Say what you want about Pottery Barn, but I enjoy visiting. The prices are high on some things, but be selective and you may find something luxurious at a good price. I will visit again soon.

They have some neat stuff here. I particularly like the newest cast aluminum outdoor counters. Sadly most of the upholstered furniture has down. They try to make it hypoallergenic, but it didnt work for me.

These are the chosen ones for bringing joy into this wonderful World, I even got a sample indoors and out, Velvet like yes, thank God for all the Faithful Stewards today at The Pottery Barn . Walk in just Clay and the Barn molds you into a perfected Pottery beacon of light.

The store was nice and clean. But the registers were not working great making the checkout a long process. The lady helping us was about as bright as Abe Lincoln’s reading light.

Pottery barn continues to disappoint in the service they provide. I expect going into 2020 they would be a more Omni channel company. I have never been in a store where the associates do not support the total company. An associate continued to tell me that I should not shop online and because I did she could not turn my return into an exchange. I have been a valuable customer to pottery barn over the years & I am done!

I was very disappointed with this store. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time I was in the store. The employees continuously came up to me and my son asking if they could help me. The last employee actually called my son a young lady. Thats when I decided that even if I would have found something that I wanted to purchase, I still would not have purchased it there.

The customer service for online orders is nothing shy of subpar.

Quality products, good in-store design service, but excruciatingly painful slow delivery. I’ve had items in local warehouse for a month that have yet to be shipped to my house. Do not place one order for all design pieces. They hold in Columbus warehouse for completion apparently. I wish I had not put all my eggs in one basket with Pottery Barn. Wish I had known.

I love Pottery Barn! Great quality housewares including picture frames, dinnerware, bedding, furniture, accessories.

Service was excellent. I was there to make a return for a family member and it was smooth as can be. The aisles, though, felt a little tight when I tried to peruse them after my return was complete.

Such beautiful things here and candles that smell absolutely wonderful.

Bought 2 lamps. Got ho e and one was the wrong style. Spoke to the manager who said to return ot and he would have one held to exchange. Went back the 2nd time and picked up another lamp. It was clearly returned and reboxed. Got ot home and it was damaged. Went back the 3rd time and they tried to give us the floor sample which had 2 chips. Not pleased. Will shop elsewhere.

Really neat experience inside, but didnt have what I had expected.

I visited the Easton Town Center location several times over the holiday season and every time the same two employees were rude and unhelpful despite the fact that the store was not even busy. I am done shopping here. I can shop online when free shipping is offered or shop elsewhere from now on. I see this location going out of business. It was dead every time I went in there at Christmas.

My wife was just looking and I was her tagalog.
