I love this store outta all the others I visited.. of the same chain. The store would stand out once more if they get more employees willing to work and not just be the cashier. The store is only missing team work but its a sign of the times. They need a team leader like this man Michael Nickerson. 4213 Rickenbacker Avenue.. the only employees I saw working were 2 men of color... thats the best way to pass the hours until you finish your shift. I didnt see 1 female doing anything or any kind of putting the store together. I do know that a blonde works there or did that put items on display to be sold. I have more to say but I have to eat.

I came to this Family Dollar at 9 he says their hours open at 9 a.m. I did see a worker in there it is now 9:10 in the worker has still not unlock the door its very unprofessional that I had to drive to a different location to handle something that I needed to handle over in this area I do want corporate to look into the situation as to why this door is never unlock at 9 a.m. when its supposed to be it is not the first time that this has happened it is now 9:11 and I still see the gentleman walking past the door and has not opened it

Quick in and out went in for one thing came out with more.

Ive been to this dollar store a few times and they are never well stocked or staffed. There are always empty shelves, and only one or two employees on site. The only upside to the place is that its pretty clean.

There was a area in the store that had two big sign that said 50% off right in front of the sign there was a box of tablecloths there was a box of tablecloths on the other shelves also right by the sign however when you go to check out its the item is $4 the manager would not give it to me for $2 I asked if there was a district manager of someone to call and they said no I said where are you going to remove the items from the area if theyre not half off and he said he had to wait for restructuring this is deception I should have got the tablecloths for $2 half off I have a picture of the shelf and the sign right in front of the items

The store was very clean and inviting.

They had everything but light & that waa my fault. The two lady in at the register had on mask and where every help fully. They where smiling i can fill it

Anytime I come into the store Im greeted and made to feel welcomed. The employees are helpful in finding items quickly for me. Overall a great experience. Definitely will be returning

This store definitely needs cleaned up & shelves stocked. If this were my store Id definitely have my employees working daily to get the store in order & out of such disarray.

Today I came in to Family Dollar. Could not find nothing it was a complete disaster area. Not more than one person could get down the aisles you couldnt get what you needed you couldnt find what you wanted. When I got to the restroom I even commented you I couldnt find what I needed you cant find anything in here the lady at the register said she knew she was it was a mess.

Always a pleasure shopping here.

Hate that i cant bring the cart outside. I have 3 kids 5 and under (1 of which I need to carry) plus what I shopped for I kinda need a cart. The ASSISTANT MANAGER at the time (the never last very long) some black lady with a wig on yelled at me not to bring the cart outside clearly seeing I needed it.

This place is always very dirty, I have attached a photo of how dirty this place is.

The store itself is somewhat organized. You cant bring the baskets to your car; and the employees are very gossipy and rude.

Shopping at family dollar was great I found the things I was looking for I went home and used those things they worked great,and really made things looked much better. I have always liked family dollars they for the most part have what I need, and what I like. Thanks Family Dollars from The Polar Family

Didnt have everything I was looking for shelves pretty much empty

I give a 4 star because I can always find good deals and other things to purchase. Employees are always friendly and very respectful to me. Lately the store has been a wreak with new stock boxes blocking the isles and shelves. Hard to reach a lot of items. There is not enough people in the store to get all that mess put away and help and ring up customers. Had to really watch where I was walking or reaching for, Very hazardous situation.

I have never seen a store so junky and dirty. Stuff was everywhere. It looked like a junk store. I will never shop in that messy store.

Ran in to pick up knick knacks for my dog. Quiet...& CLEAN. Prices for what I was getting, were reasonable. The cashier...maybe manager was on her cell phone (speaker mode), griping about ppl not coming to work as scheduled.

The isles are always crowed in all Family Dollar stores. The shelves were stocked. I found the few things that I needed. Too much stock.

Went in for swim goggles. Searched the store then went to ask if I was overlooking them. Of the six workers I encountered they had to get a seventh to show me where they were and it turns out she couldnt find them either. Not a great experience.
