While I was in line at the UPS Store in town, I watched a crew from this company try to figure out how to install a security curtain to wall off the mailbox area from the rest of the store after hours. The foreman on the job was running around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to figure out how to anchor one side of the curtain inside the wall pocket. Meanwhile, his guys (who seemed very inexperienced) dropped a section of the door (which is about 10 feet long) on the ground because they werent paying attention while moving it around. Theres a phrase about a monkey and a football that came to mind while watching them work. Based on their actions in the 8-10 minutes I observed them, I wouldnt recommend their services in any capacity.

The guys came out and installed a custom door in a very difficult setup. There were a couple issues since it was a granite rock building within a very uneven opening. Management came out that afternoon to inspect. They came back the following day and made all the proper adjustments. Very pleased with the customer service and the overall job. Highly recommend doing business with them. They stand behind their work and were easy to work with.

Inakaya consistently has the best sushi, service, and atmosphere in Columbia. Their early-bird dinner specials are fantastic. Weve never been disappointed and the food comes out quickly and correct every time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Japanese cuisine!

They offer any type commercial or industrial door products or service you may need. Steve for Personnel doors, Clay for Overhead, and Randy for automatic entrances. I have never been dissatisfied with either of these gentleman or what they produce for me. 100 years experience between them probably has a lot to do with their abilities, but theyre just down to earth, good folks that are a pleasure to work with. They have two guys in their fab shop that are the best in the business by far.

Absolutely terrific product and service! The installer was incredibly kind and really efficient. He had our new garage door installed in one day. We love the product and would recommend this company to anyone!

Worst customer service experience ever! After theee weeks of my calling and emailing Chip to place our very small order for three wood doors and accessories for two single stall bathrooms he finally placed the order causing delays in our construction. I received damaged materials for which I was charged more than the original quote. When I notified him of the damages he said I could bring the damaged door back but there was no guarantee it would be exchanged for a good one. So we used the defective door and will be sure to let the public know where it was purchased. I will never make the mistake of buying anything from these guys again.

I needed repairs on a bay door at work, contacted Tim from Advanced Doors on Key Road, and he was very rude. I sent payment for some work done and they harassed my company claiming they never received payment, but the check cleared the bank a week prior. Never offered an apology or nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

I had problem with my sliding door called them up on Wednesday and someone came thursday to fix it. He worked on it for few hours and cant fix it saying he will have to come back on friday with more parts. He comes back friday with his parts trying to fix it looking into a manuel step by step and caling someone every two mins for guidance, clearly a rookie. Finailly after hours he manages it to work, makes me sign a paper and left. 5 mins after he left it stopped working so i called his boss Randy who promised me he gona make him come back that friday if not def the next sat. I waited and waited Saturday called him all day Saturday never came or picked up my phone calls.called him all day sunday no answer. Frustrated called another guy name luke from same company explained him that all i want is an answer yes or no if someones coming instead of keeping me hanging. He calls randy and ofc he picks his phone up and tells him (not me the customer) but tells him he needs to order more parts. I went ahead and cancle the service call. I rather take loss then deal with such unprofessionals. I know they will never come back to any of my stores and i will spread words to all my friends and colleagues to never call them. Rude, liars and unprofessionals.
