Always have gotten the best hook up on a working stereo installed in my car. When I get a new car and want an aftermarket stereo - I give them a call to see how busy they are, stop in, pick out a radio and the install it in a reasonable time while I hangout in the waiting room. Definitely will refer others here.

We visited Sound Chamber twice in the past two months. In effort to avoid a car note, I purchased a 2006 Trailblazer in August. It was not equipped with the conveniences of newer cars. My Love bought me a new remote starter system and later an all inclusive stereo installation system. The Owner is nothing short of awesome, knowledgeable and provides tinely, quality service. I highly recommend to anyone looking for great supplemental auto service.

I have had several great experiences at Sound Chamber. Most recently they installed my aftermarket radio which I had them install previously in a different car. They took car of everything in less than an hour while I waited in the waiting area. They even fixed a broken piece of plastic that was in the interior of the car,. I will refer anyone I talk to that needs help with their car sound system.

People are awful at stereos car alarms and all of the above. There rude disrespectful and racist if I could rate it I would say - 5* and u should move ur buisness

They seemed like a GREAT group of guys they was able to get my alarm and remote starter installed very quickly.

I just got off the phone with with one of the service people. My radio and speakers stopped working on my 2014 Subaru. I called the dealer and was told that there would be a charge of $110 just to diagnose the problems and there was no guarantee that it would be rolled into the price of repair. That sounded like price gouging to me so I called these folks. The phone was answered by a service person, not a woman who just makes $110 appointments. I told the guy the symptoms and he told me that it sounded like my radio might need to be reset by disconnecting the battery for a minute or so. Truthfully I havent even checked to see whether that will work but I was struck by the difference between being charged $110 up front by the people who sold me the car and having a service guy make a reasonable suggestion to me when he could have told me to bring it in, reset it himself and charged me who knows what for five minutes of work. Thats excellent customer service in my book. If the battery/reset doesnt work, Ill take my car into them. Ive already cancelled my appointment with the dealer.

I had a good experience today. They installed my underbody lights for a great price and the owner is very friendly including his side kick. They’re both old but don’t let the looks fool you, he is knowledgeable. Money spent well.

I purchased an alarm system for my car and it was installed in approximately an hour and it works perfectly. I would highly refer this company to everybody.

Took in my 05 scion tC and a pair of worn-out 12 JL audio subs. Not only did they take the time to test them to rate each subwoofers performances, but also answered half an hours worth of questions with a smile and/or a story. This business has successfully served central Ohio for over 20 years, so these guys know what theyre doing. Anyone looking to upgrade their sound system should make Sound Chamber their first stop.

I came here to get a second battery wired up in my trunk and I had problems immediately afterward. All the connections they crimped were loose and one of the wires fell out of the terminal and the other was arcing and nearly caused an electrical fire in my car because they didnt put a fuse on it either! $90 wasted!
