Havent even had our furniture for a full year yet and the back of my chair snapped in half when just leaning back to recline. We spent one night on our bed from them and hated it no returns or exchange. (We bought a living room set, bed and box spring and dining room table and chairs) only thing good out of all of it is the dining room table so far. They say they will fix it but it will take weeks/months really disappointed as we spent A LOT of money for this set for it to break

Staff was very helpful at answering all my questions and helping me make my final purchase decisions. Even though I had to wait, it was worth it. The delivery team was great at moving around my living room and setting up my new furniture for me and explaining the way everything worked and the warranty that came with it. Thank you MFG! Ill definitely be back for more.

Ive bought several pieces of furniture from this store and have no regrets. They have a big selection, great prices and a friendly staff.

I purchased a $1500 sofa and it turned out to be defective. The company has now had my sofa for nearly 4 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to get an update and also ask about getting other seating since I had gotten rid of my other seating. I was told no about alternative seating and that they didn’t know how much longer it was going to take to fix the sofa. So I asked them to either bring me a new sofa or refund my money so I could go get another one. I was told that they NEVER GIVE REFUNDS even when I was delivered a defective sofa. BUYER BEWARE! Good news!! I finally have my sofa!! Their outstanding delivery guys, Rob and Bruce, actually deserve 10 stars because I was not able to move a lift chair out of their way and they were kind enough to do that. They had me sit on the seat that was defective and it is fine now. Thank you Rob and Bruce for your kindness and help.

Best store in Columbus, IN to buy furniture. The staff is very professional and helpful with every question I had. Even though it took months to get my furniture, the delivery team made it seem like I hardly waited at all. I asked the young driver, many questions, most he answered, some her referred me to the manager. I like that type of honesty and professionalism. Thanks MFG!

Top notch furniture at excellent prices and value. Im surprised the rating is so low for this store but its mainly people using there ignorance to complain about broken furniture... Guess what people?! Furniture breaks you dunbasss and yeah, warranties take awhile with repair or replacements... At least they are fixing it. And also warranties are limited, so those who complain about warranties expired or not being able to be used, well there are circumstances and time periods on warranties, its called BUSINESS! Besides all this I absolutely love my furniture and MFG took good care of me. Thank you guys so much for everything! Dont let the ignorant people bring your ratings down on here, they are just the stupid part of the world and have nothing else better to do.

High quality, American made furniture at reasonable prices. The staff is very easy to work with and the shopping experience is very low pressure.

Bought from them 4 years ago. Initial thoughts were good. But we were sold an insurance policy at the time which when we came to use it was useless. Nothing but headaches trying to sort out. When the company came out to clean the chairs they made it worse. MFG tried to interact on our behalf, but the result is alot less than satisfactory. As MFG are the sellers I expect more support/ corrective action.

Do not buy from this place. We ordered a chair in Feb and waited until June and when it was being delivered I questioned it and said I did not think it was the right chair or that it did not look the same as the floor model. I asked about the return policy and they delivery people did not know. The store manager states we are stuck with the chair even though we have not used it they will not take it back.

Be prepared to spend money for quality furniture.

Looking for a recliner, not much in stock, to order one required 100% payment with possible delivery in September, but no guarantee of delivery date, selesperson refused to make a date for refund if not delivered at any date.

I would leave no stars If I could, unfortunately. We came into the store with our 4 children looking for furniture. They ran an ad that seemed like a great deal. We were not treated respectfully by the older woman specifically as we entered the store. Then we went ahead and found a set we liked and they guaranteed it’s high quality verbally. We got the furniture home and one month later the furniture was busting open at the seams and no I’m not exaggerating. It happened to the couch, loveseat, & chair!!!. I had to have the chair sent back twice for repairs in the first year and finally my couch I got returned. This company was too cheap to let me return ALL of the CHEAP furniture. Never in my life have I ever Bought such a cheap set of furniture. The manager said it must have been a fluke I got the set I did YET wouldn’t honor a full returnIt was a total waste of money and we since had to get new furniture. Don’t waste your money!!!!

This was a really nice place. They have a lot of different styles of furniture to look at. Extremely helpful staff that does not in a h way pressure you to buy anything today. They will help you in any way they can. They will leave you alone if you want to jist walk around and look but are always just a look away from coming back to help with any questions. Bought our new furniture on a Saturday and was delivered and set up on Tuesday. Would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for something for the house!!

I went in simply to shop around. The prices were so reasonable, and I found a very nice couch and love seat that were actually lower than my anticipated budget. I was very pleased with the customer service as well. Free delivery didnt hurt!

Yall should stop writing bad reviews. Its not the staffs fault your furniture is getting ruined how bout pay attention to what youre doing to the pieces. If and of you reviewers rated this place with 1 star okay open up your own furniture store and see how you fair. I wont take people saying management is rude because theyre actually really chill and youre probably just approaching wrong and being well ARROGANT. We purchased two new End Tables from MFG and picked them up at 7:00 tonight. Upon getting them to the house we discovered they were not the shade we had hoped for. I called to discuss with the store at 7:45 and was told I had to have them back in 10 minutes or they were mine to keep and they closed at 8:00. After purchasing a living room set, coffee table and end tables, mattress and box spring, and now two additional end tables we expected better service from MFG. Due to our recent experience I can not recommend for your furniture needs.

This place has layaway. Makes it perfect for buying furniture when you know youre going to move but dont know where when the sale is going on.

I bought several pieces from MFG and very much like most of it. I’m rating MFG one star because the dining room table I bought has begun chipping and the finish is wearing off the top after less than a month of use.I called MFG who promptly sent someone out to look, and all they provided was a shrug and a sorry. If I had known MFG wouldn’t stand by their product I definitely would have gone elsewhere for my furniture.

100% last place on the planet to buy the furniture. Totally unreliable place. They are distributing flyers for sale with less price to attract customers when you actually go to the store, there was a different prices. The guy’s excuse was that it was printed by a mistake!!!Really??? I would never recommended this place to anyone.

Nice furniture just not the best quality for the price

Bought a beautyreast mattress in 2011 in 2015 it was sagging really bad I spent a little bit more money and got a better one in 2018 it had to be replaced again for the same problem in 2019 it was sagging really bad again. They came out and inspected it called the owner and they told me it would be replaced. The owner called me and said beautyrest would not replace it because the the 1st mattress I bought only had a 5 year warranty and the 10year warranty that came with this mattress if that was the case why would they replace it after 7 years. Doesnt say much for there warranty and dont buy beauty rest mattress at least not from them something is very wrong with there mattress.

Bought a love seat there that peeled like an onion. It was complete garbage. Then they refused to stand by their products. It fell apart within one year. They promised to help out, but didnt return phone calls or emails. Go somewhere else to buy furniture.

Bought a storage bed with mattress, and had it delivered. Love the bed, but about 6 months later a board broke in the bottom frame. We were in the market for a sectional about the same time, so while we were looking at those I asked about warranty on the bed. They said they would have to call the manufacturer to see about getting a replacement. No call back after two weeks. Regarding the sectionals, they had one that we liked, but did not have the configuration we needed to fit our living room. They did not seem interested in trying to order a different style even though I researched later and found it available. Not impressed, we bought our sectional elsewhere, and I guess I get to fix the bed myself.

Bought what was told to be a 100% real leather couch and a loveseat for nearly a grand a few years ago that was made by Ashley Furniture from MFG. When both of them started to peal apart and were becoming an eyesore and unusable, I went in to show them what their product was doing after just a couple years of normal wear and see how they could help me. Long story short, they said if I wanted to replace the junk they sold me with new furniture from their store I would get $150 credit. With the track record of what they sold me I said no thanks because I dont want to find myself with the same problem a year or two down the road and out another thousand bucks.I would avoid the store in the future without question but if you still go in there the same model of the bad couch is on the floor for sale! They are still selling it so watch out and dont buy it!
