Have been pleased doing business with ApexGraphix for multiple projects. They always respond quickly to requests for a quote, help choose the best way to carry out a printing project (paper type, design, etc.), and we have been pleased the quality of the printed products themselves. When I came to pick up my prints the guy behind the counter got them and just stood there looking at me. I’m like, did I already pay or something because he didn’t say a price, didn’t ask if I wanted to see them or anything. Then he got a phone call during our transaction and didn’t speak to me during the transaction. Rude as heck and the pictures were subpar. Couldn’t use at least 5 of them. Apex, if you don’t want to serve certain people then please make that known so we won’t waste our time or money with your business. I would’ve given 3 stars, but the guy was a jerk. Treat EVERYONE who patrons your business with respect. Disappointing experience.

I had the best possible experience with Apexgraphix with trying to get invitations for my wedding! I walked in after having difficulty finding what I wanted at another print shop and an online store close to the date of my wedding. A gentleman named Andy greeted me at the door and we discussed what I was looking for. I found some vintage Christmas postcard style wedding invitations online but I can only find them in the UK. Thus, I was hoping I could find these or something like it in the US. He informed me that their graphic designers could recreate most anything if I had a picture for them to work with that they could probably make it. I was asked to send an email with the picture and what I was looking for on my invitations. They were also very helpful and worked really hard to get my invitations done quickly as my wedding was soon approaching and I was in panic mode. The graphic designer that did the work for me was Kristen Arledge and I could not have asked for a more perfect invitation. Im having trouble posting what my invitation looks like compared to the picture I gave her but it was spot on. You wont be disappointed!
