I ordered an item which was promoted with free shipping. Order was invoiced and my account debited. Then I received an email later in the day that the shipping wasn’t free and wanted me to pay for it. So I cancelled my order. I don’t do business with outfits that aren’t able to deliver what they promise.

I bought an expensive scale ($400) from them but the scale is not programmable in legible English. I call them to return and they argue with me that it is and that other customers dont have this problem. Then they inform me that they have a restocking fee ($80). From my understanding, they have to inform you of a restocking fee beforehand but this is not the case on their website. In fact, In MN where they operate, you have to warn the consumers in Font 14 or above about a restocking fee. Will file a complaint seeing as this is illegal.

Ordering is simple. Items can be picked up if in stock. If items need to be ordered, delivery time was excellent. Never had any problems with customer service.

I ordered a direct ship scale through them. They helped me figure out the features and differences and werent rushed. They knew where the companies shipped their scales from. I ordered a Seca 700 SLK because it seemed to be slightly higher quality than the Healthometer or Detecto scales. It arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. There was some assembly required, but that was easy. Nice item.I see some other people who posted reviews are complaining about a restocking fee, but these scales are priced so well because they are shipped from the manufacturers warehouse. If you arent sure of what you want, and decide to return a scale, it would require Hogentogler add it to their stockroom. Thats an expensive proposition, so they have a restocking fee. Im a big Amazon shopper, but Hogentogler had a better price, took the time to speak with me, and they were super easy to deal with. I recommend them.

Horrible return policy and would not budge on it. Purchased two scales, happened to need two different ones. unopened, never used, and it was going to cost me approximately $200 to return.

Horrible service! Ordered a scale over a month ago, still havent seen it and now the company will not answer......NEVER AGAIN!
