The support I received from Mr. Del Davis was great. He was professional and detailed. My issue was addressed and solved right away. He made sure every sensor and other pieces in the system are in good working condition before leaving my house.

From start to finish Vector has provided us with top tier service. Chris came out and really took the time to understand our needs and wants and gave us a reasonable quote and was so knowledgeable. Jon came and installed our whole house system as was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have asked for any better service. Vector isn’t the cheapest, but I truly believe they are worth the price!

This company had FANTASTIC service at 2:00 AM in the morning! My wife and I purchased a home that came with a Vector Security system already installed. We never activated the service but all of the security pads throughout the house were still connected to the battery, which forced a beep every time a door opened. At 2:00 in the morning both keypads started beeping every 3 - 5 seconds (the alarm never went off). We called their technical support and even though we were not customers a technician stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to walk me through powering down the alarm system! Chadd could not have been any more patient or helpful! To me, it is easy to provide great customer service when people are paying you but to provide that type of service when we dont even pay Vector we were blown away!

Abayomi (Michael) came out to fix our system that was put in 13 years ago! He spent a lot of time checking the entire system and had to replace a few things including some batteries! I have been with Vector for 2 years now I recently upgraded my account and now have security system and cameras. I am truly satisfied with there service. Jared and Joel were both great Jared had no problem removing my system from the old place and installing my equipment at the new one the same day he was on time and quick with installation he also helped me in setting up my appointment with Joel for my cameras. Joel’s customer service was wonderful he arrived on time and took his time with installation he even took the time to show me how to use my cameras. Vector Security installed exterior cameras and upgraded our security system from an old wired system to a wireless system. Excellent experience!! Mickey Mitchell, the sales rep, did an excellent job of explaining equipment options and pricing to help us make our decision. He followed up to get the installation scheduled in a timely manner. The installation techs, led by Ryan Estes, each had more than 20 years of experience. They were real experts both technically and with customer service. They completed the installation in less time than scheduled, and patiently explained the system capabilities and how to use the Vector Security app. I have to admit we were skeptical at first, but this experience with Vector was beyond our expectations.

John did an awesome job setting up our system and making sure everything worked correctly. We couldnt be happier. Hes very knowledgeable and professional. Chris was great at informing us on all the options Vector provides during our initial consultation and helped us pick the system that worked for us. Derek Jefferson is an awesome technician!! Our alarm system had been going crazy with false alarms, fire alerts, and beeping alarms at all hours denying a restful sleep for two working residents! We were frustrated when we were told we couldn’t get a technician until 18 May! The fire alert had been turned off because it kept saying a fire was occurring which meant if there was a fire, no one would come. Derek had an emergency opening & came to the rescue. He checked all devices, replaced one which he noticed was expired, fixed the inoperable light sensors & signed us up for a maintenance program which had never been offered. He was highly skilled, knew exactly what actions were needed while being patient and personable at the same time, and a blessing in disguise for solving all of the issues. We truly appreciated all his efforts & time and hope all technicians possess his excellent customer service skills! Thank you! 👍🏽

My Vector tech was extremely professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was addressed. He also paid special attention to ensuring that we were both being safe in this pandemic and he did not hesitate to use hand sanitizer when I offered it to him. Great service!! From my interaction with the salesperson (Renaldo P.) to the installer (Mike K.), I was treated with respect, thoroughly informed of all options in detail, and was given top notch service. They both made themselves available to answer any additional questions and Mike worked diligently to try to figure out a technical anomaly we faced. Ive only had the system for about 1 week but it has very good features and Im looking forward to learning its full capabilities. So far I would recommend vector to others but I hope to update the review after some more time.

Customer service is he absolute best. Technician John is the best. My system needed retro fitting simply because of the age of my home, John worked on it until he was able to get everything working. I just recently requested that he come and install a keyless entry and again he hit the ball out the park. I highly recommend Vector and if you’re lucky you’ll get John. Even my salesman worked to get me the best pricing. At the end of the day all alarm systems do the same thing. For me it all boils down to service and Vector for the win!

If something needs updated service is excellent and, Derek, in particular, really knows the systems and the upgrades and how to resolve problems. I am a former customer of both ADT and Night Watch Security services and found both to be lacking in customer care. Upon selecting Vector Security I can tell you that they have set the bar very high in the industry as to both quality of products, service and monitoring. I have the VIP Plan which qualifies one for no charge visits to periodically check the system for performance or other needs, like recently an upgrade to include monitoring camera which allows for monitoring from ones devices. Special kudos to technician Bill. Bill is an outstanding technician because he provides good communication in contacting you in advance of appointments, discusses what work is to be done, gets your input and gives you feedback. He treats his clients and their residences with respect. A perfect example of the quality associated with Vector Security.

The tech was so friendly and very professional. As soon as I showed him the issues he immediately knew how to fix it all. He was in and out in 30 mins. He even noticed that we were missed carbon monoxide detectors and was able to schedule the install for next Friday morning.

Steve B. came by to install a new fire alarm and was efficient, friendly and informative. He also reminded me about some of the home alarm features.

Had some issues with our older system. Vector scheduled our service as quick as they could with the short staffing. Oral was our technician. He was very professional and highly customer service orientated. Knowledgeable of the equipment and quickly diagnosed the problem. Also, cleaned up our system and made some user friendly tweaks. This is old fashioned but displays Orals pride in his work. His work boots were polished. A little thing that might not seem important but people notice. And it is an example of professionalism. Very pleased with the service we received.
