This place is far superior!!! Great financing options, friendly staff, upscale atmosphere and more selection than I ever thought possible. Our salesman, Zach Young, brought us out six different options of diamonds (though he had more to show if we wanted to keep looking) and several setting options. We had the best experience buying a 20 year anniversary ring from Ellen. We told her our budget and she helped guide our experience from there. Her low pressure approach was amazing. She even let our 4 year old try on rings and interacted with her and wasn’t bothered by her tagging along with us at all. We did buy a new ring, they also included resizing of my wedding band that is now two sizes too big. The on-site jeweler took extra care with my band and explained what was being done to protect it as well. This service was provided with no extra charge and this included new Plating for my white carat gold ring that was was overdue! We are definitely going to be lifetime customers.

I came in last week with my wedding band set. I worked with Robin and it was the most amazing experience! We did not purchase my rings at Diamonds Direct but from another retailer 17 years ago. After many years of daily wear, one of my diamonds had fallen out, my heads were damaged and all the prongs needed replaced. Robin repaired them all, replaced my missing diamond, and buffed out every scratch. My rings look better after my repairs than the day my Husband purchased them. We explained we needed the rings within a month and they assured us they could deliver. Mary was outstanding---truly exceptional service and so much fun to work with! Two months later and our rings still havent arrived. They initially sent me a ring and it wasnt even the right shape! They missed our engagement AND our wedding. Now we have engagement and wedding photos with a ring we knew we werent going to keep. Incredibly frustrating, especially considering Im stuck with the bill and making payments for two rings I still dont have. One star.UPDATEAfter posting this review I received a call from the store manager. He reduced the contracted price of the rings by a significant amount. We finally have the rings we ordered. Diamonds Direct has been nothing but wonderful. We bought our rings (engagement ring and two wedding bands) in January of 2019. They provide free cleanings and repairs. I’ve had two tiny diamonds replaced from the band that fell out, free of charge. When my fiancé lost weight before the wedding day, they also replaced his wedding band for free to the new correct size! On top of it all, we were able to buy our rings on a 60 month 0% APR, which meant we could easily afford exactly what we wanted. Can’t say enough about how great the service has been and very grateful we went here!

My wife Linda and I got engaged on Christmas in 1995. Over the years she has mentioned several times her wish was to upgrade to a 1 carat diamond engagement ring. With the 25th anniversary of our engagement approaching, I decided to make her wish come true. I’m a “Woodhead” listening to WCOL’s Woody Johnson for as long as he has had his morning radio show. I told her the reason we came here first was due to Woody’s recommendation and found she is a fellow Woodhead! I am not a jewelry guy, as I only wear my wedding band, so shopping for jewelry for my wife has always been uncomfortable for me. Mary made us feel at home and treated us like long time customers. She took all the time we needed to show us all of our options based on my budget and trust me, this store has plenty of options! Mary helped my wife find the Diamond ring she has wished for and also provided us with a solution for using the original diamond to make a new ring so she can continue to wear it also. My first experience was awesome! The customer service I received from Courtney was amazing!! After my first purchase, I wanted to make some changes to my wedding set, I then worked with Ellen who was just as amazing! The customer service received was like none Ive experienced in a long time. Both ladies were patient and very knowledgeable about the product. Ellen turned my vision into reality and it was stunning! Courtney also made my shopping experience a pleasure. My new favorite place hands down. Shop with them you will not be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I went to Diamonds Direct after hearing an advertisement for them on 97.1 the Fan and we were starting to look for Engagement rings and wedding rings as he wanted to make sure that I picked out something that I really loved. We spent time with Heidi that day and I can tell you that she was the most informative representative we met with that day across the different stores that we went to. She was very knowledgeable and even though we had tried to do our homework beforehand about diamonds, she made a confusing topic seem much easier to understand. She took the time to listen to our budget and to find us a ring that fit into and maximized our budget across the board for my tastes. For example, she explained how the proper cut of a diamond can make a smaller carat diamond look bigger in size so that you save money and still have a beautiful ring. After we had found one that we really liked she did not pressure us into doing anything that day, she wrote us a quote of a price for the ring and matching band and when we told her we wanted to look around at other places just to do our homework about what else was out there she did not try to convince us otherwise. In fact, she actually encouraged us to go search around Columbus to any other place we wanted. She said she was confident we would find our way back to them and she was not wrong. What surprised me the most is going into some of the other prominent stores in the area, when we had told them we had been to Diamonds Direct, none of the other representatives even tried to explain to us why we should buy from them instead of Diamonds Direct, none of them had anything to say about why their product or experience was superior and this surprised me quite a bit! Needless to say, Heidi found us a beautiful diamond and a beautiful setting and got us set up with the engagement ring and wedding bands for him and myself all in one visit. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Diamonds Direct to anyone looking for jewelry of any kind!

My husband and I came into the store to look at upgrading my wedding set. I had read great reviews online and thought it was worth stopping in to see what they could offer. We did not buy my set at Diamonds Direct but at another local jeweler. We worked with Heidi and she was WONDERFUL! She was very informative, listened carefully to what my wishes and my husbands cost parameters were and showed me a variety of stones and rings to help me figure out exactly what I liked and didnt like.
