Johnny was very helpful in getting me my iPhone 13 pro in the size and color I requested in a very short time. He also encouraged me to get the accessories I needed to help protect my device. I’m on my brother’s plan and went to upgrade my iPhone 7. Ended up with a 12 & everything went as smoothly as possible. Jamere, the lady I worked with, was wonderful and I have nothing but good things to say. :) Keep it up!
Terrible customer service. There’s ways to talk to people and it’s not polite to talk about customers to coworkers when simply asking questions we were unsure on.
I was impressed with the customer service. Michaela was amazing. She took good care of us and walked us through the process. She went the extra mile to try to preserve all our information from our ancient iPhone, and succeeded in getting most of it.
It was a pleasure to deal with all of the staff especially Brogan. He dealt with my deslexia issues patiently and kindly. The whole store experience was much better this time than the last time. Would highly recommand Brogan or Michaela they are both good at their jobs and with people.
Elizabeth was so helpful and friendly! She made sure we understood all our options. She was patient and informative with us and I think if all sales people had her attitude verzion would be doing an even better business!

Was putting off getting new phone for months...I wanted a real person in to answer my questions and set up my phone.Elizabeth took so much time to answer and set up my phone. Really happy that I found the phone I wanted and didnt lose any aps. contacts or pictures.
We called the Verizon Corporate in Tupelo Ms on August 24 to order a new Verizon IPhone 11. We were told that this particular IPhone was in stock at Russell Verizon in Columbus Ms, and would be available for pickup on August 25. I called the Columbus Verizon at 9:05AM to see when I could pickup the IPhone 11, but Alas!! The rude male employee told me it was not in stock, that it wouldn’t be in stock for at least 3 days. I was also informed by said male employee that I would have to purchase a much more expensive IPhone from him if I wanted a phone today!! I told him to forget it and I would go elsewhere. We immediately called the Corporate Verizon back in Tupelo Ms when the nice lady told me to go to the Tupelo Verizon on Hwy 45 N, they had one in stock and the Tupelo Verizon would take care of me. I was there at 2pm and the female employee in Tupelo had everything ready and was Very cooperative. I will NEVER go to Russell Verizon in Columbus Ms again. Leave Russell Verizon alone, a truly horrific experience.
Absolutely horrid. We ordered two brand new iPhone 11 pros on the Sunday 19th And was guaranteed to have our devices by the following Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. One phone came in but not the other and no one seems to know when the other device will come in. I have called and talked to several store associates including the manager and have made zero headway. Due to the delay and then not being able to help I have also had to pay for another months service on my old plan. Russell Cellular is an absolute pathetic excuse for a Verizon retailer and I’d suggest just ordering everything on line as apposed to even walking through the door. I have never experienced such lack of help or care in my life. And would definitely rate lower than one star if it was an option. If things are not resolved by tomorrow I will very likely ask to be refunded the money spent and go elsewhere or just order the devices myself since the staff is too incompetent or could care less about resolving the issue. Absolutely pathetic. I will say the employee who originally set up our order was fired for reasons I do not fully know but that has not done anything to fix the current situation on my end. Bottom line don’t waste your time

Darian was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me. I had a lot of different transactions and requests. He spent close to 2 hrs helping me and taking care of all my requests. He did so with a pleasant, patient and kind attitude. He never made me feel like I was being too picky or too much trouble. I had a overall wonderful experience and left feeling like a valued customer.

Makayla was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Short staffed due to COVID, Makayla was extremely efficient and entertaining as she handled three customers right at closing. All three customers needed new phones due to outside issues other than new service or upgrades and she took what could have been an aggravating experience for all and made everyone satisfied and smiling on a Monday evening.
There was only one person working and she was helping three people at once. People were waiting and was not fair for your employee. She was great!!!!!

I wasnt happy with the way ATT was treating their loyal customers with the shortening billing dates without notice, not allowing you to set up autopay for your convenience as they state, extremely poor customer service, and frustrating service loss in certain areas in town. Id had enough of their lame excuses, so I went to Verizon! I got great customer service and assistance. Before I left store with my new phone and very reliable cell service, TJ the sales staff made sure my cell number was ported over and all my photos transferred to my new phone. As of now Im still getting great reliable cell service with zero service loss including out of town. I love the Samsung phone! Im extremely more than satisfied with Verizon. You need new cell service you NEED Verizon!

I have been with verizon for since before they came here. This past Saturday I had the worst experience ever! 1 am considering dropping my service with verizon. One thing for sure, I will not be back in the Columbus store. I surely would not recommend them to anyone. You guys should be ashamed!
This store has allowed someone who is not me to go in and make changes to my account. This is illegal. I am disgusted. The Verizon company does not hold itself accountable for the actions of one store! I will be closing all of my accounts ASAP and getting legal consultation. No one should have to worry about someone making changes to his or her account without permission.
I called the Verizon in Columbus, Ms. And the guy hung up on my twice!!! The second time he said their is a bunch of people in the store!!! This is one reason I’m switching to Cspire after 5 years!!!

Do not buy a charger from here. Purchased 2 expensive chargers from this place both stopped working within a month and of course no returns allowed.
It is a great network with good service, but the customer support is the worst they wont really answer the phone if you try to call and if you tell them you want to buy a phone elsewhere to use on the network they will come up with every possible excuse for you not to and they will straight up lie about how you can not even if you can, its just so unconsumer friendly they will straight up lie yo you, other than that a good network
