If you like collectibles and pop culture-y things & clothes, this is a great spot. This store is so fun to window shop through if anything! There is a wide variety of items and topics. I was surprised to see clothes for babies and accessories for dogs.

Always have Avatar the Last Airbender and Korra merch. Sign me the eff up!! I love this place and it supports a good cause.

This is the only Boxlunch we have in the area, and I wish we had more so I didnt have to visit the same location all time. Most of the employees are great. However, they do have a few that need better training on sales and customer service. I have never been to a store where an employee actually tells me to stop purchasing items. Its clearly a store with novelty items, and if youre a collector youll probably visit frequently to pickup new releases. I have actually started to do more purchases online where I can shop without the annoyance. I dont need anyone dictating my purchase decisions.

I wish I could recall the name of a few of the associates who have made our times shopping here, better then expected, but unfortunately dont off hand.I will say customer service is incredible here, not only helpful, but fun and excited, as they all seem to truly enjoy there jobs.Store itself has a great selection of items and who isnt happy to know that some of there cash is being directed to boxed lunches for kids.This is a great addition to Polaris Mall and I hope whatever theyre doing to keep employees motivated and peppy, continues, as we will defintely be return customers.

This is an adults novelty shop. So many retro shirts, even things you are huge fans of. (Harry potter, friends, rick and morty, Disney) they have it all. So many cool things you could ever way for your favorite fandom!

The staff in this store are so lovely and very inviting, as well as super nice! I was in the store when a disruptive family came in and started yelling because the maximum capacity was full. The staff member handled the situation very well despite the family being absolutely rude. I want to give all props to her and give the store a good review because I totally felt for her. The store is amazing and has all things anime, Disney, and much more. I 100% recommend stopping by if you come across it!

I loved this store...family friendly pop culture items. They had a reusable shopping bag ... maybe promotional only, but so much better than all those plastic ones floating around!So many great ugly sweaters for Christmas!I look forward to shopping there again!

I hope this shop has a long, successful run at Polaris. My fiancee and I were thrilled when we found out it was coming to Columbus, and now that it is here, we are frequent shoppers. The shop has a great selection of the companys offerings, and the customer service is top-notch. Check them out.
