I went to get a counter over. William Sonoma had several on display. The sales woman, Kelly S was able to explain the features. She patiently answered all the question my husband and I had, checking that we were satisfied with the answers.

They didnt have exactly what I wanted, but I still love W-S. The young lady that helped me there was incredibly attentive and kind and tried her best to find something to meet my needs. I would definitely return.

This is a great store, its well stocked and the employees are very helpful and eager to assist you.

High-end kitchen, cooking, dining, and serving as it was two decades ago when I last shopped it. They did not have the item/small whisk I wanted, but I learned quickly I will return when needed.

I love this store however the young man with black glasses in the gray shirt is not polite nor inviting. I am returning my items because of the poor service I received. First he did not acknowledge me while I waited at the register for couple of minutes and then I finally said I am ready to check out. I was the only one in the store and he seemed like I was bothering him. The elderly lady on the floor was so nice to me and she should be the manager. She asked me questions and helped me with selecting a gift. But as far as this young man was concerned, I will be ordering online just so I do not have to go into the store.

Its a great time to start shopping for gifts for the holiday for the season changes. And they have some great items to select from at reasonable prices. And the staff is very friendly and not overbearing! 🌝

Whenever I go here, I feel like the inventory is a bit limited (you could probably just buy from their website) and the store just seems overpriced in most of the items that they sell. That being said, I can tell that the things that they sell are high-quality, its just that you can get a better deal on nearly every item by buying from another retail store.They do hold events here that I have not participated in which could be very good, but solely from a place that sells cookware/kitchenware, I think there are better alternatives around.

What a great store! Everything for the kitchen. Much of it is out of my reach financially, but its good to see whats out there and know whats worth saving for. And there are plenty of time-saving, useful items that arent super expensive.Today I took a class there about cooking with cast iron. So informative! Ill definitely be taking other classes in the future.The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful and always patient with my questions.

One of my favorite stores to check out in the Mall in Columbia. They always have some sort of nice place setting display and super friendly staff. I will tell you that if they are running a sale on cutlery or knives, dont wait. I believe that sale is very rare, maybe once or twice a year. So buy then. I think they also do demos and workshops here too so ask about that.

I ordered at 7 AM so I would be able to pick it up at 5PM. I didnt get an email, but thought I would stop by anyway, since. I dont live close by. When I arrived, 2 customers were being taken care of. One took a while. When they said they would be with me soon,I mentioned I was there for a pick up. Asked if I was Christina. When I answered yes I was told my package is in the back. Finally when one sales person was done, She got my package, unwrapped. While wrapping she was extremely talkative. Finally when done, the paperwork couldnt be printed,. It was decided that it would be okay to leave without a signature after letting them know I thought I would be able to just come in, pick it up and GO. I thought it would be an efficient process. I do realize I didnt get a message that it was ready, but 8 hours and it was pulled and placed in the back, so it wasnt surprise I would be expecting to get it that day. I was very disappointed.

My husband & I purchased the Breville Oracle from here (8 year anniversary gift) & had the absolute best experience. I called ahead to check if the machine was in stock & spoke to Brandon. When we arrived at the store he immediately greeted us, had the machine at the register waiting, & was super helpful to explain some of the features. I picked out espresso cups & he carefully wrapped each one. After we made our purchase, Brandon even helped us transport the 35lb. machine to our vehicle. Truly awesome customer service... A+

Very poor experience at Mall in Columbia MD store. Associate said I could only use reward certificate on full price merchandise. Turned out she was wrong, but only learned this after transaction. She also failed to input reward number for credit even though I asked twice about it. And then failed to give correct change and needed mgr to come and re-open register, which is how I learned associate wrong about certificate use. Lots of wasted time. Never did receive reward credit as it would have required re-ring of transaction.

Love it go there often especially when I need an item for a dish that no other store has a little pricey but worth it.

A little pricy for me, but if you browse around and find that one item that you need it can really help you have a great day as well as keep your budget in tact. While I wont say that browsing online isnt a great tactic, from my experiences with my personal purchases here, the store has always had the same low price as only stores and so being able to see and buy things physically has been a great experience.

This location has an unfriendly staff, with an overall haughty attitude. Something about being a high-end store apparently does not translate into a customer-focused attitude here, unlike the big N. I returned a book I received as a gift, and was lectured about their 30-day return policy, which remains in place during the holidays (they did make an exception an accepted the return). Then there were computer problems that prevented them from posting a credit to my credit card; they could only refund in cash. Overall, a quite unpleasant experience.

I go into this store often after walking around the mall to see what they literally have cooking! Such helpful staff and it always smells so good inside.

While on the expensive side, the William Sonoma store is an excellent locale to purchase any of those one-off kitchen tools and items that you may need.

This location is horrible. They have the worst customer service and dont stand behind the products they sell. Save yourself an awful experience and visit another store.
