Took lawnmower in because it wouldn’t start. Asked them to clean carburetor. Said it would be ready in ONE week. After the second week I called. Said they tried to order new carburetor but couldn’t find one. Again, I said just clean it. After third weeks they called and said it was ready. I asked what they did and they said cleaned carburetor. lolChurched me for a new air filter. Told them I had just put in a new filter before I brought it to them. Got the ole hem and haw from them. I said never mind. Then found one of the handle bolts was missing. They looked around but couldn’t find it. Again…never mind. Went somewhere else to buy new ones.Small price to pay for a lesson learned. Will not go back.Oh …and the woman at the register of this department was so rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but damn…
