Need help my wife dropped tool off its been a few months havent gotten a call drove up there and building is gone what do I do

Horrible customer service. They have had a tool of mine for 2+ months now in an attempt to get repaired. Originally told it would be a week. After 2 weeks of waiting I call to be told it would be another week there was a mixup on the part. At the end of that week I call again to now be told they have no idea when they might get the part or when it would be fixed, maybe another month. Finally get the number to their rep who I call and he says he base the even heard anything about a part for the tool I have them. Unacceptable that I have to call them time and time again to see the status of my tool, only for them to act surprised that they have it every time I call. Beware this establishment, take your property and business elsewhere.

Old school industrial supply...guys know their stuff...and they have steel gas cans without childproof government protection on them

Always got the specialty tools and parts I need just ask for Brain
