When the company never showed up to do the estimate I called to see what was going on. Was met with a rude response and was told no one would be available to provide an estimate EVEN THOUGH she said they would be out either the same day I called the first time or the next day. Why tell me you could send someone out and then not follow through? Very unprofessional!

I understand that companies get busy and its pretty close to the holidays. I left a voicemail last week and I havent received a phone call back. Not even a shred of an attempt was made. I would have accepted we arent considering any more work for this season and moved on with my day. Another, in a long line of construction/trade companies that dont answer the phone. I am no longer interested in what this company has to offer. I am sincerely disappointed as I had heard good things.

Awesome people to work with. Even though its a busy time of year, JD came and looked at what was needed, gave me an estimate and completed the work in one week!!! Needed to move a lagoon that was unknown to us to not be entirely in the property through 6 different owners!!! The attention to details was fantastic!! Thank you JD and crew!!!

If you dont know about JD Kelly you are missing out big time!! These guys make it happen!
