Ordered a custom Modified Roadie case for my Benson combo amp. I had a few questions about options for the case before placing the order, these were answered promptly and helpfully.The build quality of the case is excellent and robust. Communication was clear, shipping prompt.I had a small quibble about one of the options I had (perhaps unwisely) chosen, the customer service addressing my concern was truly top notch.Would not hesitate to place another order with them.

Seriously.Nobody had the box I was looking for, so I ordered one of their standard boxes and requested some unique modifications (somewhat wary of the amazingly low prices).Surprise ---- they actually agreed to my modifications!! Price did NOT change!!!! It took a little longer because they had to build it. Impressive.I expected a pretty lame box. But no!!! All the metal on the box is pretty standard, just like boxes that cost waaaaay more. Very, very well built!!!! Its really gorgeous!!!For the money, you absolutely CANNOT do any better than this. UPS damaged our first case in transit. I emailed Road Cases after business hours on a Friday and didnt expect a response until the following week. To my surprise, Christine replied to my email within minutes, took care of the damaged freight claim with UPS, and scheduled a new case for production. We received the replacement case in 14 days, and it arrived in perfect condition. The case is well constructed with quality materials and fits the amp perfectly. I definitely recommend this company. I needed a custom rack case built to for a mixer, power supply, a shelf, 3 in-ear units, drawers, a router and a lighting fixture controller. This case did not disappoint. I have put it through its places and it holds up nicely. Ive had no issues. Im actually buying a second to have as a travel hub for when we play out using another persons sound equipment.They look nice, they hold up well, and they are easily cheaper than competitors.

I bought a dual 4 Drawer Break Apart case and it was perfect for what I needed. I was able to put my wireless mics and cables in different drawers. The drawers are sturdy and smooth when opening and closing. I ordered the case on a Monday and it was already at my office on friday. Overall great experience.

Over 50 years of transporting musical equipment have taught me that investing in protection of precious equipment pays dividends in the long term.I have a 50th year anniversary Vox AC-15 TV front hand wired amplifier (EF-86) circuit Mahogany finish for which I needed a protective road case. (1of 300 made for 50th anniversary).I measured several times and gave the external dimensions to the ordering team. They emailed me and called to double check the dimensions prior to beginning the project. Despite the time difference East Coast to West coast we carefully went over the dimensions and level of protection for my amplifier.The resulting product was perfect. Plywood is high quality, fit is perfectly squared, American standard nuts and bolts, (no metric, non standard tools required for wheel installation). Latches are highest quality and work perfectly every time. Recessed for protection from external damage.This is quality made to order. Don’t shortchange yourself or you precious equipment by ordering from an importer to ship a Pre made box that purportedly will fit your amp or guitar only to learn the latches won’t close properly because top and bottom are not square, or they short changed you by using 1/4 inch plywood.Road cases are the real deal! American made from quality craftsman who take pride in their work.I was impressed that they wouldn’t start the construction till we carefully measured the amp and handle clearance.Their construction was quick, made to order, and perfect.I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend or colleague their services and I will order from them again if the need arises.

Excellent experience with Road Cases USA! This case is awesome. I ordered a custom size with a compartment divided off to replace the old dilapidated one I had customized myself. It came out great. Itll be lightweight enough to fly under the 50 lb limit when loaded but still is very sturdy and solid. The edge rails arent those soft bendy aluminum ones youll find on many other flight cases. I play in mid-level touring Americana and Jambands so my gear sees a lot of rough road. Ive used my same pedalboard size for years and Ive had 3 - 4 cases of this size. Digging this one! The casters on my favorite old Marshall 4x12 cab had seen better days and the bottom of the cab was pretty chewed up from re-installing casters over the years. I called these guys and asked for a tray only with 4 casters to solve my problem once and for all. The custom measured tray arrived yesterday and is perfect! Great price, friendly staff and fast delivery. Highly recommended!

I took my time measuring and making sure I selected the right case. But I am having trouble using PayPal on my computer so I decided to order it from my phone. That is when I made a mistake and somehow I ordered the exact case, but one size smaller. I was shocked when it came and my thing didnt fit inside! Ordered mine online and needed some help/details so i called the number on the website and the person who answered was very helpful. Got a brand new live-in case for my Mesa/Boogie amp and it fits great!I recommend 3M Supper 77 spray adhesive to attached the foam to the inside. You can get it from any Lowes or Home Depot.

He was concerned about my previous 2-star review, and explained that the issue I had experienced was long before he had ownership of the company. In short, my old review was not helpful to the current company. He was very polite about the entire issue, and I completely understand his concern.I appreciate his position, and I appreciate that he politely reached out to me regarding an issue that was not his fault in the first place. I can certainly sympathize with that, and it is clear that he is trying to improve the company. Since he cannot change what the old ownership did, it would be unfair of me to hold this against the new business and its current employees. As a result, I am upgrading my 2-star review to a 5-star review based on the communication received from current ownership of the company. If his email to me is any indication of how the company will operate moving forward, I think they will have a lot of success. Everyone deserves a second chance.

Bought a Truck Pack box kit recently, we just needed a cheap box on wheels for our annual conference that was big enough to fit some tripods and a ton of cables and some other stuff. The kit went together in about 20-30 minutes. Pretty simple to put together and well labeled, good value for the money. Im going to order a second one. Glad I went with the 1/2 rather than 1/4 inch plywood.

Just received the case for my Roland VK1000 and it’s a perfect fit! I ordered a Level 1 - LiteFlite Series ATA Case and was worried about the construction and “feel” of the Level 1. The case is well built and feels like is it very solid… The extra foam was perfect for “snugging in” the keyboard due to its weird angles and such! We start back on the road soon and I foresee no issues with this case! I am extremely careful with all my gear so this was the perfect case to protect my keys!!! Solid latch’s and hinges, nice spring loaded handle and all around well built. We will be buying two more soon, one for our lead players Hard Trucker cabinet and one for his 68 Fender Dual Showman Reverb!

So I contacted RoadCases a little over two weeks ago. After receiving a quote I decided to call around. I found a slightly better deal and then called RoadCases back. I was given a new invoice with a discount of $50. So after contacting them for the next week I decided to purchase the custom build cases that I was quoted on. Now they are telling me the price may change. Two days later after trying to purchase the custom cases I was ALREADY quoted on, they told me it would now cost $200 dollars more. That is bad customer service. I have never dealt with this company before and I am very disappointed in how they do business. I was told on the phone the manager was not in. I will attempt to contact one on Monday and see if they even care about the customers they do business with.

Purchased a Cable Trunk about 3 months ago, shipped quickly and without damage. Just ordered a second one. Decent quality. Dont get the 1/4 thick cases. I got a 3/8 and while its good enough, it would never last through daily use and any serious touring. The hardware is of excellent quality and the assembly of the unit is excellent as well.It didnt take too long to drill the holes for the casters and bolt them on. It would be nice if the holes were already pre-drilled. The hardware provided to bolt the casters on with was a little long, but 30 seconds with the demel and a cutoff wheel fixed that.If you are a DJ or smaller regional production company, you cant beat the case for the money you spend.Ill agree with an earlier reviewer whom stated that it was difficult to get answers via email - when I purchased my first case, I inquired about a couple options and while trying to get answers through email, I kept getting Call Us to discuss. Very frustrating for someone who needs to or prefers to communicate via email. This wasnt a deal breaker for me - Im happy with the overall product - obviously if I bought a 2nd.

I bought a rack mounted case for my Mesa Boogie amp and after a month the case started opening when carrying it. I brought it back to the factory, and they were a bunch of a-holes they said that i was crazy and it couldnt happen. So much for customer service!!! Do yourself a favor dont buy anything from these guys, they dont back their own products.
