They did a great job. Everyone from the owner, to the sales rep, to the installers were extremely professional and very helpful. Kathy was our sales rep and I tremendously appreciate her providing us with numerous options and coordinating with external suppliers and ensuring expeditious installation of the products.

Had a small job, just a 36 in round granite table top, and the rude lady ( think her name was Tonya or Latoya) just acted like she was being inconvenienced by my request and said she would send my estimate to my email and then she totally ignored me since even after I called and left a message several days ago. Yes... It was a small job but if they treat me like that... what does it say about the company’s culture and work ethic.

Phenomenal product and service. From the very first day I walked in to select my countertops until today, the install, it has been a perfect experience. The people in the office were incredible to deal with and the installers did a marvelous job. Special kudos to Phillip, the gentleman who came out to measure. He was very professional, helpful and super nice too!! I could not be happier or more satisfied!!!

Pleased with the granite but would recommend buying and installation by someone else. The install the granite. It cost a lit additionally yo have the new sink connected and the dishwasher reinstalled.

Had countertop install Monday. Very professional people from Keri in the front office to Phillip on site. Beautiful result with a difficult demo of old counters. They were very thorough, patient, and very focused on the end result. Everything went as planned, always on time with excellent communication. You can’t do better than this company!

If there was a 0 this company surely deserves it. We bought a brand new home built by a home builder who uses this company. I was appalled by the poor fabrication done by Real Value. The edges were slightly beveled in some areas and then rounded in others throughout the entire countertop.To appreciate the poor quality of workmanship, the granite was thinner on both sides of the seam, therefore when one looked at the edge (facing eating area and door to deck) it was not straight! After much discussion with the builder, they said they would leave the granite and have the uneven area fixed (at least 3 wide) I assumed that meant filling it with resin or something..but NO replacement.Poor fabrication...we declined to have it patched fixed and are having to replace our entire kitchen with granite we are purchasing from another company. .Id be embarrassed if I were Real Value and had my name attached to the job done. Deb came out to our house to look at it also....would NOT recommend this company..

It is really amazing place for Granites and Counter Tops ! Wonderful Showroom. Excellent Service. It is may be the biggest granites showroom in Columbia. Biggest stock in Granites, CounterTops, Tiles and Marble.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Our house flooded on January 2nd. I selected our countertops on January 6th. They have caused our construction to be pushed back three weeks now. They rescheduled us and blamed me for not selecting edging on the counters even though they had TWO MONTHS to ask me a question that I could immediately answer based on personal preference. They were supposed to install LAST Monday. Then rescheduled VERY last minute for Tuesday/Wednesday. Finally said they wouldn’t be out until Friday. My husband got off of work early Friday and they had not been out to our house yet. They dodged phone calls and all I can assume is that they were hoping they’d be closed by the time we got home and they wouldn’t have to deal with us for the next four days. I finally got ahold of their “project supervisor” who has proved to be worthless. And says “she is just as upset as I am”.... AS IF. I would have been upset about delaying the work either way, however, the fact that they didn’t bother to tell the contractor or us that they weren’t coming out is INFURIATING. The supervisor then continued to make excuses saying that the granite was being polished Friday and would be schedule for Monday morning. We had to pay to change the delivery date of our furniture and we had to reschedule the plumber and cleaning crew. We had to put visiting family up in a hotel because the house was not ready in time . Then come Monday, I did not receive a call as promised at the beginning of the work day and had to call multiple times to get an explanation from the so called supervisor. She then said “the cutting machine broke” “your countertops are still being polished” “they have to cut the sink bowls out” “they have it on the truck”. Clearly, many of these statements are contradictory. I have had to call over and over to get updates . I have been laughed at by an employee, Latoya, and told that the owner is the only person I can speak to above the “supervisor” Lynn and he would not be back in the country until the end of the month. And then Latoya, at the front desk, proceeded to tell me he has no phone number or contact information and then said that she didn’t feel comfortable giving me his contact information.I am reporting them to the BBB but with this lack of professionalism, I would not be surprised to find out that they are not even licensed or approved by the BBB.

Wonderful service as they replaced our nine year old defective granite at no cost to us. Kim, Phillip, and Scott and their team are the best.

Went with the marble look alike fabrication. Great look and inexpensive
