I ordered a CoffeeSock (reusable coffee filter) online. It comes 2 to a package. It was here in no time at all! Love the product and the service cannot be better! Also in the package was a complimentary tea bag to try and a handwritten note from the owner! Just when I thought service (and handwritten notes) were a thing of the past, I experience both in this small transaction. The owners certainly have thought of every detail and show their appreciation to their customers! Great value and service!!

I love this shop! I love how much thought goes into each product. I especially love all the reusable and eco friendly options they offer- bees wrap, coffee socks & the refill station are some of my very favorites. The owners are great people that love Columbia so supporting this small business is a no brainer!

This has been one of my favorite shops ever since its inception! I knew Bryson and Susan in college and anything they work on turns to gold. 😊 Im not local to Columbia, but their online shop is always the first place I turn when Im looking for just the right gift. One Christmas I bought almost all of my gifts exclusively from Needle & Grain, and everyone was so happy with what they received! (I recently picked out the SOFTEST BLANKET IN THE WORLD as a gift to one of my best friends at her wedding shower and she looooved it. Paired with one of the beautiful hymn tea towels and a weekly menu notepad, it was the perfect newlywed present.) Bryson and Susan also add such kind and personal touches to their business, from the way they package their products to the tone in their weekly emails. The quality of the items they craft and/or carry and the warmth with which they infuse their business has made me a customer for lyyyfe. I am a Needle & Grain superfan! 🙌 - Bethany Welborn
