Excellence! Quality of fresh fruits, & vegetables, & customer service! My only complaint, some regular/commonly used items are over priced compared to other markets. However, Ill still shop here. Paying an extra dollar or more is not bad when the service & food items are top quality...

Great experience overall. Friendly staff, clean environment, and pretty well stocked. They were in the processed of restocking while I was there. Definitely would recommend a trip this store.

Although their food is fresh and the place is clean, they get one star(would give them 0 if I could). I went to publix on 11/4/2021 @ 7:10 walked around(walked by sandwich/hot food are, line long) decided I would go check out another store, get back to publix at 7:45, decided to get a sandwich. I dont know if Nisha and the other guy had a bad day, but this is the most unbelievable thing I have seen in a store. There was three (thats right three people in front of me), started talking to lady in front of me its almost 8; she had been in line sine 7:00 (never mind a lady at counter getting sandwiches), I literally thought she was getting 10 sandwiches, no she got only 3. These have got to be the slowest workers on the planet. I just cant understand why should it take me 35 minutes to get one sandwich and someone else an hour, several people got in line, waited and left. If you saw how those two were working I would have left to,but I thought I was close enough to not wait so long. The attitude on Nisha was visible as when I did get to her side which the workspace is about the size of 2 2 liters sodas, when I say I literally stood there ten minutes while she wiped area, spread paper out on counter. This is not my first time at this publix, sandwich long always long and workers slow, but this was ridiculous, if publix wants to keep its customers whom many of them come for the sandwiches they need to do way better than this and if you dont believe me just try, I dare you, just try it

Great grocery store. The staff are incredibly friendly- at my visit yesterday was greeted no less than four times throughout my trip by various employees. Very well stocked and a fantastic variety of products

This bakery is the worst!! I’ve ordered 2 cakes from them, one in June and one in October and both times the cakes were not ready!!! I will definitely take my future orders to another Publix because the bakery department at this location has failed me the 2 times I’ve ordered from them. I have NEVER had this issue at the Hard Scrabble location!!

Publix always has ready made meals that are delicious and healthy. Whether it is refrigerated or got and ready. Their selections of organic is fabulous!!! Their customer service is excellent and makes me feel valued. Publix is my go to 😍

Their deli is literally the worst deli I’ve ever seen in a Publix. As I’m waiting in line to order a sub, their employee, without asking or considering “oh maybe someone in line wants the featured specialty chicken tender sub” threw out the remaining tenders. Talk about a metaphorical slap in the face. That’s the second time I’ve tried to order that sub and they were “out” of chicken; no, they probably just threw it away. I wish there were a more convenient grocery store nearby and I’d drop this store like the plague.

The prices seem fairly high on everyday items. $4.67 for bread that is $2.68 at Walmart was the big one that caught my eye. However $0.86 for a gallon of water and their fresh meat options/prices were amazing. Their pharmacy staff were clean, intelligent and proactive at problem resolution. Their cart attendant was spitting on the carts and adjusting his male parts 😳 so I do worry about cart sanitization given the pandemic and his disgusting behaviors. This was at 1036am. Otherwise a well enough establishment comparable to Safeway.

Clean, well lit, well stocked and a courteous staff. The store has all the departments you expect in a mid-end grocery store (deli, seafood, bakery, etc.) Its conveniently surrounded by many stores. It could use a bigger parking lot.

Never again will I utilize this bakery. I ordered a cake for my wifes birthday and they got the color wrong. To make matters even worse when confronted about it the lady says she sure it said pink. I shoe her on my phone its blue she unfolds her paper and says oh I failed to look at the whole sheet I can give you 5.00 off. Then I get home and its the wrong icing. 65 dollar cake down the drain. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the deli was on point with my order. But the bakery ruined a nice birthday surprise and wasted weeks of planning. Never again.

Publix is my favorite grocery store but I have left this specific one twice because of service at the deli counter. On another occasion, in order to prevent this from occurring again, I ordered online... only to have several peoples sandwiches made in front of me lol....never can count on them for a quick lunch. No one is rude on purpose but after the 4th person telling me “they will be with me in a moment, I left!

HORRIBLE PHARMACY. Learned that the hard way. They received my prescription on Tuesday. Told me that day that they wouldnt have my medication until Friday. Friday came and they didnt notify me when it was ready. So I called them. They said I would receive a text when it was ready. I subsequently didnt receive any notification from them whatsoever. So at 8:30 at night, I went in after work and Caleb told me Oh yeah, I was going to call you, it didnt come in. We have two suppliers, Publix and ABC... Would you like me to order it from ABC so that you can get it Monday at the earliest? Yeah, that would be great, Caleb, because I already ran out of the med yesterday. Why not add 3 more days to how long I have to go without it? I live less than a mile from this Pharmacy, yet IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FASTER TO GET MY MEDS THROUGH THE MAIL FROM OUT OF STATE. These people are pathetic and horrible at their jobs. Im a travel nurse. I came here to help their community when they had a desperate need for nurses. I cant wait to go back home and NEVER deal with this Publix pharmacy ever again.

They need to restock the water. Theyre usually low when I go to buy my Smart water.

The people that work here are amazing. This is the ONLY Publix I can speak highly of like this. I have never had a bad experience here. I swear the employees are robotic lol. Everythings always fresh ...never out of anything,always asking if we need help finding anything, greeted politely at the door, cashiers are sweet as can be ..I drive the extra mile to go here to avoid Kroger on Forest

Publix is a great grocery store. The staff are helpful and available. The checkout lines are ample and quick. The bagger was efficient and asked if he could help. The separate departments are always well stocked. However, this store, to me, is a bit cramped. Some of the aisles are not wide enough for people to pass so, if someone stops, it can cause a bottle neck. Im not really crazy about the parking lot either. This is a busy store. Despite these little things, I still recommend it.

Nothing is organized. They are really busy. Makes anxiety go through the roof.

Irritated a little, I left my dl and needed a bottle of Pinot Grigio and (normally I can just flash it off my phone) but apparently this location has never accepted this a form of identification it was such a inconvenience.

I like Publix. The hot food wont be ready until 10 am. If you need hot chicken earlier than that..I recommend calling the store and placing an order the night before.

I love buying my fruit at Publix and I use to purchase my Rotisserie chicken for dinner here. For some reason, Rotisserie is never ready anymore. Its dinner time and its not available. The new people arent as friendly anymore.

Today I went to Publix to get some groceries and I decided to tried their strawberry cheesecake. Well as I went home I took couple bites of it and all of a sudden I spotted green mold on it. So disappointed, my last time trying their desserts.

I ordered a cake for my 3 yr old birthday party from the bakery..Drove an hour to pay..I was told to pick up at 2 pm..Came to pick up the cake wasnt ready...She said 30 more mins..Sat in the car came back in 30 mins cake still isnt ready...Asked for 20 more mins ..This isnt cool ...
