Preservation of flowers was great! It took longer than initially reported but the owner kept in touch with me letting me know the approximate new ship date. Additionally, I had a change of address in between when I ordered and when I needed it shipped. Again, the communication was clear and it was delivered to the correct address! I definitely couldnt do the preservation myself so I recommend it!

I heard about this service from a co worker. I sent in some leaves from a memorial plant for my sister and one of her geodes. They were able to incorporate a chip of the geode, which made the necklace all the more special for my mother.

I cannot give a review of the actual product as I have yet to receive it. The order was place nearly 3 months ago after hearing nothing. I contacted them and was given a date the first order I placed would ship. Five days later after still not receiving confirmation of shipment and a tracking number I called and was told the order was complete and was assured it would ship that day once again there was no tracking number sent. I placed two orders with them and had wanted to place a third but at this point I don’t even know if I will receive what I have already ordered.

I received one of these beads almost 9 years ago when my grandmother passed and loved it! When my other grandmother passed this year I knew I wanted to do the same for my family with this passing. I reached out to the company and told them that due to me wearing my last bead so much, I beat it up pretty bad. Without missing a beat they told me to send it to them when I mailed my current flowers and they would re-seal it at no charge! I cant tell you how excited I am that they stand behind their product to this extent! I just got all my new beads and my old one and could not be more impressed with how good they all look! Im very happy with how my order turned out. I bought my mother and sister-in-law each a bracelet with petals from Dad/grandpas services. It took longer than expected to arrive, but theyre so beautiful it didnt matter. The online ordering and shipping process was very easy and customer service during my wait was helpful.

I found the website not the most user friendly with the layout and really getting a feel for ALL their beautiful items. My opinion is there is not enough pictures of certain items, such as all their choices of necklaces. With that being said, I would call them and speak to the same associate with each call. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful making sure all my questions and concerns were answered with each call. I ordered the teardrop necklace, with an initial charm, and the adjustable necklace. I can not say enough of how much I adore and love my teardrop pendant. For the reasons I purchased, the initial charm is perfect with the pendant. I actually saw my necklace now on their website.😊 Even on-line it looks so beautiful. It is a mix of my sisters flowers, sand from our beach, and a crushed shell. It is obviously unique (as all their pieces are) and made with all that I requested. This is a treasure to me.I love the concept of the adjustable necklace. It cost extra but this piece was going to be exactly as I pictured it to be. The only negative is the adjustable necklace does not stay flat against my neck. It twists (necklace only, NOT the pendant) and Im not thrilled with the extra cost of the adjustable necklace with this twisting occurring. It wasnt enough to take away a review star, but I am not happy with the necklace quality.Their work is an art and this piece is one of a kind that I know my sister would love its creation. I wear it for my sister and means so much to me even when I just admire it on a day I may not bewearing it.Do not let the process of getting the items to them be a stresser as I did. Such as your flowers, very simple process. I forgot to take a picture of all the flowers. Do not worry, they lay out the different types of your flowers and will send you a picture to guide you with your design.A beautiful memorial with many options. It is truly a piece of art. We sent the petals from my FILs casket, and ordered a tie tack two Pandora beads. The color is bright and beautiful. Recently we also ordered another bead from a cousins casket as well. Colors were also beautiful. Very pleased with the final results. The process of packing the petals was easy and well explained.

I had very high hopes for these products. I understand that all handmade items come from love and include some imperfections, but we were very unhappy with the amount of inconsistency and imperfections in the items after paying over $500. The coasters were uneven, the edges were jagged and sharp, and shipping was pushed back several weeks. They owner did offer for me to send my items back to be fixed, but I feel that they should not have been sent out this way in the beginning. I am glad I kept a few flowers from my wedding since we were not astonished with out products. I requested to buy the rest of MY unused flowers back from her and I was denied multiple times.
