My 11 year old and I stopped in today for some back to school shoe shopping. We were greeted by Praise as soon as we walked in. The other two gentlemen working (I did not get their names) were also very pleasant. Praise was simply amazing when it came to describing the different brands and his knowledge about each style was simply astonishing. I will definitely be back (to shop for myself). My 6th grader is still smiling about his new Under Armour Bluetooth shoes. Thank you, Praise for the awesome shoe shopping experience!

I didnt expect to purchase anything here since I was just passing through but savanna was so attentive and knew exactly what I needed to be comfortable running around at work. Im a respiratory therapist and with covid going on we are sooo busy so I was dying for comfortable shoes. I ended up walking out with killer sneakers, insoles and compression socks. My feet are happy and the price was definitely worth it. Thanks for the great customer service! Its definitely hard to find that nowadays. Will be coming back for sure.

I did not have a good experience here. The guy who was “helping” me was very rude. He measured my feet and was not polite at all. After bringing out a pair of shoes, I told him that I wouldn’t be buying anything today and that I was sorry. He responded very rudely saying “well doesn’t sound like you appreciate it then”. I was very confused and laughed it off, but I thought that his response was quite rude.

Found some killer shoes for both me and my wife thanks to Mackenzie! She was super attentive and took her time to make sure we had the right fit and the right shoes. This store goes above and beyond by putting the shoes on your feet. We will definitely be returning again!

One of the best shoe shopping experiences I’ve ever had! The owner is so friendly and genuinely cares about what he is selling! Not only that, I felt cared for as well. He educated me on a pair of Dansko’s I needed for nursing school and was willing to get whatever size I needed. I was shopping with a friend and he showed the same care and appreciation for her as well.

For years now this has been one of the only store fronts I shop for shoes. Anytime Ive shopped there (and any location Ive shopped in) Ive received great customer service - they really take the time to understand what I need to get out of whatever pair of shoes Im hoping to find.Most recently though they really went above and beyond. About six months ago they helped me find that elusive perfect pair of waterproof hiking boots. Fast forward and the waterproof shoes were no longer waterproof. Everyone in the store had told me how durable these shoes were supposed to be. So I took them back. Yes - you read right, I took back the six month old hiking boots that failed to maintain their waterproof status even in dew covered grass. I did not have the box, nor the receipt but at the time of purchase I was told I have a customer account in their computer system, accessible through all of their locations. Whats better - Tradehome Shoes handled the situation in a matter of minutes, in total agreement that the shoes must be faulty and not up to brand standard, looked up my account and verified when I purchased them, etc.I walked out with a new pair of the same shoes (exactly what I wanted) and a sense that great customer service does still exist. Tradehome shoes remains the only worthwhile shoe store Ive experienced.

I’ve never had a better experience with anyone than I did with Micah. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and conversational. I’ve got nothing but great feelings toward him and Tradehome after my interaction.
