Mattress City was my first stop shopping for a mattress and was greeted by a friendly owner. She explained the difference in each one and gladly answered all my questions. I did my due diligence and went to three other big box stores with each one was friendly and helpful but my wife and I decided to buy from Mattress City which is a locally owned small business and after this past year we felt good about supporting a small local business.

We purchased a camper and the mattress included was like sleeping on a board. One call to mattress city and within a week, our new mattress was shipped to us and it is the most comfortable bed ever. We didnt even have to go in to the store, the owners, took care of our purchase from start to finish. You cant go wrong with this family owned, knowledgeable business.

Hannah was so helpful and nice. This was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Mattress City to my friends and family! The delivery was smooth and quick. All the employees from here were a joy to work with!

I love my new bamboo sheets to go on my new king size mattress! Both bought from Hannah at Mattress City. The sheets are ultra-cooling, the only thing that has prevented night sweats! They feel so luxurious. Considering buying a second set just to have as backup.

Wow is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of the wonderful shopping experience that my family and I had here! We walked in knowing our firm top dollar price and i explained that. After some trials and talking I decided to go check out a few other places. Needless to say I came back and I was able to find a great mattress for a very very fair price. They even included delivery and 2 pillows for well under my hard top price. My family and I are so pleased with our shopping experience and we will definitely be recommending the FAMILY OWNED business to our friends and family.

The first time I went there should have been the last time, the lady me and my husband dealt with was extremely rude, very condescending. The second time my husband went up there a note “be right back” was on the door, he waited 15 minutes and called numerous times, no answer. I guess they don’t like making money.

I recently purchased a Tempur-Pedic Cloud Supreme set. The sales lady was very helpful in finding the perfect mattress for what I needed. And the delivery guys were very friendly and efficient . Purchased 3 beds for my son and his two roommates who are just getting started with BLOC at Fort Benning. Shopped Mattress Firm and other stores in the area.
