I bought a cub cadet 2 years ago. Rob my salesman at the time of purchase registered my warranty to make sure it was done correctly ( love that). Well this summer I had an intermittent starting issue and had no way to get it to them. Hunter in service made arrangements to pick it up(for a small fee that would be added to my final bill) and off it went. The problem was covered under my warranty (thank you Rob) and it was return just over a week later. Having worked in retail for over 20 years the value of customer service is something I look for. I don’t always buy the least expensive if the customer service is there and it definitely is in my opinion with crown power and equipment. I have recommended them to several people because of the customer service.Thank you
The facility is nice, the receptionist is sweet and friendly...... the guys, well they seemed to think that we wandered in by mistake and maybe if they ignored us wed go away. When someone finally asked us if we needed help it took forever for them to figure out the guy that could help wasnt there..... seriously, all the guys that were there and only one guy could help and he wasnt there.... and apparently he cant help because hes never called us... you know, how any salesman would do to earn business. Thats been almost three weeks....my opinion, dont bother.

We recently purchased a new $5000 Cub Cadet and had an awful experience. Our new lawn mower was inoperable. It turns out there was a tear in the fuel line. The problem was that in order for our brand new mower to be repaired we had to pay for the transportation for it to be returned to the shop for repair and then back to us. Initially they wanted to charge us $170 which included tax for a 50 mile round trip. Later it was reduced to $75. When I explained to the manger that we agreed to pay $5,000 for a brand new working mower and that we should not incur any additional expense if the mower was inoperable he refused to budge. In fact, he told me that next time I wanted to purchase equipment I should shop elsewhere. I have never been treated this rudely or disrespectfully when making a large purchase and most definitely have never been made to feel like the bad guy when my purchase was defective.
Best place to get case backhoe parts and repairs
I needed a hydraulic oil filter for my Kubota tractor. The dealer where I bought the tractor only had one, so thought Id get the other one at Crown. Ouch! $19 more for the same filter than the other dealer. Next time Ill wait a couple of days for my dealer to get one in before I pay that kind of price.
I have used other companies in our area between Columbia and Fulton but I have not been satisfied. When I started going to Crown Power and equipment to repair my cub cadets mower I have always been satisfied so I always go to them anymore every time I need my cub cadets mowers repaired. They do a great job, they provide me with great professional service and they are reliable. I personally think they are among the best repair service in our area. Good job Crown Power and equipment and Thank you kindly for always helping me out with my cub cadets mowers when they need repairs.
Did a great job on my mower and even detail cleaned it.Bought a used mower from Rob, got a very fair deal and took great care of me making sure the mower was 100% gone threw and running and operating as it should be. They earned a new customer for life.

Jeff called earlier for a quote and wouldnt provide details. He seemed to want to have a key cut for a vehicle that he didnt own or that wasnt in his possession. I hung up because he seemed sketchy and criminal.Jeff left me a 1 star reveiw in retaliation I called this office and informed them of their employees behaviors and their customer service representative accuse me of slander. It appears they do not wish to protect their professional interest and only themselves; Birds of a feather, flock together, apparently.Call someone else, as they clearly cannot handle their workloads and its stressing them out to the point of bad-business practices.
Ordered the wrong parts, refused to refund or return parts, but did offer to order the correct parts for full price, mighty swell of them. Will order online and save a few bucks and another hour long drive each way.
Called to bring an issue to their attention: customer service grew hostile and accused me of lying. Unreal. Avoid.
