The Columbia store team was great! Very informative and helpful as we consider our designs designs. We are waiting for our couches to arrive. Plan to write another review about the set up process and comfort level of the couches once we get everything put together.

Brittany, the store employee in the Columbia Mall location in Columbia MD, made my buying experience the best Ive ever had when making a purchase. She has such a pleasant personality and patiently answered all my questions. She made sure I was satisfied with my purchase before I left the store.

The store was very clean, customer service was excellent! All of the young ladies were very knowledgeable about the products and seemed to really love what they did. I purchased the big one sac and o cant wait for it to arrive. The products are pricey, so im hoping its worth it.

Purchased a Lovesac Sectional from the Columbia Mall location. Clean environment and friendly staff. My family and I worked with Georgia—she was extremely friendly and energetic about the products. She answered all of our questions and made excellent suggestions when we were undecided. No hard sales approach with Georgia; her expertise and professionalism made my family feel comfortable with our purchase. What’s quite impressive is that she’s able to attest to the longevity and quality of the products since she has them in her own home! Financing options are wonderful, ensuring that we’ll probably be back to make more purchases in the future.

I was so impressed that I bought a sectional (easy measuring with miniature models💕), and plenty of great accessories. I FINALLY bought my first Lovesac 6 months ago and was blown away! So much so that I bought two more and plan to buy more for all the living spaces in my home! The associates are absolutely fantastic, patient, and wonderful critical thinkers who asked the right questions to help me purchase the right pieces. Then, when I called again a few days later to add on more pieces, they took the initiative to offer to modify my order so that all the custom covers would be cut from the same batch. I hadn’t even thought of that! Then, some of my order came THE SAME week!!!! I will gladly wait, but the near instant gratification was awesome. I love this place.

We went to the Love Sac store in The Columbia Mall and Brittany was The Bomb. She was knowledgeable and helpful with everything we needed. We have had our original Love Sac for 11 years and now were adding to it. Brittany had wonderful personality and picked out a great color for our new covers.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Tiffany at the Lovesac Columbia store. She listen to our wants and needs then showed us all the flexibility their couches had to offer. It was pleasant to be in there with a toddler too and at no time did we feel rushed. Great purchase, great product, great people.

Love the staff here. Very informative and helpful. Wish I wouldve stopped by a lovsac store first to see how the furniture works before we bought our set. It is definitely worth the money for the durability, build quality and customized layout you can get with this furniture.

My sales associate Kate was not helpful at all in the show room. Prior to my scheduled appointment, I was texting and emailing with sales person and they were very responsive and helpful. However, once I came into the store, I received the bare minimum. I had to constantly seek out Kate.When I asked about fabrics I was told they have over 200 to choose from and I needed to whittle down my choice so she didn’t have to show me 200 choices. When I told her to add the electric plug and added cup holder they were not added to my sale. She told me I can just order them ata later date. When I chose a fabric color I was not informed of the price difference. I asked about where I could find examples of confirmations and how to put them together, I was told “ you can do it any way you want, there isn’t a place to see what they look like. If I wanted I should just buy the blocks and play around with them.” The blocks do not show you how to set up the configurations with the shoes and clamps. When I was handed my receipt after my purchase my sales person said “My name is Kate and I’ll write it here so when you can complain, about your sales person being rude you can find the name here.” I had considered going to another showroom, but was too lazy to do so, Kate made my shopping experience frustrating and regretting my purchase when it was delivered.

I had the worst experience with lovesac. I would like to start of by saying my experience at the store when I brought the couch was great. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable but after that it went down the drain. First my order took 4-5 weeks to deliver which was not a problem. The item was delivered by FedEx on a raining day. One of my sactional had mold on it. I called the customer service to report it and the fellow I spoke to was very rude and condescending; asking me how did the items get mold because they use a water resistant wrapper to wrap the item and it may not be covered. He eventually gave me the email address to report damaged item. I sent an email and was informed that the damaged item would have to be received before a new sactional would be sent to me. The company has to send me a box then I would have to email back to schedule a pickup. The items would have to be in the warehouse before I could get a replacement. I sent an email requesting how long it would take to receive the box and I have not heard anything back. So my couch is incomplete and I have a mold infested item in my house. Lovesac has a great product but their customer service sucks! They really need to worl on how they treat their customers. I am 2 secs away from returning the lovesac and getting a regular couch. I am pretty sure I wouldnt have half the issues I had with lovesac

We originally bought 5 sides/4seats and discussed getting the storage seat but decided against it. Nearly 2 months later we had decided to exchange 1 of the seats for a storage seat. Georgia and Tiffany could not have been more helpful! We had a bad delivery experience by FedEx and they offered to receive the exchange so we could pick it up in store. Our experience with the Locesac store in Columbia, MD was perfect! We are so happy with our sofa!

Very smooth transaction. Megan really knew her stuff. She was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what configuration worked best for me and my budget. She could have pushed me for my original planned configuration, which turned out to be out of my budget and would have gotten her a larger commission, but instead she helped me figure out a better alternative. I’ll definitely refer her some business if any friends or family are interested.

Everyone was so friendly and informative. For me it was a big decision and they made it much easier! There was a problem with my shipping but they were more than accommodating and took care of it right away even though it was likely not their fault. My sactional is wonderful! It took 3 tries before I decided it’s current configuration, but very easy to move and switch around. Overall a great experience and a wonderful product!

I needed new furniture for my newly renovated basement. My problem was finding comfortable furniture to furnish it with, something that was stylish that I would have no problem getting into the space. After seeing the commercial on TV and checking out the website, I decided to go to the Lovesac store to see it for myself. That was the best decision I could have made. The young lady that took care of me answered all my questions and I ended up ordering my new furniture! I cant wait to get it and set it upIt will be a wonderful addition to my home!!

I had a fantastic experience at this store. I worked with Tiffany who met and exceeded every expectation I had. I was on the fence about the product but Tiffany was able to walk me through the product from a quality and function standpoint which cemented my decision to purchase a Sactional. I would highly recommend this store and Tiffany if you have any questions about Lovesac or if you are looking for a great buying experience.

Their store fronts are fine and dandy but you better ask all of your questions there as their headquarters’ customer service is lazy AF. Rude as all get out and when I was frustrated with the love sacs semi virtual chat the company had the audacity to get upset and call me I guess to “confront me” or “teach me a lesson” which obviously didn’t work. So I gave the company four stars because their storefronts are cool but just be sure that you DONT need anything from headquarters customer service as every word you utter will be a MASSIVE inconvenience for them.

We went to the Lovesac showroom in Columbia Mall and had a great experience. Walter was helpful in demonstrating the products and explaining the options available. I had my kids in tow and they were welcomed and interacted with easily as well. Looking forward to our new sofa!

I started off with 3 sacs and later bought the sactional. We walked in and knew instantly what we wanted. We were shown these awesome blocks to show all the configurations of how to make your seats and sides fit together. It was a super seamless process to order. And Georgia in the store was the best person to help us pick everything else.

I’ve bought two couches from Lovesac in the past, and now a third for a third residence. The only problem with them is that once you own their furniture you can never buy cheap couches again! We’ve had our share of spills over the years, but it comes out clean in the wash and looks brand new again..! I’m about 8 years in on my first couch and you can’t tell the difference between that one and the two year old couch. If you’re wondering if you should, you should. Thank me later :-)

I stopped by about 3 months to kill some time at the mall. And I like the couches. I was at the mall this past weekend getting stuff for our home, and figured lets stop by and price out a couch and see if its even an option. We speced out our couch and funky enough they had a floor model that fulfilled half our dream couch. So we went ahead and bought it and figured we can add to it over time which is a great thing about this couch. The team is amazing as well.

Stopped by the store in Columbia, Maryland on 6/7 Fun staff and super cool product .. and overall a great value.I have several friends who own a Love Sac couch and they LIVE on it and LOVE it. We actually didn’t “need” a new couch, however the 0% financing and the selection of colors and versatility of the product made me “want” a new couch. So we bought a five piece couch and a big Movie Sac. I visited rhe LoveSac store at the Mall of Columbia at the urging of my wife who had visited this location several weeks ago. We were able to try a variety of the full options in a single arrangement. Then we were able to try the deeper seating on another configuration. The deep seating with the standard fill was incredibly comfortable. Our sale person, Sam, was very knowledgeable, but not aggressive with her pitch. My wife had done a lot of research on your products, so she knew exactly what she wanted. However, Sam was able to tell her additional features that she had not realized. All in all it was a wonderful shopping experience.

Absolutely one of the best! I was visiting from out of state and came across this store. We dont have one near me and I always wanted to check LoveSac out. Georgia was PHENOMENAL! I walked in thinking I was going to sit on a couch or two and walked out with a Sactional purchase that was to be delivered to my house. Georgia explained every option so well. Answered all my questions and completely wowd us with how easy it was to reconfigure. I definitely would buy again!!

For some reason the site was not functioning properly.Purchase in store took only a few minutes, but did not like them trying to upsale me. I picked up on of the sactionals about 9 months ago for a pretty penny. For the price of this furniture I really wanted to like it. Frankly, its just uncomfortable. The weird thing is when I tried it in the store it seemed very comfortable. Perhaps I had some type of mental block that day. Trying to lay down and read or use my laptop is nearly unbearable. The seat cushions are not big enough (from the backrest to the front) for me to lay comfortably (195lb male). Also, the 90-degree angle of the arm rests dont make for a good head rest when laying down. Sitting in this thing is equally unbearable as you really cant get into it and get comfortable. The chaise section is just barely comfortable enough but is by no means somewhere I want to spend for a prolonged period of time. This couch is not going to last very long in my household and I look forward to getting a comfortable couch.

I loved the style, flexibility and comfort of the Lovesac line from the first time I saw it a couple of years ago at the Columbia Mall location. After searching website after website for furniture options, none met the appeal of the Lovesac modular furniture so I returned to the store and made my purchase a little over a week ago. The team led by Corrine was extremely helpful and answered all of my (and a friends) questions (since she plans to purchase something as well). It was some of the best service I have ever received including from upscale places. The team explained how the pieces worked together and finance options ensuring I got the most bang for my buck.The furniture and covers arrived within the week. The delivery crew was efficient and as others stated delivered the product and removed all the packaging and took it with them. My greatest frustration was in getting the layout right and the clamps in place, but it was a labor of love. Once the task was complete, I sat back and marveled at how fantastic it looked considering I was able to assemble it and I am not very handy.The entire process was amazingly seamless thanks to the awesome team at the Columbia Mall location!!
