Always have top notch customer service here. With the recent stay at home order things have been tricky, but the have been amazing to work with! Extremely fast and free shipping while the store has been closed and they even offered curbside pickup on some custom order shirts! I have been coming here for Gift ideas for years and the staff has always been so friendly and wrap things and help out and our patient with me! When Easter came I was doing my best to support local and they came back in such a timely manner on social media with wonderfully thought out ideas for gifts all within the budget I gave them! Would highly recommend, monogrammed things also come in a timely manner as well and you can get alerts whenever your stuff is ready for pick up!

I love this shop! I have gotten tons of cute gifts for friends, including those great insulated wine glasses. We also just had our third daughter and I am having a blast buying her and her sisters monogrammed dresses, hats and bibs. The service is always excellent and the turn around time on the personalization is really reasonable!

Cute store but the girls working are not friendly. I’ve been in the store a handful of times and the same experience every time. Workers lack customer service and when I check out the girls always seem as if I am bothering them. I would spend more money here but doesn’t seem like it is appreciated from the staff.

I dont live close so all items are shipped and the turn around is AMAZING. SO much so I think I receive the order within days. And the owner adds personal notes :) I unfortunately didnt use for my wedding bc I didnt know they had the product I wanted but a great option for bridesmaids gifts and getting ready outfits!

I love The Southern Rose! I’ve gotten numerous gifts from this adorable boutique and had a few items personalized. I was surprised at the quick turn around time for the embroidery, I had two items done and was told they would be done by Tuesday...surprisingly, they were done Saturday! I was very pleased. I also love their Instagram and how often they update it with information about their specials and such.

This store has a great selection of gifts that can be personalized. Everyone that works there is helpful. The prices are reasonable and they are always getting new merchandise in!

This place is wonderful and the staff was even better. I went in for a little girls American flag romper and left with way more! I also got a custom name on a super adorable onsie and it only took 2 days! I will definitely be going here for gifts from now on.
