Garbage internet service. Worse LTE service next to MetroPCS. I wont be renewing my plan.

I was not satisfied with customer service when I went into the store location. They seemed lost and confused. I thought to myself... I know its crazy times now. But they should be on the same page and their operation process should be still smooth. It just seemed like they didnt know who was going to help who. Even when I called to ask them a question. They didnt even answer my question. So Im a bit disappointed in the services I received at my last visit to say the least.

10+ years ago I switched service from ATT. Never regretted ot. I Love this company. They have been a great cell service provider and any time I need assistance they are are always very helpful. My service is excellent and 100 times better than any other company I have dealt with. Highly recommend this company.

This review is more on the phone service and customer service. The actual stores only problem is that its cspire. The service is a joke and the customer support is less than helpful.

I personally went into Cspire store on October 13,2017 to remove second line. The sale associate assured me the phone was no longer on my account and supposedly update my information. I latter called inquiring information doing my cruise to Bahamas did I find out the second was still activated when asked what number was I calling about. She went on to say Im still being charged for phone after being placed on hold to confirm that the phone was indeed supposed to be not active. I Thank the lady and went into the store. The associate I dealt with wasnt working. I asked for Manger only to get Asst. Manager he did the best he could with trying to resolve issue. After waiting thirty minutes he returned with same information he could go back only 3 months.I asked for his Manager he asked me my why Im just saying anything and did I look my billing statement every month which was rude because Im on paperless billing and the wrong email address was on file. After pleading and trying to get understand I still was only given a store credit of $300.00 but was being charged since October 13, 2017. Cspire has lost the highly expectations I held for them.Soon as my contract is up Im leaving with no strings attached. I wouldve recommend Cspire to anyone.

Could stand to have better customer service upon entering the establishment. I was not greeted or anything until after I had found what I went in looking for.
I recently swapped to cspire from another carrier. I got an unlimited plan for my phone and a 4G hotspot for my home. The inet on your phone will drop and lose connection if you receive a text or phone call. The 4G hotspot is useless. It averages out a few KB/sec. If I disconnect my TV from it and enable the hotspot on my phone it works 100x better... until someone texts you. When I tried to call the cspire store to talk to someone about these issues, you get a machine which leads you to an inevitable 20 minute+ hold time. I finally hung up. If youre reading this, simply try to find the phone # to your local cspire store. You wont. Call and try to speak with someone in tech support. Get ready to speak with a machine for 10 minutes then put on hold for 20.
