This restaurant has excellent food and is a place where anyone can feel comfortable going. It has an open bar that is truly unique within the state and possibly within the country.Sorry - this got posted to Walmart somehow. It was meant for Daniels Family Restaurant in Elkridge, MD.

Walmart always have what you need.management watch your lines,know when to bring more cashiers up front.rememberthe store doesnt make money until you get it from the customer.when there are long lines i seen customers leave their carts and walk out in frustration.

Audrey that works self check out, super rude. Dont really think a customer service based job is a fit for her. I come into self check out with 18 items. She says if you have more than 20 items we cant come through self check out and we explain to her that we have less than 20 items and her reasoning behind it is because she wants to keep her line moving . Great. Then she pulls us to the side and let peopleGo in front of us so she can examine what we have and I guess in attempt to confirm we have less than 20Items. While she is taking her sweet time letting every else go past us so she can count all 18 items for no reason I finally say enough and move to the nearest register. At the end of scanning all my items the register gives and error message and I get Audreys attention and tell her it needs her and she says if its not working how are you scanning all your items . GIRL. Asking how many bags we used etc. Literally the rudest experience I have ever had at Walmart. The other lady that was there I didnt get her name but she smoothed it over and helped check me out because Audrey was no help at all. This literally made it clear why I never comeTo Walmart. Customer service is complete garbage. Target would never.

This not a super Walmart it does have a small grocery section but doesnt have a deli,meat dept or produce dept. You are able to get frozen shrimp, fish, cheese,butter and other frozen foods. Its will do when you cant get to a super Walmart.

Went twice to get passport photos. First time the lady told me she is on lunch and cannot take photos. Went again and waited 35 minutes for the Walmart representative to come and take photos. He told us to wait 20 minutes after taking the pictures. Waited more than 30 minutes and he was trying to fix the problem. Asked him how much more I need to wait and he said I don’t know. He was helping other customers. Ridiculous service.

The lines were horrible. All self checkout was open and only 4 lines. All of the lines were going down the aisles to the point you couldnt shop in the aisles you want to shop in. Horrible customer service/experience 😬 4th worst walmart in maryland 🤷🏾‍♀️

This is by no means a favorite Walmart. One never knows what you may encounter here. Im always disappointed how this place is managed. From cleanliness to how well the workers are trained, organization. I go here 1-2 x a year.

This Walmart has improved from years past, maybe because Im checking my own purchases out, lol... Seriously, it was clean and well stocked, but there is only 1 checkout stand which isnt self serve.

Its a loud place, with some employees openly hollering to each other. Most hard working but some merely socialising and even blocking isle traffic. Product representation and availability is good. Checkouts are painfully slow, long lines, the worst among stores. Music selections are intrusively broadcasts.

Great location from freeway and shopping, great selection of groceries and merchandise and friendly customer service.

This is not my usual Walmart. It was stocked differently and didnt really have everything I was looking for, but it was VERY CLEAN. I was very impressed.

I will give four stars for the black female greeter who made it possible for me to use this Walmart considering the absence of disability carts. We found the items we were looking for but the store lacks organization and overall persona. Otherwise, pretty much your standard Walmart. Another employee told me it was an online Walmart which is fine but I am not about to become dependent on online shopping. Although I do use online shopping a lot but for toilet paper, no. Correction, I tried to buy toilet paper online at Walmart and it was easy with free shipping on orders over 35 dollars. Walmart is blowing my mind Yall.

1st curbside order pick up at the Columbia WalMart. About a 5 minute wait after checking in on the app. The associate that delivered my order to my car was super nice & friendly!

Organised outlet for almost every human needs. A very good place to shop.

Its not a super Walmart, but it has a good selection of items and a small pantry/freezer section. The customer service counter always has a long line, so come prepared to wait. Other than that, nothing overly positive or negative to report and this location. Oh, getting in and out of the shopping center can be a pain, theres only one way in and out.

Nice to see that once in awhile this place can be less crowded. I love Walmart as you can complete your shopping in just one place.

Columbia Walmart is in desperate need of a remodeling. Walmart has great prices but the place is generally a train wreck. I would rather pay a few extra dollars and have the cleaner, more organized Target experience.

On a positive note the store was fairly clean for how busy it was .Now to the real reviewLines were so long that they went down aisles blocking an entire side of products .There was only two registers open but your getting mad at customers for having more than 20 items for self checkout . I walked around the store for over 30 minutes because the line was so long in hopes that they would open another register or that the line would go down .Definitely not counting the number of customers so no way of telling if they were at capacity.Customers were all very patient waiting for the lines for check out . I was in line for over 30 minutes with only a few people on front of me .

Waiting over 10 minutes for someone to come back from break to get a money order because they say only 1 person knows how to do money orders which I know isn’t true. Half the time money services is “down” anyway or they will have 1 person doing return and money services and nearly a dozen people in line.

A little smaller than some of the other stores Ive been to, but it was nice and check out was quick.

I had to stop here for something very quick and it was simple enough to get what I wanted and get out.I have come here on a number of times for that same purpose and for a quick shopping solution this is a great place to do that.Parking lot is relatively easy to navigate in and the spaces are not too narrow that you cannot get in or out safely. The store is laid out like any other Walmart.

I like this WalMart. Just dont like the fact that you cant ask any of the associates working there anything because they dont know Where ANYTHING is!! Nobody knows nothing but yet you work there. Highly congested area. It is not a super center and stocks are always low of none.

It’s like actually picking up the phone, being in their assigned department, or doing anything to actually help is unthinkable to these employees. Unlike the Walmart’s in Westminster or Hanover for example, this one has a “find it yourself or get out” sort of attitude.

Went for an errand to buy womans shoes and didnt find her size. They were flat rounded in the front nice dressy. An all type of events shoes. Sadly they didnt have her size.

At 7am, This parking lot was trashed with carts scattered all ovr the property. Inside clothes had been rifled and left from shoppers the day before but then again not much community pride in Baltimore which is reflected in its suburbs. As a trucker, I visit a different Walmart weekly and they all get 5 stars except this one.

Store management is horrendous. They have you call a number for pickup that doesnt work. Nobody answers the stores main phone number. Then when I go into the store nobody is at pickup and they tell me although I found my own order on the shelf that I can not take it because its after pickup hours. I was in the pickup parking spot before end of pickup hours. I know its just a Walmart, but come on people. Have some pride in your work.

Made a return and everyone was so helpful! Especially the young man who helped me find a cart to bring in the packages

Very easy time returning items and even helped me when I left a bag there. Recently I went and used the Walmart Pickup, it is in the rear left of the store. Was a pleasant, easy experience picking up my items.

This store is super huge. It was not so clear where stuff are. No obvious easy to locate aisle signs. Otherwise store clean. Staff were of great assistance.

I was in search of a TV, naturally no employees spoke to me because they were too busy looking at their cellphones. Ok, its Sunday, its a chill day for you but have some pride. Pay attention to your area. I always avoid this WALMART at all costs due to the terrible customer service but it was an emergency

The shelves were empty as if they were going out of business. So unlike Wal-Mart. I was dissappointed.

This is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been to. They make you pay for plastic bags for your purchase. Who does that??? This Wal-Mart needs a serious face lift, an upgrade. Its 2021. Catch up! Totally forget service with a smile. All the employees was angry. Will not return!

Even using the Walmart app, It takes half hour to make a simple return, the return section and money dealing counters should be separated by management. Cashiers are lazy and waste time.Getting in and out is an issue, they need to fix it. While building it they probably forgot that Walmart is a busy place and a lot of traffic comes in and out.

Only two lines open the young lady was nice enough to open another line

It was almost impossible to find an employee to help, however I give it 4 stars solely because their employee, Jennie was FANTASTIC. She was extremely understanding, personable, and helpful. She immediately went out of her way to help us as much as she could and ended up finding us an item we were previously told was sold out! Thank you Jennie!

The store was stocked well and the lines were moving for that time of day . I was concerned because they had a employee working without a mask at customer service because of the lowered restrictions she was protected with a plastic shield but we were in self check out behind her and we were not protected from her plumes as she talked we had no barrier from her .I want be going back period for obvious reasons.

Columbia Walmart is the best compared to the surrounding ones. It is always kept clean and the staff is welcoming. I wish the store could be expanded.

Didnt have anything I wanted in stock even though online it said for this store it would be in stock I asked someone for help and while helping me they just walked away. Ended up with an overpriced fan.

Just wanted to go on a quick shopping trip with my father, instead were left waiting for approval at self checkout for thirty minutes with no employees in sight. Im usually a very patient person, but it was bull.

Overnight parked on my trip to Florida. Came in after closing so couldnt ask manager first but shopped in the store in the morning. Had a fabulous experience. Felt safe. Was quiet. In the morning, a police officer did patrol the area.

It is walmart, the freak show of retail shopping, good prices so Ill keep going. Still on 3 out of 15 lines open.

Nobody picks up the phone. Customer service is non-existed. That is why I dont usually shop at Walmart. Found a good deal on a shelf through slickdeals.com. Looks like the order has been tied up. I am ready to cancel it regardless how good a deal it might be. Just not worth my time.

This Wally world has a great selection of rain boots and working boots, very large and every section has visible labels.
