignored, really needed the help and was such a waste of time for a car part to fix that is in much need. But to be told to go to the front desk instead is blatant and tells me to tell everyone to never go to this dealership.

I recently got an oil change in my Jeep at the dealership. After I picked up my Jeep and took off down the highway my low tire light came on. Mind you, I just left the dealership and my paperwork showed no tire issues, they were all inflated to 35. My Jeep showed, 41 on 3 and 30 on the low tire. So it’s hard telling if they even changed my oil or checked the other things listed since the tire pressure wasn’t checked. I called the dealership upon the light coming on and I’m still waiting for a call back from the service manager.
Great customer service! Quickly had questions answered. Jamie was excellent and knowledgeable on the Jeeps that I was interested in. Confidently made my purchase and will happily return in the future.

The salesperson I went through knew how badly I needed a car so that I could get back and forth to work but I have not had the car for a full month before I started having issues. Ive been to the dealership 3 times in 3 weeks and I have to continue to miss time from work due to them not servicing my car properly. It is such an inconvenience for me! They fixed something that didnt need to be fixed and still didnt address my main issue, so now Im back to square one again. At this point, they have my car more than I do!

I was in for a recall on the air bags for my dodge charger. The staff were great. Professional and kind. The service guy told me the job would take 2 hours and asked if I was gonna wait. Which I replied yes as I had no way home. While there they offered coffee, snacks and water. To my surprise my car was ready after 1 hour. I said wow. That was quick. He replied I told the mechanic to put a rush job in...that was greatly appreciated. If I need repairs again o shall return. Thanks guys.
I had a great experience purchasing my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L at Joe Machens Jeep, Dodge and Ram. Aaron went above and beyond to make the sale happen and I appreciate their willingness to work with us.
They do not care about customer satisfaction, do not make things right when you buy a car and theres an issue that your extended warranty will not cover within a week of buying the car. The manager himself would not resolve the issue, I had to pay out of pocket to fix it, just not a happy customer.
I’ve taken my car here several times and never had a bad experience. They always let me know what’s going on and they work quickly! I had to bring my car in last minute on Tuesday but they didn’t have any appointments available. Renee let me drop my car off and said they would squeeze it in. I had my car back the same day all fixed. Renee’s customer service is fantastic!

They scheduled my service quickly. Very friendly and professional even when I was not so friendly. Have no complaints with the service representative I spoke to or the service specialist who preformed the work.The only complaint I have is finding the correct service center. I looked it up on google; however, the one listed was wrong and they gave me another number. It needs to be a centralized number. I purchased my Jeep from Joe Machens and I shouldn’t have to call numerous numbers to find the correct service.
I’m really disappointed with my overall experience with the dealership. I thought by taken my Jeep for maintenance to a reliable source would be a good idea. It ended with them telling me my Jeep needed x, y & z fixed to it being a little bit of a different story when speaking to another family member. After they were told not to do any of the work and I would be picking it up, they said my Jeep was torn apart and wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I ended up taking it to another shop in Columbia, where they didn’t find the most expensive repair and ended up charging me way less. I had high expectations for the dealership and I’m very disappointed with the entire experience.
Service was quick and thorough with great explanation of what was going on and when I could expect parts, etc.
My reasons for such a low rating:1. When I went to pickup my Jeep, I started it and the check engine light was on. Turns out the service department failed to re-connect the O2 sensor. I would have expected the service department to have verified all work was done right and would have noticed the check engine light being on. It should not have taken me to notice this.2. When I reported the check engine light was on, there were no technicians available to check it out. Therefore I had to leave my Jeep again overnight. While the service department was still open it was at the end of the day after 5pm which was the only time that was able to make it. I had to again rearrange my work schedule a second time to pick it up.3. Parts were delayed initially 7-10 days, but it ended up having my Jeep in the shop for 2 weeks.
Quick service appointment, thorough evaluation instead of just oil change/tires.
I drove 10 hours to get there because they had the exact vehicle I wanted at the best price. They had it ready when I got there and expedited the paperwork to get me back on the road to get home. Great job
Having issues with the back up camera on my Jeep Cherokee. They can’t find the cause but are trying to order a new one. Will have more following those results.

The staff was very professional and courteous and actually took the time to work with me and my wife to get us the deal we want. Their was no hassle or stress at all throughout the whole purchasing process. I would highly recommend to any of my coworkers looking for a new vehicle. Only improvement I would recommend is that the vehicle could be cleaned before we took it out for a test drive as it was dirty when me and my wife took it out.

Dropped off my truck to have it looked at, it makes a squealing noise like a belt or a pulley is going out and the 7 way switch was not powering the right turn signal on my trailer. Turns out a fuse was blown (second one replaced) and they couldn’t find the squeal. They had it for 2 days. One hundred fifty four dollars later, turn signal works and still squealing. Not impressed. Service people were nice but I am not happy with the results. Probably would not return or recommend.
My experience at Joe machens was the best Ive ever had with a car dealership. The sales Rep Aaron Veal was the most wonderful and understanding person I have ever met he understood what i needed and even worked with what I had I will forever be grateful for him.

Thai was the first time I had my truck serviced by Machens after purchasing it a year ago. It was a complimentary service, which was great, because it was my first service after purchasing. However, after I drove it home, I hopped in my truck a few hours later and my front tires were low. They rotated the tires but apparently didn’t care to make sure they were all inflated properly. I had to go air up both front tires on my own so that the notification would go off the screen. May seem a bit petty, but when getting an oil change and tire rotation, I expect to leave with everything correct. Not making sure the tires were inflated to the proper specifications set forth by RAM just seems lazy.
Chris was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable and they fixed my Jeep and got me back on the road sooner than expected! They have a awesome crew! I will definitely be back!

Bought a car from this place 2 1/2 years ago was promised a key fob for the car because the fob I got was damaged. Small communication after the car was bought now my fob finally failed and I am told that they don’t owe me one. After you buy from them you will be discarded especially if you don’t buy all of their warranties etc.. DO NOT buy here or from any machens dealership, they all give you the same run around and are not responsible or grown up enough to even keep up with the keys to vehicles.

Got a flat tire on a Saturday and got the spare on around 1:50pm. They close at 3pm and I called in and they were able to get me in and out by 2:50pm. Not only that, the service worker who checked me out save me over a a hundred dollars. On top of being helpful they were very kind, during what was a very annoying time for me. Really great service, 10/10, couldn’t recommend this place enough.

They are the only ones to work on my vehicle. They get it in quickly and finish the work in a timely manner. Like any other deals hip, They are expensive but get it right, at least from my experience.

I The work that we had done to our Jeep was satisfactory however the staff in the service department, in particular, the service writer, was rude & condescending. We were also having difficulty picking up the Jeep due to the fact that I had to go to the emergency room & was admitted for just over a week & we were told that we would be charged a daily storage fee. Even after our situation was explained. We were not charged the fee only after we escalated the situation. I cant say that we would recommend your business to any of our friends or family based on the treatment we received from your business. I am glad that we purchased our Jeep from a different dealership in Sedalia & will probably be going there in the future for service.

Did not shop for a vehicle here, however I did have my Jeep Crand Cherokee served here 2x. Both times thorough service was provided. The 2nd experience was better with the 1st which means quality has only gone up.
Great service. Renea was a great service advisor. I still cant believe they had the cheapest name brand tires. Sent the car in for a few recalls and got a few tires. First time in years Ive let someone else work on my vehicle. Other than leaving the stickers on the exhaust to burn off it was a great experience.
Service dept is satisfactory. Rene returned calls when we requested service updates. Rene Also informed us of delays and/or problems. Also rene provided a courtesy loaner in the interim period our jeep was being serviced. Luke in service was very, very diligent in solving and repairing a small pinhole leak in our jeeps air suspension system. He was dedicated in solving and fixing the problem.
