I previously used this spot to fix some body damage that occurred due to icy roads and a highway guard rail. Today I went for standard maintenance. The receptionist was very kind and professional and Danny was very time efficient and kind. He kept me updated and got my car back in fantastic shape for a second time using their services. Would recommend! Will be back for sure.

I found DAB using Yelp. Danny (service manager?) is professional, detailed, very helpful and informative. And DABs rates are very reasonable. I was having bumper work completed, yet had a few questions about my lights. So Danny searched options for me then texted me info to do my own comparison. I requested last minute adjustments to the work order and Danny was very accommodating; and still had my truck ready at the originally promised time. The day I popped in to drop my truck off, it was at their lunch time and Danny offered me pizza (how kind 🙂). Just a great experience all around. So glad I found them!

The best experience in auto body repair in my 40 years of driving. In addition to replacing damaged body parts per Geico specification, the friendly and helpful staff seems to have cleaned up unspecified minor flaws on my 11-year-old vehicle. My wifes comment sums it up, Wow, your car looks as good as new. You could have an accident once in a while. Wonder if she is after my life insurance and retirement benefits. :)

My recent experience with Dobbin Auto Body (DAB) was excellent. It has an ambience of a local shop that gets very busy; nevertheless, the staff were courteous and diligent from both a customer service and automotive repair (e.g. my fender and side mirror) perspectives. I also appreciated their efforts working my estimate/supplements with my appraiser which was towards my favor. In all, I definitely plan to come back to this place as needed. Thanks DAB.

My CRV front fender had popped out really badly. The guy at the counter told me exactly what the fix was and how good it could be made to look. He quoted me a price that was reasonable compared to other shops. They did the work on time and even offered a small discount. I have no hesitation in recommending them for body work.

Lied about body parts used, having lifetime warranty- they emphasized. After a year the front bumper was coming out by itself - changing its shape. When i went back they said these are off market bumpers and it is what is expected and no warranty on such items. I was like wow. I never went back to them. Its been 4+ years now. Try body shops in Jessup Md plenty of good guys at good prices. This guy fools around. He talks well though.

Perfect repair. On time and under the estimated price. They quoted cheaper than another place and then gave me a discount on top of that. Looking at the car, I cant believe it was ever scratched. Plus they cleaned it inside and out for no charge.
