This was easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Jessica Cripps was the one who helped me find my mattress. I walked in and I let her know what my budget was and she gave me a range of options to work with. I wasn’t able to buy the mattress that same day, but she still wrote down my offer in a little pamphlet. That way when I came back I could just show whoever was working and they could hopefully offer me the same deal she offered me. Unfortunately, when I came back they didn’t have the exact mattress I wanted because it was a super popular back to school option. That specific option was very cost effective for great quality so it makes sense that they would be sold out. However, they did have one that was slightly more expensive, but higher quality and she did her best to give me the best deal possible. So far the mattress is great. I haven’t had any back or hip pain and I’m super happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this location as well as Jessica. She was super kind and great at what she does.

Our experience with the Mattress Firm on National Road was excellent!! We went in not knowing exactly what we wanted, but we were quickly put at ease regarding our options and opportunities. Liz Cone could not have been more helpful in helping us select the mattress and box spring that we selected. She guided us through the mattress products and features, and we were able to quickly decide on the right mattress for us. Liz also did a great job getting us through the paperwork and getting us the best deal on the cost. We will definitely go back for our next mattress purchase, expected to be later this year.

Jessica was so much more knowledgeable about the products than other sales people. She also worked hard to gain knowledge. Mattress Firm as a store was also more flexible in what they could offer. They met the others price, threw in product and discounts and had a shorter delivery time by 3 weeks. I was very happy.

Went in for some information and came out with a mattress and springs. Karen was very polite and professional. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Great personality also. But one other thing that really sold us on the set we bought, and I really appreciated it, was Karen Never tried to push any one of the mattresses. Gave us a ton of information and left the decision up to us. Every salesman or saleswoman should be as professional as Karen.

Beds ain’t cheap but they work wonders. Was a little overwhelmed with the sales woman at first, but she ended up giving me a huge discount. She also really made sure I would like the bed, she reminded me to lay on the bed like I would at home instead of just laying back and observing.

I checked ratings for mattress retailers near me. They had highest local reviews. We knew there were lots of variables in choosing one. In store they had samples of several name brands in various sizes and firmness. Salesperson was very helpful in choosing product that we were comfortable with. Had several options we had opportunity to test.The particular unit we decided on was on backorder from instate (Indiana) factory. We have to wait a few weeks more to get possession of unit purchased. (Other, different name brands, were more readily available). Feel like they understood that we wanted and did best possible to assist.Possibly update this later after the delivery and use product.Update, dropped from 5 stars to 1.7 weeks later. Got text to confirm day and address for delivery. Was correct on paperwork. I found a glitch (using their app) in delivery GPS. They were going to location that wasnt mine. Advised them My location 15 minute away from that location. Delivery people, then declined to complete the delivery. Said would be another week. FRUSTRATED they would NOT complete the delivery.. we shopped another store and canceled this purchase. I think the in store salespeople did try to help. But the MANAGEMENT, of customer service, failed us big time.Purchase $ is to be refunded. Still waiting for that complete.

As a online shopper for most things I felt a new bed was probably something we should shop in person for. I was right. Both of the ladies that helped us made everything work out just great My husband and I have different likes in the bed choices but they were very patient and very knowledgeable about the features of the beds. We won’t get our bed till next week but we are confident they set us up with a great bed. Their informative yet not pushy way of dealing with us made us a satisfied customer. I will highly recommend them to friends. Bed purchases are definitely an inperson purchase.

Overall I am pretty satisfied. Last month I ordered a mattress, knowing it was backordered for several weeks, but that was fine as I still need to get my room prepared. I called today to check on the status to see if there was an ETA so I could set up delivery. I found out that there was a halt on production and that getting the mattress I ordered wasnt going to happen. Unfortunately, I found this out on my own by inquiring- no one called to let me know so I could make other arrangements.I went to the store to pick out a comparable mattress, and it wasnt an issue at all. I got a 100% refund with no hassle-the credit I used on my store card was also return available to use immediately- and ordered the mattress of my choice. I actually got a better deal this time because of a different promotion.Now my delivery is set up, and I cannot wait for it to arrive so I dont have to sleep on my current mattress.Update: I love my memory foam mattress and pillows. By far the most comfortable I have owned. Delivery guys were quick, professional and friendly. As of now I have not yet received my rebate for delivery, so I will be vigilant about that. It has been a month since I initiated it.

Go see Zane for exceptional customer service! I went into Mattresss Firm and picked between two mattresses. Zane was very knowledgeable and patience with myself and my family. I even left and shopped around. I came back because of the customer service. My mattress was ordered and I went to pick it up. Unfortunately they do not ship to North Vernon. Once I got there, Zane was there again with his coworker Jake and it was an easy pick up. The two men loaded up the mattresses in our truck and helped us tie it down. I would highly recommend and definitely recommend Zane for your mattress buying needs.

The delivery was great the guys that came were nice and fast bringing the mattress and frame in. But they dropped off the wrong mattress and I have to wait a week to get my right mattress.

Dave was very helpful in helping us to find the right mattress. I was impressed with his customer service/attention that he was able to give two other customers the same amount of attention. At least he greeted everyone that walked into the door. We went across the street to another matress store but was not even acknowledged and there was only one other person was there.

We went in to buy a mattress. We selected the mattress and then were trying to negotiate the price. The salesman gave us a price and we decided to talk about it and come back in an hour. When we came back he told us there is no way that he gave us those prices. Even when we liked the mattress we just left because I didnt want to buy from someone who says different things in just an hour. Also their return policy is very bad. You almost have to pay 250$ to replace a mattress that has a defect. I dont think I am ever going to buy from mattress firm again after this.
