Im giving it a one star because it requires it otherwise it would be a zero. The second I walked into the store the woman was ride. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. She the said the wait was 4 hours and she wouldnt get to it today. She then also states by the looks of what I have they wouldnt buy it. I will never be back.

Normally enjoy this location. Haven’t been to sell clothing in about 6 or so months. Went at 4:30pm and was told it was too late in the day because they close at 630pm. When asked if I could just drop off and come back tomorrow that I’m in no rush the lady told me no I can go to a different location. Sad.

Staff is extremely rude! I will not be shopping at this location ever again! Learn to hire staff that is nice!

Used to be one of my favorite OUAC. It’s gone downhill in the last few years. It’s bare and dirty.

I went there today and the stuff was so rude. The price they offered was unbelievable. Never go back again.

Would not recommend. Website said walk-ins welcome, but staff member seemed annoyed when I walked in and asked if I was there for my appointment. She said the website doesn’t know they’re short staffed and appointments were required for them. On top of that, she said they were not accepting any toys, regardless of condition. Very rude and stand-off-ish. Won’t be going back!

Pretty decent prices, but the customer service is truly terrible... If you can deal with the only cashier they seem to have who is a very rude foreign woman with short black curly hair who wont even acknowledge your presence or lookup at all until you ask, Can I PLEASE checkout? This is literally what happened the first time I came there. Ive honestly never been to a place where theyd rather I just leave without buying anything than for them to be bothered to take my money..... I dont know how they make money with that attitude.

We were kicked out because my 4 year old didn’t have a mask (mask mandate in Ohio requires children over 10 years old to wear a mask.) They wanted me to pay $$ for a mask for him.We were attempting to sell them a brand new snow suits (60 new. Never worn) A brand new diaper bag, and a trash bag full of clothes. They offered $6.The workers had a terrible attitude when I had to explain to my child that we couldn’t stay and buy him the toys he was looking at. She told me I could buy it but he has to wait outside.

Employee Lourie told a woman of Asian decent to go back to her country.Employee was fired immediately. 5 stars for the company response.

We love coming here to sustainability shop and recycle our kids clothing and toys. Weve sold clothing and purchased clothing. You can often find items with tags still on. Prices are very good. If you are consigning, either plan on staying or call to check in before returning. The review of your items is prioritized if youre in the store. Otherwise, it can take a while to get an offer on your items, especially on the weekends.

They don’t actually hold items like they say. Called when they opened and asked them if they could hold a high chair. They said they would hold it for the day. I apparently missed a call from them around 3:30, but since I wasn’t expecting a call from an unknown Dublin number, I didn’t answer. Make the 40 minute drive around 5:30pm and surprise, they sold the high chair. So irritating. Don’t hold items if you aren’t going to hold them for the time frame you say you will.

Everything is very organized and staff is helpful. When you come in they let you know what sales are going on (there is usually always a sale). Very easy to sell your used or new childrens toys and clothing to the store. I love coming here! Such a great deal and everything is in great condition!

I brought items in to sell. They said it would be a two hour wait or they would notify me in a few days when it was ready. I never received a text or call. When I called in on a Thursday, the employee said it was ready. I told them I would come in to pick up the items as soon as possible- likely the weekend. I stopped in on the next Sunday. They now claim that some itmes were donated, but they can not give me proof of the donation. For the items that they purchased they only offered a gift card for their store. They said the notice that items are ready to pick up is a computer generated and that the system does not always work. This is a total sham. Please help people in need instead of making money for this company. Donate directly to your local non-profits.

We have never sold items here, but the ones we buy have always been in great shape, clean, and reasonably priced. They offer just enough larger items, and the clothing selection is great for newborn to 2 years.Worth noting that they have regular 20%, 40%, >50% off sales. The pickings arent the cream of the crop, but the prices are hard to beat. The only way to get kid clothes more affordably would be through shopping garage sales.

Incredibly rude manager. I asked if someone who was doing buy backs could help with the line since only one employee was checking people out and he snapped at me. I then responded and said a store manager should not snap like that and he says, “respect goes both ways” I will never give them my business again. So do yourself a favor and shop at the one on Frantz road.

I have bought a few things here, which they sell at reasonably good prices. Look around the store before settling on a particular purchase. Sometimes, the same item may be priced differently in the store. They are kind of ridiculously picky about what items they will buy to resell. I have been happy with everything I bought here, and I have no complaints.

This was the worst experience Ive had at at a childs clothing store. My wife and I dropped off a few bags of clothing and some other items for them to review. One item was a breastfeeding pillow that was still in the original packaging in perfect condition. After they reviewed it, the zipper was broke off and the packaging destroyed. Ive never seen such blatant disregard for someone elses things. The employees were rude and very put off by the fact that they actually had to do their jobs. Ill never recommend this store to anyone. I will choose to donate my clothes to the salvation army from now on, which the employees at this location will probably prefer so they dont have to work too hard. Time of visit 7/5/19 11a.m.

I am only giving the two star rating because the customer service has good. I wouldn’t say great but I’ve had worse. Now to give my review on why only two stars I recently brought in a barely used pack and play Minnie Mouse that retails for 110 dollars by the way along with a swing a baby bath a Minnie Mouse chair a tummy time pillow and a few other items mind you these were all gifts to me which is why I wasn’t too upset when they only wanted to give me 58 dollars for the items kind of cheap but I needed space for other items in my home. What really got to me is when they decided on my baby clothing they were going to only give me 18 for like 30+pieces of clothing??? Some of these items were brand new I had a swaddle in the tote that is a 33 dollar item not counting any of the other items they seem to be making way more of a profit then seems fair donyourelf a favor and just donate your items to goodwill atkeast then you the aren’t just trying to screw you over

There are some good deals to find here but it takes a lot of searching and a lot of effort to go often. Depending on whos working that day, customer service may be good or bad. They are stingy with their coupons and will not give another potential buyer one that you bring in with you even if it means losing the sale.

Just got kicked out because my TWO YEAR OLD wouldn’t wear a mask.

The ladies are SO rude - I was just in store this week and not only did they have a bad attitude, they go out of their way to NOT talk to you/ignore you as you stand there. Once you ask them for assistance they give a face, sigh and then do their best to minimally help you with your request.I had so many items to sell, mostly girls NEW clothing from Justice WITH tags on, in larger sizes, and they told me they were worn (REALLY?!?) and they had too many in that size - even though the inventory in these sizes was VERY limited (as in nonexistent).I have sold to 3 other OUAC in the Columbus area and have had much better experiences; they will continue to receive my support. This location will no longer receive my business AND I will be sure to share my story with others.

Nice staff and clean store. I usually price check because here is not always the cheapest for childrens clothes.

Good deals on toys and some clothing items. Most of the baby gear(swings, play pens/bassinets, bouncers)and the bigger toy items are way over priced. The pricing for alot of it is almost as much as buying at regular store. You might as well just buy new and get warranty and receipt in case something breaks. I also never bother anymore with bringing my own items to sell or use as store credit. It isnt worth the time spent gathering things and taking into store. They give you next to nothing for even brand new items. I prefer to just donate or resell myself.

Nice place to shop for clothing when you have to outfit multiple children on a budget. Some things are used. Some things are new.

Before attempting to purchase a toy, I asked at the cashier if she could open the net bag that is holding the toy so I could check any missing pieces. For some reason she sighed then opened the bag for me. After checking the toy, I found missing pieces and informed her of that. She sighed again and told me that is what they bought from someone and that is the price for it. So I said I do not want it because of the missing pieces. She looked frustrated and sighed again, making face. I believe it is completely normal for a customer to check the item before purchasing it, but I felt as if I did something wrong.

Very roude overall! Did not get greeted coming in, asked Lori a question and was very rude. The lady that checked me out did not say “hello” just ask if I was ready in a very rude tone! I will not be returning to this location!!!!!!! Awful

Weve occasionally bought infant clothes here. Its hit or miss, but certainly worth checking out for some good deals!

Ive both sold here and purchased here. Ive found that they purchase less than any OUAC around regardless of condition (new!) and style (current!) with no real reason. Its also the most expensive OUAC Ive purchased from. Its a cramped store and is hard to maneuver around to look through everything. Ill buy here if I think theyll have what Im specifically looking for, but I wont go out of my way to shop here anymore.

Both of my girls found matching shirts from Justice (same condition), but in different sizes and colors. There was a $3 price difference! I brought this to the attention of the sales assoc, hoping that she would adjust it. I was told that a computer determines the price of each product (based on inventory), and she would not change it. I was pretty shocked that she upheld the computers decision over the fair thing to do. How disrespectful and insulting to their customers! Because its a second hand store should make no difference. If I had gone to Justice to buy these shirts, they would have been the same price despite size and color--even on sale. If this is standard company policy, then OUC is not the store for me anymore.

Yeah didnt enjoy the customer service here. Didnt greet me, felt like I got followed around in the store because they thought I would steal. No associates asking for help. Dont understand them buying and selling clothes system. Go to other locations.

Also have had several frustrating experiences at this store. Mostly because there is somehow many clothes hanging for sale that are just of average quality, which I dont mind but when I bring stuff in to sell, much of it brand new, no stains, etc... they take little to nothing and give pennies for what they take. They had little to no selection in shoes my daughters size. So when I got home and discovered several pairs that were new that she had never worn I added them to a basket of things to sell. They turn the shoes down and told me they have too many things in that category. When I question them on it and said you have very few shoes this size they told me it must just be because they are worn... really, cause I just took the tags off 1 hour ago? And they do come across as very rude. I dont get it.

I been here several times, once i went in to make a purchase. the head team leaders were in they were un packing boxes one of their employees came on off duty with her work clothes on to buy to piggy banks i had been standing in line about 12 minutes she cam in they stop what they were doing and awaited on her . when i approach their action they informed me that someone from the back was coming up to wait on me. I stated you just walked in why are you going before me . She stated. i saw you standing their i went in the back to get someone to help you. yet, her boss the older female with long dirty blond hair stop all work in progress to wait on her. stop unpacking clothes but, continue leave me in the line. so i drop my items on the counter top and walked out. disrespectful at all cost i taken my money else where.. bias white system,

I hate this location, they give you nothing for good things that you bring in .I declined twice to sell to them.I dont need the items anymore,but its better to trash them or donate.Before I used to bring items to the Gahanna location and they are way nicer,but I moved to Dublin and Gahanna is too far.

Drove all the way here from Lancaster to find a note on the door saying, “closed at 2 pm for inclement weather”! Seriously? I just drove an hour to get here!!
