This place is the best. Amazing customer service and high quality prints! Just brought in my phone, and picked the pictures I wanted on the computer in the store, less than two days later I had some awesome metal prints. Can’t recommend enough.

I had a wonderful experience at Creve Coeur Camera. I called the manager, Ms. Casey Miller and explained to her that my camera was stolen. She sold me a new camera and advised me of the return policy of 30 days. 2 weeks later my camera was returned to me. I went into the store on a very busy Saturday, before a Missouri Tiger home football game. Casey took her time and returned the new camera, after making sure my other camera was in good condition. I bought a new memory card and Casey kept the old one to make a disc because there were some very important pictures that I wanted to save and print. I would recommend Creve Coeur Camera to anyone because, they treat you like a very important customer.

Had a roll of film developed, my first experience so I was very excited. Came back and theyd lost 6 of my images. Heartbreaking. Just completely gone, and the film was tossed so they couldnt go back and look for my photos. And all they could say was sorry. Nice people, but Id rather have ALL my photos than nice wishes tbh. The guy did say if Id noticed their error sooner I might have saved my photos, but they werent open on the weekend, and Im a full time photoj college student, the soonest I could pick them up was Monday instead of Friday.

If I could give them fewer stars, I would. We requested some 11x14 prints of senior pictures as gifts. We were told we would have them next day. My wife went in the store 4 times the next day to see if they were in, she happened to be in the area, and called the shop twice. Each time she was told they werent in yet. The day after they were promised, she goes into the store and is told the order was never sent, sorry. Are you kidding me! Six opportunities on the day they were promised to figure this out! And then were told, sorry! No offer to try to make it right? Total lack of customer service. What a joke.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. The staff is great and they treated me as an old friend even though they dont know me.
